SHOULDN’T A PRESIDENT BE “DOCUMENTED?”

(Sep. 4, 2018) — Tuesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing included members interrupting Chairman Charles Grassley seconds into the session to demand an adjournment, giving lengthy and politically-charged opening statements, and contending that the alleged “90%” of government documents associated with DC District Court of Appeals Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh’s public service has not been provided to them, resulting in what they say will be a “tainted” appointment should Kavanaugh be confirmed.
Democrats strongly oppose Kavanaugh’s nomination by President Donald Trump, with some already stating publicly that they will vote “no” on his confirmation.
Objections to their non-receipt of the entirety of Kavanaugh’s documentation dating back to when he served as staff secretary in the George W. Bush administration became front-and-center to Democrats’ demands, from the beginning of Grassley’s own opening statement, to adjourn the hearing and enter an executive session.
Many Democrats and Republicans on the committee invoked the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights during their respective soliloquies. In references to Trump, Democrats sought to make the point that “no one is above the law.”
However, congressional Democrats and Republicans were willing to seat a chief executive in January 2009 and again in January 2013 without his having provided any documents proving his eligibility under the Constitution’s Article II, Section 1, clause 5 requirement that he be a “natural born Citizen.”
On June 12, 2008, an image was released from an unknown source posted on various websites said to be Barack Hussein Obama’s “birth certificate” from the State of Hawaii. Some reports said that the source of the image was then-Obama campaign aide Tommy Vietor.
The image was said by some analysts to be a forgery and later appeared in several different formats and color schemes.
After public pressure from then-businessman Donald Trump in early 2011, the White House released what it said was Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate obtained through special request by Obama’s then-personal attorney from law firm Perkins Coie, Judith Corley.
The uploaded PDF, said to be a scan of a certified copy obtained from the Hawaii Department of Health, was studied by several experts who deemed it to be a poorly-created forgery.
A five-year criminal investigation by an adjunct of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) running from August 2011 to December 2016 determined that the long-form birth certificate image is a “computer-generated forgery,” later confirmed by two forensic analysts working separately and without knowledge of the other.
The issue of Obama’s background, shifting life narrative and the alleged document forgeries has been notably avoided by the mainstream press, with many attaching the terms “birther” and “racist” to anyone questioning the inconsistencies of Obama’s reported birth in Kenya, Indonesia, and Hawaii over the years by credible sources. Some of those sources later changed their reports to say that he was “born in Hawaii.”
In more recent interviews, lead investigator Mike Zullo said that former CIA Director John Brennan was involved in the appearance of the birth certificate.
Republicans in several House committees continue to attempt to discover how and why an FBI counterintelligence investigation was launched into the Trump campaign based on the allegation that one or more aides “colluded” with Russian operatives to help Trump win over Hillary Clinton. Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey and DOJ official Bruce Ohr’s names have all surfaced as having purveyed the contents of an unverified “dossier” obtained as opposition research by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC through indirect means.
Early in the investigation, Zullo also found Obama’s Selective Service registration form to be a forgery. The form, along with alleged computer printouts accompanying it, were sent to an unknown number of FOIA requesters beginning in late 2008. The Selective Service System (SSS) has denied any knowledge of the forgery of Obama’s documentation and also claimed that the originals have been destroyed.
“Freedom Friday” host Carl Gallups, who has hosted Zullo on his show on many occasions and was close to the investigation, has indicated that evidence will show that Obama was not born in the U.S., as he claims.
Most Americans understand the term “natural born Citizen” to mean, at a minimum, a person born on U.S. soil. Many others say that a person’s parents must also have been U.S. citizens at the time of the birth for the person to be considered “natural born.”
Some Democrats continue to express dismay that “birthers” have questioned Obama’s birthplace as anywhere other than Hawaii, where no hospital has confirmed his origins there.
Those requested documents are under the stack of Obama documents.
What phonies and hypocrites these leftists are. They are demanding documents that are not needed for the express purpose to obstruct and delay. The Dums don’t need the documents because they certainly aren’t going to read them and besides they have already made up their minds not to vote for Kavanaugh anyway! Political theater and nothing more.
