Is the Truth about the Obama Birth Certificate about to Emerge?

(Jul. 16, 2025) — On June 18, former Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio began tweeting about the investigation his office opened into the “long-form” birth certificate image of then-sitting president Barack Hussein Obama II.

Arpaio launched the probe in August 2011 after a group of more than 200 constituents approached him with concerns that if the image, released on the White House website on April 27 proved to be fraudulent as several experts asserted, their votes in the 2012 presidential election would be disenfranchised.

“An American Legend”

Born on June 14, 1932 in Springfield, MA, Arpaio is a U.S. Army veteran, former police officer, 25-year Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) official and six-term Maricopa County, AZ sheriff. He shares his Flag Day birthday with President Donald J. Trump, who was born in Queens, NY in 1946.

In a July 11, 2015 campaign appearance in Phoenix, Arpaio came out as one of Trump’s earliest and most stalwart supporters of the man he has deemed the sole “hero” in his life.

During his opening remarks at the rally, Arpaio referred to the “birth certificate” and “illegal immigration problem” as well as his common birthday with Trump. At its ten-year anniversary, Arpaio recalled the event on X:

In 2020, Arpaio published his memoir, “Sheriff Joe Arpaio: An American Legend,” a chapter of which he devoted to the birth-certificate investigation in which he lauded the work of his “Cold Case Posse” lead investigator, Mike Zullo. In the chapter, Arpaio suggested Obama is a “naturalized” U.S. citizen.

“After all my hard work and dedication to enforcing illegal immigration laws,” Arpaio wrote, “America could have possibly elected a naturalized citizen, born of a U.S. citizen, but constitutionally unqualified to serve as president, to two terms as commander-in-chief and, for too many, it’s just too much to bear. With all that is coming out now, in relation to the government’s intelligence coup d’état, the only hope that history gets this right in the near term is an unfettered President Donald J. Trump in a second term. If not, history may not tell the real story for 50 years—if ever.”

Arpaio’s observation supports Zullo’s 2018 revelation that two U.S. intelligence agents informed him it is “an open secret” in the nation’s capital that Obama was not born in the United States.

First elected Maricopa County sheriff in 1992, Arpaio served six consecutive terms. On December 31, 2016, he departed following his reported defeat by Paul Penzone (D).

From a long-running civil case while sheriff, Melendres v. Arpaio, Arpaio and his chief deputy, Jerry Sheridan, were accused of racial profiling. The case ultimately resulted in a conviction on civil contempt by U.S. District Court Judge G. Murray Snow and his referral of Arpaio to the Justice Department for misdemeanor criminal contempt for allegedly failing to follow his orders to cease the controversial traffic stops from which the civil complaint arose.

On July 31, 2017 Arpaio was convicted of the criminal charge by Judge Susan Bolton without a jury trial.

“Some observers have argued that Arpaio’s DOJ prosecution was carried out for ‘political reasons’ and as retribution for Arpaio’s five-year investigation into the validity of Barack Hussein Obama’s ‘long-form’ birth certificate made public in April 2011,” The Post & Email reported on September 27, 2017.

Approximately five weeks before Arpaio was to face sentencing, President Donald Trump issued an Executive Grant of Clemency to Arpaio for the conviction and “any other offenses…that might arise, or be charged, in connection with Melendres v. Arpaio…”

Arpaio’s initial response after receiving word of the pardon was, “…very honored, great privilege for the president to issue this paper, pardon. He’s a big supporter of law enforcement; I know it came from his heart. Two years ago I supported him [at the] first rally, and I always said, regardless of pardon or no pardon, I’ll be with him to the end…so I’m really happy with all the support I received across the nation, Arizona, for this pardon, and I’ll have more to speak out and let the true story come out about the abuse of the judicial system [and?] politics.”

It was his wife Ava’s birthday, Arpaio added, “so it’s kind-of a birthday gift from my wife, too.”

Ava Arpaio passed away from cancer in 2021 at the age of 89.

Arpaio launched what would be unsuccessful campaigns for the U.S. Senate in the 2018 primary; Maricopa County Sheriff in the 2020 primary; and Fountain Hills, AZ mayor in 2022. On his “X” account, however, Arpaio prominently indicates he is “not retired!”

The Investigation

Arpaio authorized his Cold Case Posse to analyze the April 27, 2011 birth-certificate image with the purpose of “clearing” it as authentic, Zullo has said in numerous interviews and press conferences. However, after six months of investigation, Zullo declared the image a “computer-generated forgery” manufactured “with the intent to deceive.”

The probe continued through December 2016, when a third and final press conference was held and Zullo provided a final report to Arpaio just before he left office.

The report detailed the findings of two well-credentialed forensic experts whose analysis of the long-form birth certificate image led them to reach conclusions very similar to Zullo’s own, which Zullo related during the December 15, 2016 presser.

“Investigators believe that the fraudulent vital statistics document was produced, published, and
disseminated for political gain,” Zullo wrote in the subsequent report. “They view this as potentially one of the most significant instances of fraud perpetrated against the American people for political motives. As a result, it is strongly advised to alert federal authorities about this serious potential criminal offense and
push for an extensive congressional inquiry to uncover the complete extent of any legal and Constitutional infringements.”

Further to the probe’s findings, Zullo has often said that in his opinion, “All roads are going to lead back to John Brennan,” who is now reportedly under Justice Department investigation along with former FBI Director James Comey, who Trump fired in May 2017.

“The full scope of the criminal investigations into Brennan and Comey is unclear, but two sources described the FBI’s view of the duo’s interactions as a ‘conspiracy,’ which could open up a wide range of potential prosecutorial options,” Fox News reported on July 9.

Comey was nominated in 2013 by Obama to lead the FBI. His deputy was Andrew McCabe, who surfaced as a key player in the agency’s upper-level, politically-motivated effort to damage Trump’s chances in the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton.

Having fallen short of that goal, FBI leadership set out to thwart Trump’s presidency by incriminating his first national-security adviser, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret), as having lied to then-Vice President-Elect Mike Pence about his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Lavrov.

The Trump Effect

In early 2011, then-businessman Donald Trump was the first high-profile figure to publicly question Obama’s eligibility for the presidency. Countless news outlets ridiculed him for demanding Obama release his “long-form” birth certificate and, to wit, he was termed the leader of “the Birthers” by The New York Times.

In an appearance on The O’Reilly Factor prior to declaring himself a presidential candidate in 2015, Trump told host Bill O’Reilly, “A lot of these ‘birthers’ are really quality people that just want the truth.”

“People have birth certificates; he doesn’t have a birth certificate,” Trump added, then floated the possibility Obama possessed a document with what he might have viewed as compromising information.

Trump had already expressed doubt as to the genuineness of a “short-form” birth certificate image the 2008 Obama campaign posted which some experts at the time declared fraudulent.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president to be a “natural born Citizen.” Although left undefined by the Framers, most Americans interpret the term to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.” Since Obama’s February 2007 announcement of his presidential aspirations, rumors swirled that he was born in Kenya or elsewhere outside the United States, bringing his eligibility into question.

Just prior to the 2012 election, Trump issued a challenge to Obama to release his passport and college applications in exchange for a $5 million donation to any charity of Obama’s choosing. Obama did not respond, even after Trump proffered a new donation of $50 million.

Trump’s theory at the time was that either Obama was born in the United States but feigned foreign citizenship on his college admissions documents to obtain aid reserved for foreign students, or that he was foreign-born and invented the narrative of a birth in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961.

The Tweets

Fast-forward to 2025, on June 18 Arpaio wrote on X, “FOX News and their anchors banned me from their network for speaking out about the cover-up of Obama’s FAKE government documents and the FAKE government documents of illegal aliens! Instead, I listen to the good people of the USA! I will always fight for them and The Truth!”

Arpaio was likely referring to an interview with then-“Justice with Judge Jeanine” host (former Judge) Jeanine Pirro, who Trump recently chose to serve as Acting U.S. Attorney for Washington, DC.

During the exchange, Arpaio raised the issue of the birth certificate forgery, at which time Pirro appeared uncomfortable and claimed the matter was “solved” and twice attempted to redirect the subject matter.

On June 20, Arpaio tweeted:

Through my Sheriff Department’s Posse investigations, two major independent forensic document experts concluded Obama’s birth certificate is a “complete digital forgery:”

A week later, Arpaio expounded at length on his last tweet, writing:

To this day, Obama’s alleged original Hawaiian birth certificate has NEVER been provided or proven to ever exist!

Per the forensic reports, the FAKE Obama birth certificate PDF has 9 obvious points of forgery taken directly from the birth certificate of a woman, Johanna Ah’Nee!

Obama’s alleged birth date was 19 days BEFORE Johanna’s, yet his long-form hand-stamped document numbering sequence (certificate #10641) was AHEAD of hers (certificate #09945).

Both of these documents had hand-affixed date stamps with perfectly matching angles, which is impossible for two authentic documents to possess, especially combined with the multiple exact cut-and-paste alignments from Johanna’s certificate to the Obama document NOT aligned with the line continuation of manual typewriters used to populate birth certificates in 1961.

The Obama document contained handwritten pencil codes that were inconsistent for the pencil codes at that time, indicating blank fields that were later added.

On July 3, Arpaio tweeted:

ONLY ONE gov official ever claimed to see Obama’s alleged birth certificate:

Hawaii Health Director Fukino claimed to see it in a bound volume yet the forged PDF released by the Obama White House had no traces of being bound. No proof of its location in the bound volume exists!

While running for governor, former Congressman Abercrombie (D-Hawaii) promised to get to the bottom of Obama’s birth certificate controversy.

After taking office, Governor Abercrombie admitted on national radio (Mike Evans on January 20, 2011) that there was no birth record of Obama in The State of Hawaii files, directly contradicting Fukino.

Less than 24 hours later, Abercrombie recanted and claimed to have found a half-written/half-typed Obama birth certificate in the state’s archives, in contradiction of the forged PDF document released by the Obama White House.

Someone got to the governor, and still, the State of Hawaii has NEVER made the alleged “original” document available for inspection by anyone of any kind!

Independence Day brought yet further recounting of the actions of Hawaii officials and a prominent law firm relative to producing the long-form image:

Per Obama’s formal request, Hawaii Director of Health Loretta Fuddy sent Obama copies of his alleged birth certificate.

Who mediated this for Obama? PERKINS COIE! The deepstate law firm who later orchestrated the FABRICATED Steele Dossier and “Russia Hoax” to attack Pres. Trump!

Sadly, Director Fuddy later died under bizarre circumstances after a small plane she was in had unexplainable engine failure afyer take-off and crashed into the ocean. Reportedly, Fuddy was given a partially-inflated infant life vest and died of a heart arrhythmia from hyperventalating.

Governor Abercrombie *off-air allegedly* told national radio host Mike Evans that there was no record of Obama’s birth certificate.

This, Governor Abercrombie denied, and Mike Evans recanted. Governor Abercrombie immediately ended his pursuit to prove Obama’s birth certificate and 5 days later appointed Loretta Fuddy as acting Hawaii Director of Health.

Revisiting the 2008 State Department incident wherein the passport records of Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain were reportedly breached, Arpaio implicated Brennan on July 15:

Who was a main architect of The Russia Hoax AND Obama’s FAKE government documents? JOHN BRENNAN!

After the State Department was HACKED to gain access to the passport files used by Obama in 1981 to travel to Pakistan, a federal probe was launched in ’08 and a culprit was arrested being found responsible:

24-year-old Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., low-level employee for the intelligence company/government contractor, Analysis Corp, agreed to cooperate with the feds against his co-conspirators. Days later, before Quarles’ deposition, he was discovered MURDERED in his car outside of his church.

Who headed Analysis Corp at the time? Career CIA official and Obama campaign advisor, JOHN BRENNAN, who would later take the Obama admin role of Deputy National Security Advisor before becoming CIA Director.

According to the inspector general report, “Inside passport files are the applicant’s name, gender, social security number, date & place of birth, and passport number,” as well as CITIZENSHIP & DUAL CITIZENSHIP status.

WHY WAS JOHN BRENNAN’S ANALYSIS CORP HACKING OBAMA’S GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS DURING OBAMA’S PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN?!

My opinion? Obama has been uplifted and protected due to being a valued asset of the “deepstate” intelligence network!

A FOIA request this writer submitted on Harris in 2017 to the U.S. Secret Service produced no responsive documents.

In July 2017, The Post & Email received a letter from the Secret Service stating it needed more information in order to perform a search for documentation to which we responded.

On June 14, 2018, The Post & Email reported:

On July 12, 2017, we responded to the Secret Service’s letter with a link to The Times’s report of Harris’s death and to a 2013 article at Canada Free Press.  We additionally attached a screenshot of an Ancestry.com Social Security Death Index (SSDI) entry containing Harris’s dates of birth and death.

On August 24, 2017, the Secret Service acknowledged the additional documentation we provided and assigned our request a tracking number.  A phone number was also provided, 202-406-6370, for follow-up purposes.

On March 6, 2018, we sent an inquiry of the status of our request and received no response.

On May 29, we sent a second email and received no response.

On Monday, June 11, we contacted the Secret Service using the telephone number it provided.  At approximately 8:45 a.m. EDT, we initially reached a live person who told us that it was “too early” to reach FOIA personnel and suggested we call back at 9:30 AM or afterward.

After doing so, we reached a menu from which we were prompted to enter “1” for a “pending FOIA request,” which we did.  We then were greeted by a recording instructing us to “enter the number of the person you are calling.” “To access your mailbox, press pound.  To leave a message for someone on the system, enter their number,” the recording continued.  The message was then repeated with a variation in the order of the instructions.

We then sent a third email to the Secret Service describing our experience and asking how we could ascertain the status of our request.

We received no response.

Evidence appears to show Brennan’s involvement in promoting the “Steele dossier” claiming Trump’s 2016 campaign “colluded” with Russian government operatives. The narrative was found to be lacking evidence by a 22-month probe by former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, III, whose team was largely composed of left-leaning Justice Department attorneys.

“In late 2017. Zullo reported that he was able to verify that the CIA was involved in breaches of the servers belonging to the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) and University of Hawaii’s archives in a circuitous route leading to Jakarta, Indonesia and back to Washington, DC in the months before the ‘long-form’ image was released publicly,” The Post & Email wrote on November 7, 2019.
