(Jul. 23, 2014) — Mike Volin will host a special edition of his radio show titled after his website, WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com, to speak with two citizen researchers who have probed the death of former Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) Director Loretta Fuddy.

Fuddy’s name became well-known by those following the developments in what has become two criminal investigations conducted by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse and sheriff’s office, respectively, beginning in September 2011.

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie nominated Fuddy to head the Department in January 2011 after Dr. Neal Palafox’s name was suddenly pulled from consideration without Palafox’s apparent knowledge.  Fuddy was the first person without an M.D. degree to hold the position as Health Department Director.

Following pressure from real estate mogul and prospective presidential candidate Donald Trump early in 2011 for Obama to release his “long-form” birth certificate to prove that he was born in Hawaii and by extension, was presumably eligible to serve as president, Fuddy reportedly supervised the copying of Obama’s original birth certificate at the health department on or around April 24, 2011, after Obama’s personal attorney, Judith Corley, reportedly traveled there to retrieve it.  Mainstream news outlets published a letter from Corley to Fuddy asking her to make an exception to health department policy by releasing certified copies of the “long-form” record after the health department said it had stopped issuing them in 2009.

In June 2008, a “short-form” Certification of Live Birth appeared at The Daily KOS website bearing Obama’s name, his purported birth date and time, the names of his parents and a blacked-out certificate number.  Many questioned why Obama had not released the more detailed birth certificate bearing the name of the delivering doctor, medical facility, and his parents’ signatures as well as an official raised seal to show authenticity.

On April 27, 2011, the White House released what it said was Obama’s long-form birth certificate following Corley’s reported return from Hawaii with two copies of the official record.  The image was posted on the White House website that morning, after which Obama held a short press conference attesting to the image’s proof that he was born in Hawaii, purportedly to silence naysayers and others doubting elements of his public life narrative.

At the time, then-White House Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer explained Obama’s reported decision to release his long-form birth certificate as:

At a time of great consequence for this country – when we should be debating how we win the future, reduce our deficit, deal with high gas prices, and bring stability to the Middle East, Washington, DC, was once again distracted by a fake issue.  The President’s hope is that with this step, we can move on to debating the bigger issues that matter to the American people and the future of the country.

Today, the Middle East is in chaos, with ISIS murdering Iraqi citizens in cold blood, driving out Christians from communities they have inhabited for more than 1,500 years, declaring the establishment of an Ottoman-style caliphate in the area and attempting to erase the border between Iraq and Syria; gasoline prices are higher, as is the national debt; and corruption in nearly every major government department has been exposed.  Obama has called those, too, “phony” issues.

No Hawaii hospital has confirmed Obama’s birth there.  Obama has been quoted as having said that he was born both at The Queen’s Medical Center and at Kapiolani Women and Children’s Hospital.

When The Post & Email attempted to obtain copies of Fuddy’s health department itinerary for a specific time period, it was denied on the basis that Fuddy reportedly maintained one calendar which combined her personal and professional appointments and which only her secretary was permitted to see, which in effect made Fuddy unaccountable to the people of Hawaii who paid her salary.

By state law, the health department director is also the mayor of Kalaupapa, a former leper colony located on a peninsula on the island of Molokai.  Now a national park, Kalaupapa can be accessed by hiking on foot, by mule or by airplane.

On December 11, 2013, Fuddy was traveling in a single-engine plane on a routine trip to and from Kalaupapa with eight others when the plane’s engine failed and the pilot, Clyde Kawasaki, was forced to make a water landing.  After Kawasaki saw to it that every passenger stepped out of the plane with a life preserver, floating in the water to await help, another small plane flying nearby radioed the distressed plane’s location to aviation authorities in Maui, who undertook a rescue mission.

One passenger swam to shore and seven others were recovered safely.  While the pilot suffered a concussion and was hospitalized, no one else was seriously injured.

However, Fuddy died.  An autopsy was reportedly conducted two days after the crash, although the results were not made public until mid-January.  Several requesters of the autopsy report, including this writer, were told that autopsies are protected from release by state law, which is not accurate.

Researchers Linda Jordan and Butterdezillion have obtained documentation from various sources which indicates that official reports on Fuddy’s death and the aviation event which reportedly precipitated it are not available to the public.  After several months, Jordan finally received a copy of the autopsy report which was redacted to the point of uselessness.  Butterdezillion has told investigator Douglas Hagmann on his radio show that the FAA informed her that documents relating to its investigation of the plane’s malfunction were “destroyed.”

Several months ago, Jordan also asked for a copy of Fuddy’s work calendar and was denied.

Two days prior to the mishap with Fuddy’s plane, Tea Party Power Hour host Mark Gillar released a video stating that “witnesses will testify,” “prosecutions are coming,” and identified the “HDOH” as having been complicit in a cover-up of the “computer-generated forgery” of Obama’s long-form birth certificate as determined by the Cold Case Posse.

Butterdezillion and Jordan will be guests on this evening’s show to discuss their findings beginning at 8:00 p.m. EDT.  Also appearing will be legendary entertainer Pat Boone, who recently alluded on the Alan Colmes Show to revelations to be made suggesting that Obama’s removal from office could be the result.

The Cold Case Posse and Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio are both expected to release new information on their respective investigations in the near future.  Arpaio’s work stems from the posse’s initial probe of the long-form birth certificate and Obama’s Selective Service registration form, which it also determined to be fraudulent.
