(Apr. 29, 2025) — At approximately 5:38 PM EDT on Tuesday’s “The Five,” the discussion turned to Michelle Obama’s podcast appearance on Monday in which she claimed the Trump administration’s deportations of illegal aliens “keeps me up at night.”
“The Five” co-host Dana Perino questioned (29:13 here) why “the most popular person in the world,” referring to Michelle Obama, had said she would not run for president because she does not like politics but would nevertheless wade into hot-button political topics on the air.
At that point, co-host Greg Gutfeld remarked, “Maybe there is some truth to Barack’s birth certificate,” a reference to the claim that Obama’s “long-form” birth record, purportedly released to the public on April 27, 2011 on the White House website, is inauthentic.
Michelle Obama’s husband could be deported, Gutfeld suggested in his customary tongue-in-cheek manner, if he were discovered to be an illegal alien.
Between August 2011 and December 2016, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) conducted a criminal investigation into the birth-certificate image, finding it early in the process to be a “computer-generated forgery.”
Gutfeld is one of only a few “mainstream” media personalities who has dared to broach the topic of the declared forgery, even jokingly, of the image presented to the public with much fanfare as representative of the original birth record allegedly held by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH).
Beginning with the earliest open-records requests when Barack Obama was seeking the White House for the first time, the HDOH obfuscated, delayed and generally failed to respond to requesters, claiming the state’s “privacy” laws precluded the birth certificate’s release.
In late April 2011, Barack Obama’s then-personal attorney, Judith Corley of Perkins Coie, was said to have traveled to the HDOH to obtain two certified copies of the document from then-Director Loretta Fuddy, who died in the aftermath of an aircraft incident in December 2013.
Of nine people aboard the single-engine plane, Fuddy was the only death. According to her Wikipedia entry, she passed away of “heart failure.”
Her autopsy report was not available for public release under state law, The Post & Email was told.
Later in the birth-certificate probe, two forensic document examiners were commissioned to independently analyze the image unbeknownst to one another and working from different disciplines. In a third and final press conference on December 15, 2016, lead investigator Mike Zullo declared both examiners reached conclusions similar to his own regarding the image’s lack of authenticity.
In 2018, Zullo revealed on a radio show that two U.S. intelligence agents informed him that it was “an open secret” that Barack Obama was not born in the United States, as he claimed.
In a 2020 interview about his memoir, “Sheriff Joe Arpaio: An American Legend,” former Sheriff Arpaio remarked that Zullo “did an incredible job of exposing the truth” on the birth-certificate image.
Ironically, Donald Trump was the first public individual to question the existence of an authentic “long-form” birth certificate for Barack Obama, a claim Obama described from the White House as “silliness” on the morning of the release.
Obama did not, however, hold a paper version of the document and claim it as his own.

By the way, CITIZENS PETITE (OR GRAND) JURIES AT THE ATLAH WORLD MIMISTERIES CHURCH IN NYC AND IN OCALA, FLORIDA, ALREADY CONVICTED OBAMA OF NUMEROUS CRIMES INCLUDING SEDITION AND ELECTION FRAUD. That occurred while Obama was “president.” He actually was sentenced in the Ocala case to TEN YEAR IMPRISONMENT (in absentia, of course, evidently because he was not a “big boy” willing to attend/defend himself and face the consequences!).
One more important thing, which I am quite certain is on some readers’ minds. I AM A LAW-ABIDING, TAX-PAYING, NON-VIOLENT CITIZEN (also a military veteran and a retired law enforcement officer), and I DO NOT WANT MY OPINIONS AND FACTS, SOME OF WHICH ARE PUT FORTH HEREIN, TO LEAD TO ANY RIDICULOUS CIVIL UNREST OR ADOLESCENT VIOLENCE! That is not supposed to be something that ever results from THE TRUTH (in a civilized society).

Obama was not born in Hawaii. He could not produce a birth certificate from the Health Dept. in Oct. 2007 when he met with the Board of Health. The forged one was inserted into the book in 2008. The Democrat Party changed to official Certification of Nomination to remove that he was qualified under the Constitution to he was duly nominated by the Democrat Party.
Border Czar Homan must arrest Soetoro for the stolen social security number for starters. Barry and the SSA cannot explain their ways out of this one. Guilty
Think of it this way. If Obama was born on American soil, then WHY WOULD HE NEED A FORGED HAWAIIAN “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” AND OTHER COUNTERFEIT ID’s?
Furthermore, WHY WOULD THE CIA “VOUCH” FOR OBAMA AND GROOM HIM FROM AN EARLY AGE TO BE A MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE AND U.S. PRESIDENT? Additionally, WHY WOULD HOUSE SPEAKER NANCY PELOSI CERTIFY OBAMA AND DIRECT ALL STATES TO PLACE HIM ON THEIR ELECTION BALLOTS? My answer- because We, The People, have little or no political influence or power (as in being disenfranchised!). Whereas, for all practical purposes, the CIA and Deep State (are they one and the same?) run things in our so-called “democracy” and oftentimes in the entire world itself.
So, does anyone understand TREASON and/or SEDITION? Yes, it could be very humiliating and destructive of Obama’s coveted legacy and that of our CIA and certain Intel officials, but THEY “SIGNED ON” FOR THIS AND SHOULD COMPORT THEMSELVES LIKE BIG BOYS AND GIRLS, AND PREPARE THEMSELVES TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES.
