He has “violated the Constitution,” Pelosi said repeatedly about Trump, claiming that “undisputed” facts demonstrate that the president betrayed “national security” and his oath of office by “inviting foreign interference in our elections” during a July 25 phone call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
Trump has denied any wrongdoing and on Tuesday afternoon sent a six-page letter to Pelosi accusing Democrats of “violating your oaths of office,” “breaking your allegiance to the Constitution,” and “declaring open war on American Democracy” by pursuing his impeachment.
Pelosi finished her speech at 12:17 to enthusiastic applause but did not preside over the hearing. Instead, Rep. Diana DeGette (CO1) chaired from the dais as she had during the morning session of the Rules Committee.
Pelosi has referred to Trump as an “imposter” but not addressed questions about Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility under the Constitution. Although citing Trump for “violating the Constitution” since she announced an “impeachment inquiry” on September 24, in 2008, as DNC Chairwoman, Pelosi certified Obama as eligible for the presidency under Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution when the State of Hawaii’s Democrat Party refused to do so.
The pertinent clause reads:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
A Hawaii election worker, Tim Adams, in 2010 claimed it was common knowledge that an original birth record for Obama was nowhere to be found within the state’s archives. In January 2011, then-Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie said he would locate the document within the Hawaii Department of Health’s records but shortly thereafter declared his inability to procure it because of “privacy laws.”
Since 2007, when Obama catapulted to the national political scene, evidence that he was not born in the United States has been consistently ignored by the mainstream media despite some of its own reportage from not long before.
In 2008, former DNC Co-Chairman and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson described Obama as “an immigrant” in a campaign interview conducted in Spanish.
In 2008 NPR reported Obama as “Kenyan-born,” but in July 2009 it published a story titled, “Why Do Doubts About Obama’s Birthplace Persist?” denouncing “fringe conspiracists who claimed he wasn’t born in the United States.”
The Honolulu Advertiser in 2006 said he was “born in Indonesia“; and the Kenya East African Standard in 2004 described him as “Kenyan-born.”
As late as April 2007, Obama’s former biographer reported him as “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
In December 2007, MSNBC commentator Chris Matthews said Obama was “born in Indonesia” and possessed an “Islamic background.”
In 2010, certain members of the Kenyan Parliament identified Obama as born in their nation.
All members of Congress either ignored or brushed off calls from their constituents to investigate whether or not Obama met the definition of “natural born Citizen.”
Obama’s reported overseas birth was not the only question surrounding his eligibility; his claimed father, who was never an American citizen, prompted many constitutional scholars to opine that that alone was enough to disqualify him.
The courts either declined to hear civil cases alleging Obama was ineligible to serve or dismissed them by relying on an image uploaded to the White House server on April 27, 2011 purported to be a scan of a certified copy of his original Hawaii “long-form” birth certificate.
Almost immediately, a number of analysts declared the image fraudulent and called for additional investigation.
In August 2011, then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio delegated an initial probe to his “Cold Case Posse,” a volunteer committee of the sheriff’s office whose members consisted of retired attorneys, law enforcement officers and other experts.
In short order, Cold Case Posse leader and former detective Mike Zullo informed Arpaio that the group could not declare the image to be genuine. A 5+-year criminal investigation ensued, during which Zullo declared the image a “computer-generated forgery.” Also found to be fraudulent was Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form, paper copies of which had been mailed to a number of Americans requesting it through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
On the morning the long-form image was released to the public, then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer told reporters in an off-the-record presser that no original document would be displayed at an upcoming public presser Obama would give on the issue.
Indeed, when Obama addressed the American people, he neither held up nor pointed to the “document” purported to represent his birth in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961.
Bauer is a co-f9under of Perkins Coie, a mega-law firm involved in promoting the theory that the 2016 Trump campaign had established “cyber” connections with Russia which a 22-month Special Counsel investigation found unsubstantiated. Perkins was also the intermediary which paid for the procuring of the “Steele dossier” containing unproven claims that Trump and Russia were collaborating to affect the outcome of the 2016 election.
It was Donald Trump who first publicly called for the Obama White House to release a “long-form,” or more detailed, birth certificate presumably to prove that he had been born in the United States.
The New York Times and other mainstream outlets ridiculed Trump for his demands and interviews on the subject in early 2011, criticism which Trump ignored. On the morning the image was released, Trump said he would “look into” whether or not it was genuine and that he “hoped it checks out beautifully.”
Bauer, a strident Trump opponent, has termed him “racist” for questioning Obama’s origins.
On a radio show last year, Zullo said that two seasoned U.S. intelligence agents informed him that it is “an open secret” in Washington, DC that Obama was not born in the United States.
According to Zullo in November 2018, highly-placed White House officials received a “cursory briefing” on the evidence he and Arpaio gathered over their lengthy investigation.

No one expected, or is saying requiring the U.S. president to be born in the U.S.A. of U.S. citizen parents would ABSOLUTELY insure that person would have allegiance only to the U.S.A…..only that it would increase the probability. The installation of the fraud and non-natural born citizen Obama as America’s putative president and its result is great empirical evidence the framers of the Constitution got it right back then……..and now..

Obviously nothing is guaranteed but I believe that “born in the country to citizen parents of the country” provides the best odds of someone being loyal to the country.
Arguments against the other two criteria could be made as well, so why any criteria at all?

With all the people born in the U.S. joining anti U.S. forces like the taliban, what is it that leads you to believe that a person born on U.S. soil to citizen parents is any more loyal to the U.S. than those born abroad who come here and fight for the U.S. in the U.S. Military against those who are born in the U.S. who join groups like the talibak and Alkida? If someone(s) in authority doesn’t soon buy the must be born of to citizen parents on U.S. soil to be an NBC stuff then we can kiss the Constitution, and thus America, goodbye.

Think for instance if he had been a leader for the Constitution, signed the above listed Proposed Executive Order, the likes of challenged would have been necessarily heard at SCOTUS.

Hi Jeffrey: Yes, I remember that “secret” meeting too. As part of the deal it was agreed that all of Hillary’s campaign debt at that point (and it was in many millions) would be paid off is she took the “offer”. Paying someone off to drop out of a political race is a crime onto itself imo. The whole 2008 election cycle was a major FIX by both major political parties. I believe from evidence available at that time, (2008), that within a few days of Hillary stating she had proof Obama was not eligible, but before she released the information, she was called to a meeting with Soros, Biden, Obama and others and made an offer she had better not refuse. That offer was the Secretary of State job in Obama’s regime and the all-important after Obama cover presidency. There was no way the Globalist were going to lose their years in the making CIA created and race protected usurper of America’s presidency, even to a Clinton……so they told Hillary in words she could not fail to understand that she was going to drop out of the 2008 Dem primary and allow their perfect candidate to achieve the long time Globalist/Deep State goal of taking over America’s government and her military from the inside-out. Hillary obeyed and the intended damage to America was done….but there was a HUGE glitch in 2016 when Crooked Hillary lost to the “birther” Donald Trump. Obama could have been arrested by any duly authorized law enforcement officer in DC. In fact, this was confirmed by a federal magistrate, Leslie Foschio, whom I actually personally consulted with from the Western District of NY. In fact, it was he who told me that the proper venue to file my charges was DC, where the crime of usurpation of the Presidency was alleged to have been committed.
That’s when I filed my police report(s) with then Chief of the DC Police Cathy Lanier circa 2012.
About the same time, as outlined in my book “Imposters in the Oval Office”. I filed a “Formal Notice of Citizen’s Arrest of Barack Obama” in 2012 with Eric Holder, then Attorney General of the U.S. and the proper person upon whom service of legal documents upon a President is made as required by law.
Barack Obama was notified that he should consider himself under arrest for usurpation of the Presidency, by fraud, during time of war as well as treason and espionage. The Secret Service, FBI and the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for DC and U.S. Attorney were also notified.
Obama is actively involved in the coup against President Trump. He certainly HAS violated the Constitution and if he is ever convicted faces the death penalty insofar as he committed his crime of usurpation during time of war. See: 18USC, Part 1, Chapter 115, Sec. 2381,et seq. and 10USC UCMJ 906.106-Spies. Pelosi, et al are complicit with Obama’s treason and other crimes by their active participation in facilitating his usurpation of the Presidency.
