(Aug. 20, 2024) — On Tuesday’s edition of Fox News’s “The Five,” discussion among the co-hosts focused on the first night of the Democratic National Convention (DNC) on Monday, then turned to the speakers expected to address the crowd this evening in Chicago.
On Tuesday’s roster are Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer, New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, and Barack and Michelle Obama, among others.
During the spirited conversation among Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino, former Judge Jeanine Pirro, former Tennessee Congressman Harold Ford, Jr., and “Primetime” host Jesse Watters, all but Ford deplored the late spot Joe Biden was provided on Monday when he spoke from approximately 11:28 PM EDT (10:28 CDT) to approximately 12:08 AM Tuesday EDT.
Gutfeld went on to say that with Barack Obama speaking this evening, observers would hear from the “real president,” suggesting Obama has directed the Biden White House on policy and practice, a belief others have also expressed.
On July 21, Biden withdrew from the race via a letter posted on his personal “X” account and endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris. His speech Monday night was deemed a “passing of the torch” to her as the new leader of the Democrat Party.
It was suggested that if Harris, who was designated the Democrats’ 2024 presidential nominee through a remote voting process prior to the convention and has reportedly been close to Obama, would take guidance from him should she win election in November.
Gutfeld additionally pointed out that Shepard Fairey’s new campaign poster featuring Harris and the slogan, “Forward” resembles the poster he created for Obama’s successful 2008 “Hope and Change” campaign.
At approximately 5:24 PM EDT, Watters, who was participating remotely from the convention, remarked, in light of a possible return of Obama’s influence should Harris win, “We’ll be sending Johnny to Hawaii to get the real truth about the birth certificate.”
“Johnny” is Watters’s assistant, who, as Watters did for former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly years ago, canvasses members of the public in short cameos to obtain their views on various issues and politicians.
The “birth certificate” to which Watters referred is the image posted by the Obama White House on April 27, 2011 of what it said was a PDF of Obama’s original “long-form” birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH).
As The Post & Email has reported for the last 13+ years, the image was almost immediately declared a forgery by several experts and subsequently investigated by a volunteer arm of the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office, then led by Joseph M. Arpaio.
Early on, investigators found probable cause that the image was a “computer-generated forgery,” a discovery later reinforced by two renowned forensic document examiners who reached similar conclusions while working independently of each other.
On January 6, 2018, Pirro, perhaps unexpectedly, asked Democrat strategist David Goodfriend, who was criticizing then-President Donald Trump, if he had ever “seen a long-form,” referring to the Obama birth certificate.
Less than two weeks later in an interview with Arpaio, however, Pirro demonstrated an aversion to the issue when Arpaio, who in response to a question from Pirro on an unrelated matter, decried the state of Hawaii for failing to level with the public about the “fake, fraudulent government document,” meaning the Obama birth certificate.
Over the years Watters has made occasional references to the birth certificate, invoking the matter as recently as April on his program while commenting on the then-undecided question of presidential immunity to be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
On July 1, the Court issued a ruling that the official duties of a president while in office are protected from criminal prosecution, while unofficial or personal acts may not be.
Criticizing Biden for his environmental policies which Watters alleged, if the court were to rule against some form of presidential immunity, he would “sue Joe Biden for the reported deaths of thousands of birds from wind turbines and other perceived transgressions since Biden took office,” (The Post & Email‘s paraphrase) “…and then I’ll sue Obama for forgery because we all know the birth certificate wasn’t real.”
One week before Watters’s April 25 comment, we reported that “Since at least the end of the Obama presidency, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has maintained the image of an unauthenticated copy of Barack Hussein Obama’s purported “long-form” birth certificate evidenced by its lack of an official raised seal.”
Former detective and private investigator Mike Zullo, who led the investigation, at the time revealed that an “enhanced” version of the alleged “long-form” birth record created by experts lacked a raised seal, which all official birth certificates, regardless of the state which created them, must have to be considered authentic.
In early December 2018, Zullo reported that “very, very high, high, high-level White House officials have had a cursory briefing of the information that we garnered about the certificate.”
Zullo additionally suggested that if action on the forgery were to be taken, it would be during a second Trump term.
On November 5, voters will decide whether Trump, Harris or someone else will be the next president.

TASK INTEGRITY
“Task Integrity” (my words, I believe) means each oath-taking tax-taking perks-and-pension-paid government employee and election official stays within their lane of limited prescribed duties and do not go “off road rogue” for any misguided reason.
For example, as long as 55 Secretaries of State/Chief Election Officers allow themselves to be bullied by Big Money or Big Tech or Big Media, et al, they will go off road and let ELECTION INTEGRITY be usurped:

I sense our U.S. Government has been hijacked since 2008/Obama and functions much like an organized crime mob = “Do not do your jobs; do what we bosses say, or else, you will be fired!” And, “Do what we bosses say, by abandoning your job oaths of office, and we will reward you.”
In summary, all the laws for election officials to behave themselves are useless as long as each election official abandons their individual TASK INTEGRITY to ensure a usurped ELECTION INTEGRITY.

ELECTION INTEGRITY IS A FUNCTION OF ELECTION OFFICIALS’ TASK INTEGRITY
Obama’s birth certificate was a diversionary head fake because the reality is dual citizens aren’t natural born citizens because they owe allegiance to and are subject to the jurisdiction of the foreign countries to which they hold citizenship to. Based on the plain text of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the fourteenth amendment people who are born in the United States and are automatically conferred as foreign citizens shouldn’t be conferred US citizenship as they are subject to a foreign power and a foreign jurisdiction.
It’s become apparent that most if not all of the media is aware of the birth certificate forgery however most fear reprisal. Thanks to Jesse Waters for stepping up.

Treason was committed by both parties as they did nothing to stop the race, and once sworn-in ineligibility protected Obama from being sworn-in. Every candidate for congress (both chambers); every candidate for the US Supreme Court (USSC); every candidate for the Executive Office; every member of all federal agencies; and every staff member of said offices must have a full, lifetime investigative background check done using Standard Form (SF) 86 completed and released to the public one full year prior to running for elected office(s); prior to any and all US Senate hearings for the USSC; or prior to employee being hired by said offices. The public has a stake in knowing that these candidates possess integrity and fitness for said jobs,
These background checks must also include a certified birth certificate with a raised seal and with proper notarization. No redactions, except Social Security Number and current address; No exceptions. This will make sure that these background checks are applicable to all government workers, not just the US military and those civilians working under government contracts for commercial contractors.
The background checks must be reviewed and approved by an independent, non-government organization whose personnel have previously been cleared with a Top Secret clearance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Security clearances for military and civilians working under government contracts for commercial contractors will continue to be reviewed and approved by the FBI.
