NEWS TO THEM OR NOT?

(Sep. 17, 2019) — On Tuesday afternoon, a reader accessing The Post & Email from an “Associated Press” IP opened our article about a 2004 article attributed to the AP describing Barack Hussein Obama II, who was then running for the U.S. Senate from Illinois, as “Kenyan-born.”
Our story, dated October 14, 2009 by founder John Charlton, is titled, “AP declares Obama ‘Kenyan-Born’!”
As Charlton referenced, the source article, marked “—AP” at the bottom, appeared in Kenya’s Sunday Standard on June 27, 2004 and began, “Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night…”
The AP was among a number of media sources which reported prior to Obama’s presidential run that Obama was born in Kenya or Indonesia rather than Hawaii, as he now claims. Another source, Obama’s then-literary agent, in 1991 published a promotional pamphlet which included Obama’s biography and stated that the nascent author was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
In April 2007, two months after Obama announced he would seek the U.S. presidency, the biography was altered to say that he was “born in Hawaii.”
On April 27, 2011, an image purported to represent Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate held by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) was posted on the White House website. Within days, it was analyzed by experts who declared it problematic. A five-year criminal investigation launched in August that year commissioned by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) affirmed those early findings in an initial press conference on March 1, 2012.
At a third and final presser on December 15, 2016, lead investigator Mike Zullo reported that two outside forensic analysts, one from Hawaii and one from Italy, reached the same conclusion that the birth certificate image cannot be considered authentic.
Following that press conference, in an article titled, “Sheriff Joe Arpaio closes probe of Obama birth certificate,” AP reporter Jacques Billeaud failed to mention the new information about the forensic analysts and called the investigation an “erroneous effort.”
Contesting Arpaio’s “effort,” Billeaud wrote:
In 2012, he said the investigation revealed that there was probable cause to believe Obama’s long-form birth certificate was a computer-generated forgery and that the selective service card completed by Obama in 1980 was likely a fraud.
The facts say otherwise. Hawaii officials repeatedly confirmed Obama’s citizenship, and the courts rebuffed a series of lawsuits.
George Gallagher, Obama’s purported Mother, Stanley Dunham, was an American. However, that does not change anything for Barack Obama. Dunham’s husband was never an American. Obama is no more then a basic “Citizen” of the U.S. Also, one must take into account where Barack was born. A question which still remains unanswered since his Birth Certificate is a forgery.
Obama is not, has never been, nor can he ever be, a “Natural Born” Citizen of the U.S. That said, Obama was never a President., never was the President.

With all due respect, I am correcting you because you are wrong. And here’s why.
During the Constitutional Convention, John Jay wrote this to George Washington on July 25, 1787: “Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the Administration of our National Government, and to declare expressly that the Commander In Chief of the American Army shall not be given to, nor devolved on, any but a natural born Citizen.” SCOTUS Justice Joseph Story later noted in his famous Commentaries on the Constitution that the purpose of the natural born citizenship requirement was to “cut off all chances for ambitious foreigners, who might otherwise be intriguing for the office; and interposes a barrier against those corrupt interferences of foreign governments in executive elections.” Obviously undivided loyalty to the United States was their intent, and only “born in the country to citizen parents of the country” (from Emer Vattel’s “Laws of Nations”) cuts off any foreign loyalty and/or yields undivided loyalty at birth.

Although I am ecstatic that he no longer is (p)resident I am equally unhappy that, unless he is exposed for the fraud/hoax he is, he will receive a hefty government pension for life, that he and his wife are eligible for free government healthcare for life and, last but certainly not least, that he and his wife are eligible to be buried in America’s most hallowed place — Arlington National Cemetery.

MARTIN: Does it changed in some way the way Africans, some Africans – because you certainly cannot speak for all – think about the United States?
QUIST-ARCTON: I think the U.S. generally gets a pretty good press in Africa, but, especially the predominantly Muslim countries, over the span of George Bush’s governance here, I think they have felt very disappointed because they feel that, because of the continuing war in Iraq, they don’t feel well-disposed towards President Bush.
But I think, generally, the president probably gets a better press in Africa than he does right here in the United States, and that’s because of things like PEPFAR, the president’s program, which has helped on HIV and AIDS. Although this criticism that the U.S. administration is talking about abstinence rather than abstinence and fidelity and, of course, condomize, make sure that you use protection. But I think, generally, George Bush is not as popular as Bill Clinton in Africa and probably not as well known, but still, I think he can go out, leave office here feeling that he has friends in Africa. Yeah.

“Plus … since originally posting this item, I received the following statement from Paul Colford, director of media relations for the Associated Press: “The AP has never reported that President Obama was born in Kenya. In fact, AP news stories about the state of Hawaii have confirmed that he was born there. Those two links you posted after Sharon asked for links to one to articles about Jack Ryan dropping out of the political race back then and do not support in anyway that I can see the allegations you made re the AP revising its prior article about Obama being Kenyan-Born, i.e., that someone in Kenya doctored the AP story. Others in this thread, please take a look at those links. Does anyone see anything in those links that is relevant to this article posted by Sharon Rondeau and the AP revising history after Obama declared to run for President. Sharon, is there anything in those links that Bebop provided that adds any credibility to his assertion that someone in Kenya doctored the AP news stories over there? If as you suggest the Kenyan Sunday Standard did in fact add the “Kenyan born” reference to AP’s article thus implying the “Kenyan born” reference was part of AP’s article, one would think the AP would have contacted the Kenyan Sunday Standard in 2004 and asked them to correct it. Hi Bob: Reading it I see nothing in that paper addresses the national security concern which is innate in allowing a person born with dual-Citizen and attendant dual-allegiance to a country other than the USA to become the Commander in Chief of our military. Dual-Citizens and Tri-Citizens at birth (and their political allies) thinking and believing and spouting that they are a “natural born Citizen” of the United States are clearly gas-lighting the citizenry and voting public. The founders and framers were very clear in that they intended the “natural born Citizen” clause to be discriminatory to help prevent foreign influence on the person being Commander in Chief of our Military. Dual-Citizens at birth like Ted Cruz and Tri-Citizens at Birth like Kamala Harris certainly have foreign influence on them by birth and thus are not a “natural born Citizen” of the USA. Here is an interesting PDF file written in 2005 which is trying to convince the reader that “natural born citizen”, as originally defined in the Constitution is a bad idea.
It doesn’t do that for me, but it reveals again the Constitutions original meaning has not been changed. There have been numerous failed attempts to change the Constitutions requirement for natural born citizen for U.S. President and Commander-in-Chief. They all failed and the Constitution was ignored to get the Deep State creation “Obama” installed as America’s putative president. It worked, except for the failure of Hillary, the planned and promised in 2008 after Obama cover……..

Finally it should be noted, that to define a term is to indicate the category or class of things which it signifies. In this sense, the Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof”.
Hence every U.S. Citizen must accept this definition or categorical designation, and fulfill his constitutional duties accordingly. No member of Congress, no judge of the Federal Judiciary, no elected or appointed official in Federal or State government has the right to use any other definition; and if he does, he is acting unlawfully, because unconstitutionally.

Mia Marie Pope knew Obama when they both were teenagers hanging out at Waikiki Beach. Obama’s name then was “Barry Soetoro” and he said he was a foreign student from “Mombasa”. He attended the very exclusive and expensive private Punahou School in Hawaii. How “Barry” was able to afford that school she didn’t know. His family (grand-parents) lived in a modest apartment building in Honolulu and didn’t appear to have a lot of money. Pope surmised that since “Barry” was a foreign student, he received some special deal and was able to go to Punahou. She and other teens in their group considered “Barry” a braggart and “pathological liar” of deficient character and deduced he was involved in cocaine usage and homosexual interactions, for compensation (money and or drugs), with older (mostly White) men. She observed him entering and exiting vehicles containing these men. “Barry was not interested in girls at all.” Obama in his book “Dreams from My Father” admitted to his drug usage as a teen.
Pope, as a teen, did not know where “Mombasa” was located. She has since learned it is a city in the country of Kenya.
Except that the original Associated Press Sunday Standard article (Friday June 25, 2004 by Maura Kelly Lannan) says no such thing about Obama…it was apparently doctored (most likely by the Kenya-based edition of the Sunday Standard) to include the “Kenyan-born” reference…they even spelled Barack wrong…
