FORGERY OF A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT IS A FEDERAL FELONY

(Oct. 27, 2018) — At a rally for Wisconsin Democrats Friday night in Milwaukee, Barack Hussein Obama addressed recent events potentially leading to political violence by characterizing the November 6 midterm elections as “something…that goes beyond this party.”
“What’s at stake is a politics that is decent and honest and lawful,” Obama said.
Approximately 3500 people attended the event, The Wisconsin State Journal reported, with another 600 watching in an overflow room.
Obama’s remarks were made notwithstanding the fact that on April 27, 2011, a “long-form” birth certificate image appeared on the White House website purported to represent his original birth record from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH). The image was soon denounced by a number of experts as a poorly-crafted forgery.
Those claims led to the launch of a 5+-year criminal investigation conducted by an arm of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) which concluded that the image is a “computer-generated forgery.” Also examined during the course of the probe was Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form, declared, along with the birth certificate image, to be fraudulent at a press conference on March 1, 2012.
The national mainstream media has largely ignored the findings, even when discussing “fake identification,” and in other instances calling it “a lie” that Obama was not born in the United States or is not a U.S. citizen.
Rather than investigating the conclusions reached by the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse, some national media outlets appear to have attempted to reinforce in Americans’ minds that Obama was “born in the United States” when no tangible, verifiable evidence exists to support the claim.
Former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly has excoriated anyone who he perceived to be a “birther.”
In a radio interview earlier this year, the probe’s lead investigator, Mike Zullo, said that two highly reliable sources told him that it is an “open secret in the intelligence community and DC that Obama could never satisfy the constitutional requirement of being born on American soil.”
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans believe means, at a minimum, “born in the United States.”
With the passage of time, consideration of a presidential candidate’s parents’ citizenship has waned, although many constitutional scholars and writers believe, based on statements appearing in the Congressional Globe (predecessor to the Congressional Record) and elsewhere that the term “natural born Citizen,” as intended by the Framers, means “born in the United States to parents who are U.S. citizens.”
In the waning days of the Obama regime, then-White House spokesman Josh Earnest referenced the release of the birth certificate image without acknowledging the investigation which found it to be fraudulent beyond a reasonable doubt, a conclusion supported by two different forensic analysts as revealed by Zullo on December 15, 2016.
In a number of interviews with Carl Gallups of “Freedom Friday,” Zullo strongly implied that former CIA Director John Brennan played a role in the appearance of the long-form image at whitehouse.gov. Forgery of a government document is a federal felony under U.S.C. § 1324c.
He has also noted discrepancies in Obama’s public life narrative which have never been explained.
Early in his first term, Obama had pledged to conduct “an unprecedented level of openness in government.”
At the close of the investigation, Zullo and then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio said they would turn over all of the evidence gathered over the course of the investigation to “federal authorities.” Zullo has said that if such authorities were to turn their attention to the birth certificate image, the entire case could be “solved” in short order.
