“BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP”

by Sharon Rondeau

(Jun. 2, 2019) — On the May 31 “Freedom Friday” radio show, host Carl Gallups led a discussion with co-hosts Brandon Gallups and Zev Porat focusing on election interference as was referenced in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s much-anticipated report released publicly on April 18.

The discussion begins at the 51:52 mark in the podcast here:  http://www.carlgallups.com/ffr/5-31-19.mp3

“Mueller put it in print,” Gallups said,  [and] “actually admitted that in the 2016 elections…the Russians hacked the Florida electoral system…,” citing a Politico report on the subject.

Gallups recounted that former CIA/NSA contractor Dennis Montgomery provided evidence some years ago that software he created while employed by the government penetrated the election systems of two Florida counties in 2012 but received virtually no media attention.

On page 59, the Mueller report states:

Between early 2014 and early 2015, Montgomery worked as a confidential informant for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) as a result of his having claimed to then-Sheriff Joseph Arpaio that Arpaio’s constituents were directly affected by government intrusions of which Montgomery said he possessed evidence.

While Arpaio stated during court testimony in 2015 that Montgomery produced primarily “junk,” lead investigator of the Obama birth certificate probe Mike Zullo, who was working under Arpaio at the time, said that some of Montgomery’s information proved reliable and showed widespread government surveillance of U.S. citizens.

Between August 2011 and December 2016, Zullo conducted a criminal investigation into the origins of the “long-form” birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 alleged to be fraudulent by a number of experts at first glance.  A series of three press conferences over the life of the probe declared the image a “computer-generated forgery,” a finding the mainstream media was loathe to report.

In the final press conference on December 15, 2016, Zullo explained how at least nine elements from a real, paper Hawaii birth certificate were electronically lifted and placed on a template to create the image uploaded to whitehouse.gov “with the intent to deceive.” In addition, he reported that two forensic analysts, each unaware of the other and approaching its analysis from a different discipline, agreed that the long-form image cannot be considered authentic.

In April, Zullo appeared on the show to say that evidence shows that the Obama White House engaged in “collusion with media executives not to talk about the birth certificate.”

According to Montgomery’s evidence, Zullo has reported, among those surveilled were then-businessman Donald Trump, his older children and a number of his employees; federal and Supreme Court judges, some prominent media personalities such as Alex Jones; and Zullo himself, among numerous others.

Of a “Freedom Friday” broadcast in early July 2017, two months after Mueller assumed the “Russia” investigation from the FBI, The Post & Email reported:

In the last segment beginning at 36:50, Gallups took up the “17 intelligence agencies” “fake news” narrative.  Recent corrections issued by The New York Times and Associated Press now indicate that the actual number of intelligence agencies agreeing that there was Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. election is actually three.  Gallups noted that those are the NSA, CIA and FBI.

“You have an asset involved in all this, too, so tie it all together,” Gallups prompted Zullo.

Zullo responded that former CIA/NSA contractor Dennis Montgomery, who had performed work as a confidential informant to Arpaio between 2014 and 2015, had invented “hacking” software during his decade of government work which was utilized by both the NSA and CIA.

He recounted that Montgomery described having been instructed to download Florida voter information and then “upload information back in to the Florida voter roll computers” in a reportedly unprecedented occurrence.

“Because of a whistleblower from the CIA, Mike Zullo revealed right here on Freedom Friday that the CIA whistleblower developed the software package that could intrude into electoral systems during an election live and actually did, and named the states when it happened in the 2012 election…and this informant, who made the software, said that the software was fashioned in such that it could make it appear that foreign entity did it, like Russia,” Gallups said at 53:33.”

“When we broke that, the naysayers, the operatives…called us all crazy,” he continued.  “Now it’s in the Mueller report…”

However, Gallups countered that with, “It wasn’t Russia, folks.  It wasn’t Russia; it was us. Mike Zullo has the evidence from the guy that built the software.”  He continued:

We’ve caught, let me just say, other American intelligence agencies…through an informant that built the software. Mike Zullo traveled to Washington, DC, talked to two insiders in the intelligence community that he’s known for a long time…who said, “Yes, the guy who’s talking to you built that software, and yes, he knows what he’s talking about, and yes, it is used to hack into anywhere they want to.”  He also showed Mike Zullo how that same software was used to hack into Hawaii Department of Health and the historical records at the University of Hawaii, and then a few weeks later, oop! magically appears a long-form birth certificate which we now know was built from the ground up, and those urls, Mike Zullo revealed, came from the CIA using the hacking material and sent it through CIA urls…

Gallups then pointed out that as former FBI Director, Mueller “used to work for these dudes, is good friends with Comey, with Brennan, with Clapper, and now he’s in charge of an investigation on Trump and he actually admits in writing, ‘Russia hacked Florida.’  Well, Zullo and I knew a couple of years ago that it was the U.S. hacking Florida, blaming Russia and making it look like Russia did it.  That’s the ‘insurance package,’ in my opinion, that Strzok and Page were talking about…”

“Strzok” is former FBI Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strozk, who exchanged thousands of politically-charged texts with his former paramour, FBI Counsel Lisa Page, suggesting the idea of an “insurance policy” were Trump to win the 2016 election.  Page resigned from her post in May of last year, while Strzok was fired in August.

“That’s is what all this is about; and it’s about the birth certificate, because Trump’s got all that information,” Gallups said.  “I’m telling you: these guys keep messing with Trump, they’re poking the bear in the eye.”
