MAKES PATENTLY FALSE STATEMENT ABOUT HAWAII LAW WHICH “PREVENTS” THE RELEASE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES

(Apr. 13, 2011) — On April 12, 2011, bloviator and faux commentator Bill O’Reilly referred to “internet spin” and the importance of honesty in regard to reporting on Barack Hussein Obama, then proceeded to lie about the law in the state of Hawaii which governs the availability of records.
O’Reilly has tried to marginalize Donald Trump, along with fellow Fox News show host Glenn Beck, on the issue of Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate. O’Reilly claimed that Trump’s reason for speaking out was that he “wanted attention.” Beck and O’Reilly then discussed whether or not they “could vote” for Trump, and Beck stated that Trump is making him “uncomfortable” and that the document Trump released is “worse than Obama’s.”
How could that be true? At least it had a seal and two signatures. Nothing Obama has released contains that.
Hawaii statute 338-16 states that in lieu of a certified copy of a record, a verification letter stating that an event took place can be obtained by “any applicant.” The Post & Email knows for a fact that a researcher has been trying for over two years to obtain a verification letter about Obama’s birth, and the Hawaii Department of Health has refused to produce it.
Hawaii statute 338-13 reads:
(a) Subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18, the department of health shall, upon request, furnish to any applicant a certified copy of any certificate, or the contents of any certificate, or any part thereof.
(b) Copies of the contents of any certificate on file in the department, certified by the department shall be considered for all purposes the same as the original, subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18.
(c) Copies may be made by photography, dry copy reproduction, typing, computer printout or other process approved by the director of health. [L 1949, c 327, §17; RL 1955, §57-16; am L Sp 1959 2d, c 1, §19; HRS §338-13; am L 1978, c 49, §1]
Moreover, the Hawaii Department of Health’s website states that a copy of a government record can be obtained as long as the person requesting it has a “direct and tangible interest” in the record and that “Certified copies of these records may be issued to authorized individuals and used for such diverse purposes as school entry, passports, Social Security participation, driver’s licenses, employment, sports participation, survivor’s benefits, proof of property rights, and other needs.”
However, the Hawaii Department of Health has now broken the law by denying the issuance of a long-form, original birth certificate to a man born and residing in Hawaii.
Dr. Chiyome Fukino, former Director of the Department of Health, stated on April 10, 2011 to MSNBC that copies of an original birth record are no longer issued. As of last month, however, such copies were issued, and one was supplied from a Hawaii resident to The Post & Email via reader and writer Miki Booth.
Amended birth certificates are also provided under certain conditions, including for people born “in a foreign country” as well as children born outside of Hawaii.
O’Reilly claimed that the Hawaii Department of Health’s statement that Obama’s original vital record is on file there proves that Obama was born there. However, he has ignored the following:
AllAfrica article, paragraph 11, which states “Little wonder then why Kenyan-born Barack Obama, America’s first Black President,…”
Members of the Kenyan Parliament stating on the record that Obama was born in Kenya (a pity that Greta Van Susteren’s “On the Record” has not reported this to the American people, instead of saying “I don’t agree with you on this whole birther issue” and failing to investigate Trump’s claim that Obama’s grandmother has stated that he was born in Kenya);
This statement with audio that a member of the Luo tribe and “Barack Obama, a Kenyan citizen” might be elected the U.S. president;
The headline here announcing “Kenyan-born Obama all set for US Senate”;
NPR stating that Obama was born in Kenya;
Obama’s own wife describing Kenya as Obama’s “home country”;
The Nigerian Observer identifying Obama as “Kenyan-born”;
This article from Indonesia Matters stating exactly where in Kenya Obama was born.
Grandma Sarah Obama stating that Barack Hussein Obama II “passed through” her hands.
O’Reilly, Beck, Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, and many other highly-paid commentators have ignored this evidence that Obama was not born in Hawaii, and Donald Trump is the sole voice demanding answers.

Alleged mother Stanley Anne Dunham is still alive at age 68 although killed off in the Obama Story at age 52 of a type of cancer Michelle and his claimed sister Maya Soetoro disagree on. Neither can agree on his hospital of birth. No matter. His alleged mother wasn’t there.
Stanley Anne was born November 29. 1942 making her age 17 at the claimed conception of Obama claimed to have born August 4, 1961. Also she was in high school in Washington at the time Class of 1961. Her birth state Kansas had a school attendance cutoff date of August so she wasn’t Class of 1960 and off to Hawaii that year.

Throughout the years that this mess has happened, and at first it scared me so much because I couldn’t understand why the conservatives were NOT speaking up on this subject, I figure that they don’t really care about the constitution. For one thing, why do they seem to remain so ignorant? It doesn’t make sense to me at all. If they studied all of the issues, they would figure out it’s so.
Then at first Sarah Palin spoke out, also Michele Bachmann (sp?) spoke out, and later they stopped speaking about it. What gives here, folks? Something is not right.
Well, because they won’t speak out about it, I don’t uphold them anymore. It just is not a good thing that they had bravery at first, then later turned away from it. That tells me their true character.
I just hope that Donald Trump don’t let them take him down, and he stays on top of it all and studies the issues.
The conservatives have not spoken up because of two reasons: McCain and Jindal. McCain is not a natural born citizen (although probably eligible due to not having been born with a foreign allegiance) and Jindal is not a natural born citizen, and he was born with a foreign allegiance (India, due to the citizenship of his parents).
Then we have Marco Rubio, who was born in Florida to parents who may not have been US citizens at the time of Marco’s birth. Conservatives and Republicans have their reason to remain quiet on this issue, and politics and winning elections are more important than defending the Constitution.
The far worst danger that is happening here to all citizens of America is that the very same people who swear oath to serve and protect the Constitution of the United States of America are now ignoring Constitutional Law and its amendment process. They are just simply rewriting the U.S. Constitution to suit their needs as they go along and that is far more dangerous than having the current usurper in the White House.

O’Reilly has repeatedly demonstrated sheer arrogance and his decline in viewership is a reflection of the dissatisfaction shared among concerned Americans. Keep emailing, tweeting, calling and writing talk show hosts who are listening. Radio talk show host Mike Gallagher is responsive, as are many other level-headed conservatives.

I read what he sent to Congress and he is WRONG when he said …

The English common law referred to by the SCOTUS in Wong Kim Ark case, was with reference to Lord Coke’s report of Calvin’s case where Calvin was adjudged a ‘natural born subject’, Coke said….
Coke:
“There is found in the law four kinds of ligeances: the first is, ligeantia naturalis, absoluta, pura, et indefinita, and this originally is due by nature and birthright,”
i.e TWO qualities to make a natural born subject of the English sovereign, i.e. ‘nature & birthright’
Coke:
“Calvin the Plaintiff naturalized by procreation and birth right…”
Again, TWO qualities to make a ‘natural born subject’
Coke goes further to say that without the parent father (wives took the subject/citizenship status of the husband) being a subject/citizen, that the child is NOT A SUBJECT, even if born jus soli (in the land)
Coke:
“that issue is no subject to the King of England, though he be born upon his soyl, and under his meridian, for that he was not born under the ligeance of a subject…”
The chief justice in the SCOTUS Wong Kim Ark case, cherry picked that children of aliens born in England are considered ‘natural born subjects’ and ran with that, but the chief justice (Horace Gray – appointed by & beholding to the usurper Chester Arthur) failed to mention these statements (quoted here) of Lord Coke, which clearly show that it was jus soli (born in the land) AND jus sanguinis (born of the parent) that was required to make a ‘natural born subject’.
In England, an alien visiting England, was considered a ‘subject’, and if he was not considered a subject, then a child born of that alien, even if born in England was NOT born a subject.
As you can see Jack Maskell has been misled by relying on the error of others to form his erroneous opinion and subsequently he ill advises the Congress.
According to the English common law it took TWO qualities to make a natural born subject.
Not one! …………. not only jus soli!
Both jus soli and jus sanguinis (born in the land to citizen parents) is what was required.
It is important to contact Jack Maskell and get him to offer his explanation as to what Coke meant by the statements that I have quoted here.
It would be good to have his written response.
I have already put this to other legal authorities, many failed to respond, but one who did, acknowledged that there is a problem with the way the English common law has been misrepresented over the years.

Just adding my two cents to the pathetic escapades of Bill-Blow Baggins.
I don’t think that the media types, like O’Reilly, are merely ignorant of the facts. They are actively trying to shape public opinion away from questioning Obama’s past and his lack of eligibility. This is not just innocent ignorance. O’Reilly and others want the public to stop questioning Obama’s eligibility. Why?
Whatever their reason, they are wrong. Revealing the truth is always the best policy in the long run. Coverups never turn out well. It is the media’s job to use their resources to investigate relentlessly to uncover the truth that others are trying to hide. Where is our fourth branch of government that is supposed to protect us? Have they all gone away? Do we now have a quasi-state run media?
Thank heaven for the new media – the Internet, the Web, blogs, and forums. Who knows, maybe an Egypt style revolution lies in our near future.

The best way (IMO) to deal with O’Reilly is, stop watching him. Ratings are his GOD. When I viewed him on a daily basis, he was always comparing the ratings for Fox (and especially “The so-called Factor”) to CNN and Lou Dobbs. Stop watching!! – let his ratings drop – like Glenn Beck’s did. That’s the best way to deal with O’Reilly and his arrogance in my opinion.

Considering that people like Fukino have been appointed or hired to direct the Hawaii Dept of Health, a verification letter from the HI DOH wouldn’t verify anything except that someone from HI DOH sent a letter.

Where does O’Reilly get off insisting that Obama is a Christian? Just because he says so? His statement that he is a Christian was only made recently because of increasing poll numbers of people believing he’s a Muslim. There are videos on YouTube where Obama has countless times voiced his “Muslim faith.” “My Muslim faith,” he has repeated over and over. Does O’Reilly saying he’s a Christian cancel out all the times Obama has claimed to be Muslim? And his church, arguably black liberation theology, Trinity United Church of Christ, which is “A congregation with a non-negotiable commitment to Africa” and “a congregation working towards Economic Parity.” Does that sound like a christian church in the tradition of American values? Obama never lived the Black American experience unlike fellow parishioner, Oprah Winfrey. However, like Oprah Obama commits himself to Africa as an elitist who gained status through American exceptionalism.
O’Reilly can say anything he wants and we never have a chance to challenge his rhetoric. If I had a chance to give an opinion on his suck-egg interview I would have wanted to know why he didn’t ask Obama why he hates us. Why does he hate white America and especially tea party activists? Huh, ask him that why don’t you? Why does he lecture us on civility but calls us “tea-baggers.”
