(Sep. 18, 2025) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. What do you say we view this prerecorded tape of a sermon from Pastor Dunkin?”
“Life is given to us at birth and taken away at death; what happens in between the two is called Fate, some good, some bad, but the Golden Rule must reign supreme if we are to follow in the footsteps of our Savior. Western Civilization, to survive, requires each of us to contribute to the common good, to uphold the Ten Commandments and to honor Christ.
“And, as Henry would say, that’s my opening. Welcome to our little church down on Hawthorn Street. Please sit back and enjoy the music.”

“Today we consider today, not the past but the here and now. If nothing else, Charlie Kirk’s untimely death taught us that the future is never written, that nothing is certain. It would be something if each of us knew the exact time of our death; I mean, would you go to work that day? I doubt it. Charlie would have been with his wife in Arizona.
“I asked that same question of Madam Shylock to which she replied at her mother’s grave. Professor Zorkophsky said he’d be on the phone with his ex-wife telling her he never stopped loving her. Roving Reporter said he’d be at the grave of ‘Talking Dog.’
“Now here’s the point: none of us knows when our time on earth is over. So, the real point is to live each minute as if the next moment our time is over while living the best we can and honoring our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
“Is that hard to do? No, just be a nice person but don’t give all your money away and become a burden upon society. Just treat others as you would expect to be treated. No mystery here.
“This is what I’ve learned in the last week. I thought Charlie was just for the USA but wasn’t I surprised to know he fought on the front line for Western Civilization, and that’s why he was so honored around the world. Live and learn, right?
“And here’s another thing: Charlie was bigger than any of us can ever imagine. Charlie would’ve been president. Charlie would have been the Knight who slew the Socialist Dragon. Charlie would have saved the Americas, Europe and Africa. The world lost a front-line soldier of Christ of which there are too few; therefore, let us, each of us, all of us, step up to the plate and, maybe, if we all stand together, fill the shoes of Charlie Kirk to save Western Civilization.
