SO WHERE IS THE UNITED STATES MILITARY?

(Apr. 11, 2010) — A member of the Kenyan Parliament has stated in a meeting of that body on March 25, 2010 that Barack Obama was born in Kenya.
The statement, which discussed the concept of “devolution,” or ethnic inclusion, reads: “If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation, how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?” A screenshot of page 31 of the Minutes where the statement appears is below.
The Post & Email recently reported the statements of numerous news sources, one of which was NPR, which reported Obama’s birthplace as Kenya, not Hawaii. The Kenyan ambassador to the United States also affirmed that Kenya is Obama’s birthplace, stating that it was “well-known.” Obama’s wife Michelle identified Kenya as her husband’s “home country” while addressing a group of gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexuals during the presidential campaign of 2008.
The Kenyan Parliament had previously referred to Obama as a “son of the soil” of Kenya on November 5, 2008, in a meeting convened the day after the 2008 U.S. presidential election (p. 3275, right column).
With numerous sources reporting that Obama was born in a foreign country to a foreign father and only one person in the entire world stating that Obama was born in Hawaii, with no corroborating evidence offered in violation of Hawaii law, where is the U.S. military? What are they doing taking the orders of an apparently illegitimate Commander-in-Chief?
Is there only a small group of men and women out of a force of 2,000,000 with enough patriotism to stand up and demand that the putative president prove himself?
At this point, the entire burden has been borne by a handful of active duty and retired military including Major Stefan Cook, Lt. Col. Easterling, and Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, Captain Pamela Barnett, Cmdr. Charles Kerchner and their attorneys who have taken a stand by refusing to take the orders of someone who appears to be usurping the office of the Presidency. While the courts have refused to hear many of the cases based on technicalities, the case of Kerchner v. Obama & Congress et al, which is on appeal with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Newark, NJ, has a hearing on the merits tentatively scheduled for June 29, 2010.
But where is the rest of the military? What is Admiral Mullen doing, and how is he upholding his oath to the Constitution?
Where are the members of what used to be the finest fighting force in the world? Why will they not come forward and demand Obama’s documentation? Do they really think that “we the people” are going to sit by and watch as our Constitution has been violated in the most egregious fashion by the biggest political heist in U.S. history? Do the Joint Chiefs sit in their offices in comfortable chairs, collecting handsome paychecks and benefits, while the rest of us are made to suffer under a usurper, a tyrant, and a foreigner? Do they not care that they and their subordinates are taking the orders of an imposter, a foreigner, exactly the thing that Alexander Hamilton warned us against?
This has gone beyond political. It has gone beyond “He said he was born in Hawaii.” It has gone beyond, “I didn’t know.” The evidence that Obama is a foreigner without any claim to the presidency is overwhelming. Now it’s time to make the top brass do its job. For if they have become just like the politicians and will not take action to remove a usurper, they will also need to be replaced.

The NEW YouTube video – “New Solid Proof Obama Born in Kenya” talks about the Kenyan Minister’s comments and also refers you to a book on Obama being born in Kenya with much proof, and therefore ineligible to be President.
That’s because the later is not Obama’s birth certificate. The person it belongs to has blacked out their information to protect their identity. Duh!
Truth is coming out, judges,military leaders, congress, senate, refuse to accept the truth. They are cowards and deserters of the american law. Should be tried for treason. The sleeping giant is rising up its head for justice.
Another interesting article about what was Barry doing for two hours Saturday when he ditched the White House press pool by giving them a wrong time to show up at the White House. The official story was he attending one of his daughters soccer games…but that has fallen apart. my guess is he was at the Kenyan embassy and it was related to the “born in Kenya” document:

Any intelligent person must ask himself why these statements keep coming up from various sources; Mamar Khadafi, The Kenyan ammbassador, the Kenyan parliament, Michelle Obama, and others all having made statements regarding BHO’s Kenyan birth. It seems that his entire history; his birth, religious background, and his past voting record was rewritten by his camapign staff with his many terrorist connections swept under the rug by the media. We can only afford to look the other way for so long. It will be to our own demise if we continue down this path.

Reason is because Kenya’s Parliament met on March 25, 2010 to discuss the future of their country. One member, in passing, stated in reference to Barack Obama, “…how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the President of America?” That statement was not contradicted and remains an official record of the parliament’s minutes. Indeed, that is the subject of great news, that a Kenyan and not a natural born American presides over the executive branch illegally. Why are you not covering it?

Thanks Ms. Rondeau for the excellent. What are the Joint Chiefs of Staff going to do. My take if this ever gets to court they will be on our side, they swore an oath to defend and protect the Constitution, no a fraud of a president. The major issue here seem to be that the court system has been corrupted. Obama belongs in a maximum security Federal prison in solitary for the rest of his life and a day, if he can some way be proven guilty. Remember, as I recall there were to identical forms provided by Nancy Pelosi certifying his his status, interestingly she chose to submit the one without her signature, I’m Jim
I could be wrong but I think both of the forms you refer to had Nancy’s signature, and both were notarized and signed on the same day. The one that went to Hawaii included language to the effect that Obama and Biden were eligible per the US Constitution, the one sent to the other 49 states said nothing about the Constitution. I don’t believe the DNC has ever answered the question of why there were two different certification forms.
The First DNC Form stated that Obama and Biden were Constitutionally Qualified to be President of the United States. The Second DNC Form (Marked Received 29 August 2008) was missing the quote they were Constitutionally Qualified. Both forms were signed on 28th August 2008 by Nancy Pelosi (DNC Chair, Alice Travis Germond (DNC Secretary), and Signed and Stamped by Shalifa A. Williamson (Notary Public of Colorado). Both Forms are available. They KNEW Obama wasn’t qualified and sent the Doctored Form that left out he was Constitutionally Qualified. McCain and Palin’s Form stated that they were Constitutionally Qualified but McCain actually wasn’t since he was born 50 miles outside the Panama Canal Zone in the City of Colon, Panama. He was NOT born on the Military Base since they didn’t build a Hospital there until 7 years AFTER his birth. John McCain WAS NOT born on American Soil.

There is now reasonable doubt Mr. Obama does not meet the US Constitution’s requirement of “natural born” citizenship. This means there is also reasonable doubt he is qualified to be President of the United Sates and Commander-in-Chief.
The Kenyan citizenship of his father, the age of his mother, the lack of a birth certificate, the ambiguous nature of a Certification of Live Birth, the possible forgery of birth documents, the inability of the press to view passport and college records, and even his own statements, all add to the uncertainty many have about Mr. Obama’s qualifications to be President…
He should be removed from office and anything that has gone on or been passed during his REGIME should be reversed. Any and all monies he has received should be stripped from him.
Michael has said it all!!! Let’s get on with getting him out of office.
