THEY COULDN’T LEGALLY BRING IT IN THERE”

(Jun. 19, 2018) — The fourth and final segment of the June 15 “Freedom Friday” show focused on a Yahoo! News article written by Senior Editor Dylan Stableford which featured a book, available for purchase today, by Obama Communications Director and Senior Advisor Dan Pfeiffer.
The book, a commentary on the political landscape under Obama and Donald Trump which contains obscenities and misspellings, contains a chapter dedicated to the April 27, 2011 release of the “long-form” birth certificate image on the White House website following months of pressure from then-businessman and reality-television star Donald J. Trump to prove that Obama was constitutionally eligible to serve.
Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.”
In the third segment of the show, among other things, host Carl Gallups had marveled that not only did Trump use his public platform to question Obama’s eligibility beginning in early 2011, but five years later, also vanquished a field of 16 other “Deep State” candidates to win the Republican primary and go on to be elected President of the United States.
Gallups’s guest for the entire second hour of the show, former detective Mike Zullo, agreed with the host that those who put forth the narrative of Obama’s purported birthplace as Hawaii are concerned that Trump may now pursue the issue of the “birth certificate,” which Zullo’s five-year criminal probe found to be a “computer-generated forgery.”
At a final press conference in December 2016, Zullo reported that to forensic analysts, working independently of each other and unbeknownst to one another, examined the long-form birth certificate image and reached very similar conclusions to Zullo’s, a revelation the mainstream media avoided reporting.
Gallups opened the final segment by asking Zullo if he “smelled a rat” with the release of the Yahoo! article on the same day as the Justice Department Inspector General released a report showing that then-FBI Director James Comey used a personal email account to conduct some government business and found “insubordinate” in his decision to Exonerated Hillary Clinton from any criminal referral during a stand-alone press conference on July 5, 2016.
Regarding the use of a private email account, the report stated that Comey and his then-Chief of Staff, James Rybicki, had warned all agency employees of harsh consequences if they were to do the same.
In testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz confirmed that his office is currently investigating Comey for leaking memos written about his encounters with Donald Trump following the 2016 election. In a report released in March, Horowitz faulted Comey’s former deputy, Andrew McCabe, for having allegedly leaked information to the media and lied about it under oath to investigators. Horowitz took the additional step of referring McCabe for possible criminal prosecution to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
Of the Yahoo! article, Zullo opined, “It’s setting up another phony narrative, and based on that article now and the destruction of records going on in the National Archives, I don’t believe any copy of this birth certificate, whether it’s real or rake, was ever officially in the White House…I don’t think it was ever presented anywhere.”
Pfeiffer specifically states in his book that he entered the press room with “50 copies” of the “birth certificate,” according to Stableford. The chapter covering the release of the PDF image purported to represent Obama’s original birth certificate from the State of Hawaii is available on audio under the curious title of “Crooked Conversations,” an outgrowth of a website with the url of “crooked.” https://crooked.com/podcast/wanna-listen-to-part-of-dans-new-book/
Pfeiffer reportedly wrote in his book that Obama had decided that he “wanted” to give a press conference during which he would “release the birth certificate himself” but that Pfeiffer and other advisers cautioned against it. “Pfeiffer reluctantly agreed to the president’s plan on condition that he, Pfeiffer, would release the form and brief the media first,” Stableford wrote in his article.
Zullo then recalled for the audience the transcript of the private presser held by then-White House Counsel Robert Bauer whereby “copies” of Obama’s purported birth certificate were handed out to reporters. When a journalist asked if they would be provided “the real one,” Zullo commented, “To hold a press conference…how Pfeiffer is describing this, how this event was supposed to go down — he would have walked in with the real certificate and said, ‘Here’s the president’s birth certificate; I’ve given you all a copy of it; case closed.’ But they could not do that, because they couldn’t legally bring it in there. Once they brought it in there, it was going to have to get archived.”
Gallups pointed out that the microfilm of Obama’s birth certificate has never been made public, an assertion made by former Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, who commissioned Zullo’s investigation. “This whole thing is a phony narrative,” Zullo responded. “This is speculation, but here’s what I believe happened: They got the phony document and he did want to go out there, but the lawyer was smart enough to know, ‘You can’t take that kind of responsibility.’ That’s what I think happened.”
“Obama could not be seen holding that certificate saying ‘This is mine,'” Gallups, who is a former Florida deputy sheriff, said.
Zullo then reminded the audience that a former CIA/NSA contractor, Dennis Montgomery, who became a confidential informant to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office presented what he said was clear evidence of CIA electronic breaches into Hawaii “vital statistics” records as early as 2007. “They had to figure out they had a big problem, and they had to make this problem go away.”
“I don’t care what anybody tells you; there has never been a professional, forensic entity to come against us,” Zullo said. “All these little keyboard warriors out there — they are meaningless.”
