(Aug. 20, 2025) — Last month, The Post & Email submitted a FOIA request through the FBI’s online form seeking documents containing terms associated with the “long-form” birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama, II.”
The request included the names of more than a half-dozen individuals associated with the procuring of and/or publication of the PDF image purportedly derived from a certified copy of Obama’s original birth record held by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH).
Does the “Long-Form” Image Represent Something Real?
Obama claims a birth on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, refuting numerous media articles published both prior to his 2007 presidential candidacy announcement and afterward stating he was born in Kenya or Indonesia.
Speculation also exists that he was born in Vancouver, Canada.
If not born in Indonesia, as former MSNBC host Chris Matthews claimed in 2007, Obama’s “Indonesian connection” is asserted in his public life narrative.
Several months after pronouncements from a number of career document analysts that the “birth certificate” was fraudulent, then-Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio launched what became a 5+-year probe of the image, concluding, with the concurrence of two commissioned forensic document analysts working independently of one another, that it represented nothing more than a “computer-generated forgery.”
Arpaio and lead investigator Mike Zullo called for a full FBI investigation which, by the agency’s own recent admission, did not take place.
Over the last two months, Arpaio has issued frequent comments on the probe, drawing a connection with more recent events and in particular, “the Russia hoax” conducted by the FBI under the name “Crossfire Hurricane” and “Obama’s FAKE government documents.”
FBI Response: Business as Usual?
The FBI responded to our request with two letters, each referencing an individual whose name appeared in the search terms we presented. The release of any documents, if they exist, the FBI wrote, “could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.”
The Post & Email subsequently submitted a new request without any names and on August 5 received the following:
However, two days later, the FBI informed us that “Your request for the above referenced subject is not searchable in our indices. The FBI Central Records System (CRS) is indexed according to investigatory interests, and it is not arranged in a manner that allows for the retrieval of information in the form you have requested…”
“For questions on how to reasonably describe your request,” the letter continues, “please email us at foipaquestions@fbi.gov. Please reference the FOIPA Request number listed above in all correspondence concerning your request…”
On August 11, The Post & Email sent an email to the address provided with a suggested request modification.

On Tuesday, we received a response from the FBI’s public information officer stating, “Per letter dated August 7, 2025, the subject of your request is not searchable in our indices. Our records are indexed according to investigatory interests only.”

Data appears to be repeat of what has already been known or posted, but I cannot confirm.
I called Mueller’s
office 3 times right after 4/27/11.
Three times they just hung up.

I am wondering if this is a wrong approach. That term, investigatory interests, is an invitation to find their dictionary of terms that define and detail “investigatory interests”. Just to ask, has the FBI EVER investigated fraudulent birth certificates? What if they have a limited list of the only types of fraudulent documents which would interest them? They would be interested in fraudulent driver’s licenses and passports. But birth certificates? Very unusual and probably very rare.
More broadly, does the FBI have an office for investigating identity fraud? Is there something similar to that. I would ask Orly for her ideas on this.
I learned a long time ago, bureaucracies have a peculiar and specific language. If you don’t know how to ask questions in their language, you won’t be able to find what you are looking for.
Another problem is that more of the folklore about Obama connects him with the CIA, which does not get along well with the FBI. Now, just to ask, is there any branch of the FBI which would be concerned with international students using fraudulent information to get into college and get federal money? I am thinking of the stories around Occidental College.
Another line of attack is the open secret that the FBI has dossiers on every single American. Where is their dossier on Obama? What about dossiers on related individuals. His mother? His father? His half-brother? Others?
Time I don’t have needs to be devoted to further brain storming in search of hidden and surprising connections between the FBI and the “community of interest” around Obama and the birth certificate. Are there places to go with the many questions around his social security number?
Is this some kind of joke: “Your request is NOT SEARCHABLE in our indices. Our records are indexed according to INVESTIGATORY INTERESTS only.” This was the August 19, 2025, response (unsigned?) from the FBI Public Information Officer to Sharon Rondeau regarding P&E Editor Rondeau’s FOIA request concerning Barack Obama’s birth certificate.
I would like to reiterate for the umpteenth time what happened to similar COMPLAINTS ALLEGING PUBLIC CORRUPTION (FBI nomenclature for criminal activity committed at the federal level) which I emailed to the USDOJ, Office of the Inspector General, Investigations Division Hotline in 2014 and again in 2015. My allegations were the various and sundry crimes committed by Barack Obama. In fact, there is an entire chapter in my modest little book published in 2019 titled “THE SICK TREASONOUS TRUTH SURROUNDING BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, AS WITNESSED & EXPERIENCED BY AN ORDINARY AMERICAN CITIZEN.” That chapter (chapter 8) is titled “DERELICTION OF DUTY AT THE FBI & DOJ.” I vividly recall that I then was trying to “get ahead of” what I anticipated would be forthcoming “breaking news” stories regarding the 2019 presidential election. I was not fully aware of the CIA’s complicity in election fraud. In fact, as it turned out, my book (which was not a best seller!) TURNED OUT TO BE MORE OF AN INDICTMENT OF THE FBI THAN IT WAS OF USURPER “PRESIDENT” OBAMA (OR THE CIA).
The USDOJ, Office of the Inspector General, Investigations Division responded to written materials sent by me to them (two separate responses, both unsigned, dated March 23, 2015, and May 27, 2015) stated: “The Investigations Division of the Office of the Inspector General has thoroughly reviewed the material and concluded that THE ISSUES RAISED DO NOT WARRANT AN INVESTIGATION BY THIS OFFICE. ACCORDINGLY, THIS OFFICE WILL TAKE NO FURTHER ACTION REGARDING YOUR CORRESPONDENCE AND CONSIDERS THE MATTER CLOSED.”
Following that, every time that I attempted to email (instead of U.S. mail) them, postmaster@doj365,onmicrosoft.com replied back to me: “Your message couldn’t be delivered to the recipient because YOU DON’T HAVE PERMISSION TO SEND IT.” I often, still today, ask myself BUT WHAT ABOUT MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS!
So, Ms Rondeau, regarding what could be implied at the beginning of my little tirade, this time the joke may end up being on you. How really sick that will be! I am reminded, though, that TEN YEARS AGO (yes, ten years!), THE JOKE WAS ON ME, AND HAS CONTINUED TO BE ON ME AND OTHER VICTIMIZED U.S. CITIZENS EVER SINCE. I often have called this entire episode in our country’s history, upon learning that it was centered around Obama being groomed and planted by the CIA in our presidency, AMERICA LIVING A LIE. Now, the time has come for the TRUTH to be told and for America to be made great again.
What it is, is a rhetorical question. It IS the same as talking to City Hall or to the cat.
Now here’s the bottom line: Obama is the KINGPIN. It’s like a HOUSE OF CARDS: expose Obama and you expose the DEEP STATE: CIA, FBI, et al.

Deciphering the last sentence, any threat to the GRAVY TRAIN – such as having a President who CAN’T BE BOUGHT, i.e., CAN’T BE PAID-OFF – puts any citizen in the crosshairs to be “Hillaried,” or suicided by “double-tap.”

Dealing with the FBI (Federal Bureau of Inquiries) is equivalent to complaining to my NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge) while serving in the US Air Force.
NCOICs with a bad attitude will reply to subordinate Airmen’s complaints by insisting that the Airman complaining of a wrong-doing write all the facts of the complaint on a one square inch post-it note. Additionally, the cranky NCOIC would reply to the Airman as follows: “Look deeply into my eyes and let me know if you see anyone in there that cares.”
i.e. and in my personal opinion, the FBI upper tier is complicit in the coverup of the unconstitutional and putative 44th POTUS.
