FIVE-YEAR INVESTIGATION FOCUSED ON FORGERY, NOT CONSTITUTIONAL QUESTION
by Sharon Rondeau
(Jan. 9, 2018) — Although many Americans raised questions about Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional eligibility after he announced his presidential candidacy in February 2007, the 5+-year criminal probe into the “long-form” birth certificate image posted by the Obama White House almost seven years ago did not focus on that issue or that of his birthplace.
Rather, reports issued by credible experts after the image was made public on April 27, 2011 claiming it to be fraudulent prompted a request for an investigation by 242 Maricopa County, AZ constituents of their then-sheriff, Joseph M. Arpaio.
After meeting with his constituents, Arpaio agreed to launch a probe, delegating the task to his “Cold Case Posse,” led by former New Jersey police officer and detective Mike Zullo. Arpaio’s stated goal was to “clear the president” by quickly declaring the image non-problematic.
However, after several days of analysis, Zullo was forced to advise Arpaio of just the opposite.
The investigation therefore expanded, taking Zullo and others across the country three times and to Hawaii, where Obama claims he was born, on two occasions.
Officials at the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) declined to speak with Zullo and an accompanying deputy sheriff on one of those trips and would not or could not confirm that Barack Hussein Obama had, in fact, been born at the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, which in 1961 was called “Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital.”
On March 1, 2012, Zullo gave the first of what would ultimately be three press conferences about the investigation, each lasting an hour or more, in which he detailed that probable cause had been found to believe that the “long-form” birth certificate image is a “computer-generated forgery.”
Not unlike the reaction of recent commenters at The Post & Email, members of the mainstream media, particularly those attending the presser in person, showed disdain and a curious disinterest to discover why the White House would have posted a fraudulent image of what should have been an easily-obtainable, government-issued paper document.
Also on March 1, 2012, Zullo revealed that Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form is also a forgery, an issue which then-Selective Service System (SSS) Director Lawrence Romo refused to address.
At Zullo’s second press conference on July 17, 2012, he provided more detail as to how he arrived at his conclusions, Focusing on the way in which certain boxes in the image were completed as compared to how former HDOH Registrar Verna K. Lee said they should have been completed. Lee’s name appears as “Registrar” on the “computer-generated forgery” which many Americans accepted as proof of Obama’s birth in Hawaii but which Zullo insisted was created “with the intent to deceive.”
Concluding the presser that summer day, Arpaio called upon Congress to investigate the apparent crime of the forgery of a sitting president’s government documents, determining the matter one of “national security.”
However, neither Congress nor the FBI opened an investigation, and the media maintained its blackout of the revelations in all but a ridiculing or condescending tone. Other than local Arizona media, no mainstream media outlet was seen to broadcast any of the press conferences or portions thereof to distribute the information beyond the Internet.
At the third and final presser on December 15, 2016, Zullo revealed that he had commissioned two forensic analysts, each approaching the task from a different discipline and unaware of the other’s work, to provide their own observations of the Obama birth certificate image. Both Forlab of Italy and Reed Hayes of Hawaii, himself an admitted Obama supporter, supplied formal reports to investigators stating that they, too, found that the birth certificate image cannot be genuine.
Still, the mainstream media refused to acknowledge the conclusions provided by outside, neutral experts and continued to insist, as if in lockstep, that the long-simmering “conspiracy theory” that Obama was born somewhere other than in the United States had been “debunked.” However, neither Zullo nor the external experts ever purported to have investigated where Obama was born.
No one in the media has been able to identify a single credentialed expert willing to go on the record to say that the birth certificate image represents an authentic, paper document. However, the media is well aware that the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” which is believed by most Americans to mean, “born in the United States,” at a minimum. As no hospital in the U.S. or the world has claimed to be Obama’s birthplace, Zullo’s revelations arguably should have been headline news all over the country, if not the world.
At the final press conference 13 months ago, Arpaio pledged to forward the entire evidence package gathered by the investigation to federal-level authorities for review. In radio interviews and other appearances beginning the following month, both men, respectively, have spoken about what they have observed to be an orchestrated, coordinated refusal on the part of the media to inform the public of the enormity of the political crimes which appear to have been committed in order to see that a particular individual without documentation was not only “elected” to, but also maintained for eight years in, the Oval Office.
On Sunday, at The Post & Email ‘s request, Zullo provided his response to a claim made by a commenter that he never served as a New Jersey detective as well as a detailed analysis of the modus operandi used by those he termed “disinformation operatives”:
These are the same tactics this coordinated group of disinformation operatives have been employing over the years, most of whom have never revealed their true identities or qualifications, trying to defend the indefensible…
They employ Alinsky-type tactics mixed in with old-school, Goebbels-like propaganda methods, casting aspersions and trying to assail the individuals they target as the biggest threats to their mission. They pathetically conflate issues, feverishly attempting to confuse the proponents on the other side of the argument, hoping to goad you into a dialog, hoping you reveal vital information to them and then shut you down…
They work in a coordinated effort with others in their group targeting one aspect of the debate and then work together to cast doubt suggesting or even outright asserting that the other side is wrong with no real evidence to support their claim other than their own subjective contrived examples, all in an effort to cast doubt even on the most fundamentally sound position backed by credible forensic evidence…
When they are proven wrong they will never concede the point; they will go silent on that issue and quickly move on to something else to steer the conversation in a different direction. They are always constructing an alternative to any argument you have. When they don’t have a solution they simply make one up. These people have never conceded one point in eight years…
After the publication of Sunday’s article, discussion through comments suddenly shifted to the assertion by some that Obama is a “natural born Citizen” by virtue of his alleged birth on U.S. soil. However, with a fraudulent long-form birth certificate, Selective Service registration form, questionable “short-form” birth certificate, conflicting life narratives, and nothing proving who his parents are or were, the jury remains out on that question.
