WHAT OTHER EVIDENCE DO WE NEED?

(Apr. 3, 2010) — While giving a speech on AIDS and health care to a delegation of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Democrats, Michelle Obama described Kenya as Obama’s “home country.”
The story about his being born in Hawaii seems less and less likely with each passing day. His Muslim/African roots are very obvious with his obeisance to the Saudi king and his false statement made while celebrating Ramadan at the White House that “The contribution of Muslims to the United States are too long to catalog because Muslims are so interwoven into the fabric of our communities and our country.”
Obama also actively campaigned for his Marxist Kenyan cousin, Raila Odinga, in 2006, in apparent violation of the Logan Act.
It would seem that very little else would be needed to prove that Obama is a foreign-born usurper who does not qualify to be president and should be removed from office immediately.
This might explain why the state of Hawaii refuses to open Obama’s records: they most likely have nothing to indicate that he was born there. Since only one person, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, has stated that Obama was unequivocally born there but has revealed nothing to back up her statement, and her own state’s attorney general also refuses to corroborate her statement, it would appear that Obama has some type of amended birth record on file in Hawaii but nothing more.
If it can be proven that Dr. Fukino and her public information officer, Janice Okubo, have participated in a grand cover-up of Obama’s past by lying to the entire nation and world, then they should be charged with fraud and treason to this nation as well.
The U.S. military needs a “natural born Citizen” for its Commander-in-Chief. The American people need someone without dual or foreign allegiances who has the best interest of the country in mind at all times. The foreigner who usurps the Presidency now is a fraud, an imposter, and a traitor to this country.
If Obama had been born in Hawaii, it would seem highly unlikely that his wife would refer to Kenya as “his home country.” Previously, the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S., Peter Ogego, had also admitted that Obama’s birthplace in Kenya was “well-known.”
When does the military step in and as a whole, refuse to take a usurper’s orders? How much longer can Defense Secretary Robert Gates, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General George Casey and others continue to participate in this charade? Our government has been overtaken by a foreign power, and for the last 16 months, Americans have been held hostage to a usurper and a criminal Congress. How much longer can this go on?

I believe that Lt. Col. Lakin’s defense knows the difference between “native born” and natural born”.
Perhaps the use of native born was intentional. In my opinion the Obots are close to admitting the obvious of Barry not being natural born. The time involved in court proceedings and the difficulty of getting many Americans to understand “natural born” slows this path down. On the other hand, because Barry is also not a native born citizen, perhaps they are asking for proof of him being native born. Being born in Kenya is also an easier thing for Americans who don’t really look into eligibility to understand as a reason for Barry’s ineligibility.

If Obama is proven ineligible due to dual citizenship which he is, then pelosi and biden have to go too–they vetted him so to speak therefore they cannot take his place. I am a United States citizen who was born in Mexico. I wonder if I would have more standing being the president since at least I was born on the American continent. Mexico is still in North America. What is not moot is that he was legally adopted as Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian Muslim. There is no record of the person using the name Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. ever renouncing the Indonesian adoption, or legally filing a name change and citizenship renunciation back to Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. This being the case, one Barry Soetoro overstayed his student visa, and is in this country illegally.

No legal documentation has been shown that a legal Barack Hussein Obama, Jr exists.
There is evidence a Barry Soetoro attended Occidental College in Los Angeles as an Indonesian foreign exchange student on a Fullbright Scholarship. There is further question about the legitimacy of the Social Security number reported on his past publicly filed tax return. Evidence suggests he may be using a Social Security card as a result of possible identity theft (in addition to over three dozen numbers and his name being linked and sworn to under penalty in court depositions).
There is a Quo Warranto filing in federal Washington DC District Court, by Dr Orly Taitz, JD and candidate for Secretary of State of California, to substantiate the charges questioning legitimacy of the person representing himself to be Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., since he was an adult. Forget the birth. His last 28 years matter. The Doctor/Officer is to be commended. This is not a totalitarian society (yet) demanding blind obedience to unlawful orders. I have another question, that is probably not germane, but has been troubling me, about where the age of 26 arose in the Health care debate, later Law? So far it has not mattered what the evidence is……….every lawsuit so far has eventually been dismissed due to, “lack of standing”, which to me means, “you cannot sue the president”. None of the lawsuits have made it to discovery, which means looking at the evidence. Evidence has never had anything to do with dismissing an eligibility lawsuit. If one case makes it to, “discovery”, in my opinion, Obama is out. This is why it is so difficult for a case to get to that point.
The history of the guy with the birth certificate, Lucas Smith, was, as I understand it, a little shady. Whether or not the birth certificate was real I don’t know. I am convinced he was born in Kenya though.
It seems Lucas Smith has not been heard of, at least nothing I have seen, since that trial was didmiss due to lack of standing.

actually, this isn’t true. If Obama is removed, the other two are automatically ineligible as one was part of an illegal/ineligible ticket, therefore, invalidating it in its’ entirety and the other signed off on his campaign with the full knowledge of his ineligibility and in fact was rather helpful in providing cover. this fraudulent act invalidates her ability to serve. the next step, therefore, is a military commander.

For Kenya to be Obama’s “home country” he would have had to be born there. He states he was born in Hawaii, which makes the US his home country. But, we all know that he is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America. Meaning, that Michelle and him both know that he was either born in Kenya or Hawaii, but it still does not matter. He can NEVER be a natural born citizen of America. His father was a British Subject making Obama the same and his step father was an Indonesian citizen and adopted Obama in Indonesia so he could attend school which is their law.
Therefore Obama is a dual citizen, British and Indonesian, not American and the electors and pelosi and co and media who say they vetted him, are guilty of treason and aiding and abetting a usurper to our government. I say that WE THE PEOPLE need to make a citizens arrest and hold them all guilty. No trial is needed, the proof that he is not a natural born citizen is just so apparent.

You see, there’s a little known clerical procedure regulation…(perhaps it’s unwritten, because it was back in the 50’s) that requires that every baby born, in these good ole’ US of A… be listed on the Birth Certificate the same race as the mother.
Now, my wife…who was born in FORT BRAGG, NC back in ’56, came into this world a little on the toasty side, too! From a nice white lady, and from a nice black gentleman.
Of course, the problem was…back in ’56, people were still struggling with the rotten 1899 Plessy V. Ferguson decision (Thank You to a certain wrong-way racist bastard from the New Orleans ‘Pickwick Club,’ who squirreled his way into becoming a SCOTUS Chief Justice, who gave the deciding ruling), which brought all those insufferable “Jim Crow” laws back down south…
Mixed-race babies were not accepted by either black folks, or white folks…(if you ever heard the term “spotted” or “zebra” being used to describe folks, or even “mulatto” then you understand the kind of hatred mixed-race people had to deal with, back then….and sometimes, even now….)
hence the “unwritten” Birth Certificate clerical regulation, making babies born from mixed race couples, the race of the mother, be she “black” or “white”
Later, my wife was adopted by a nice and wonderful black couple. And about 42 years later…she met me! And she’s just as sweet now, as the day she was born…and she’s still a little on the “toastier” side!
And if this little known regulation, was used in Hawaii…then it’s a VERY GOOD chance…that the vault copy that everyone clamors to see….the same one that everyone thinks says he was born in Kenya…says on his birth certificate….that he’s WHITE….

This is another possible scenerio that can be added to the many others. Two data point indicate something definitely happened in Hawaii in August of 1961 – released index data and the newspaper announcements. Maybe the issue is as simple a protrayed above. But that still leaves a giant hole in the whole born in Hawaii story – where was the birth, who attended it and how did it get filed with the DOH.
Remember neither of the 2 hospitals in Honolulu claim to be the birthplace. Meaning they probably KNOW they are not the birthplace by reviewing their records. And there is NO record of Stanley Ann Dunham whereabouts between spring of 1961 and September of 1961 when she pops up in Washington state.
Question – were there other places in Hawaii, Washington State or SW Canada where single mothers went to have their babies that were not mainstream hospitals? Or were hospitals segregrated into ‘white’ and ‘non-white’ in those pre-integration days? Could there have been a seperate set of records even if in the same physical building? If so, an answer might be in the records of one of those places.
