Obama Birth Certificate Investigator Speaks with Carl Gallups on Alleged CIA Intrusions

(Dec. 16, 2017) — On the December 15, 2017 “Freedom Friday” show hosted by Carl Gallups, Obama birth certificate investigator Mike Zullo revealed that the purported life story of the one-term U.S. Senator and two-term White House occupant Barack Hussein Obama II consists of “pictures with a narrative” (52:48 in podcast) to sow belief in the minds of Americans.

One of many of Obama’s current biographies reports that he was born on August 4, 1961 at the then-Kapiolani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu, HI to mother Stanley Ann Dunham and father Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya.  However, credible reports of his birth in Kenya or Indonesia preceded the Hawaii birth narrative, some of which remain accessible online or in internet archives unaltered.

Others were noticeably changed to say that Obama was “born in Hawaii.”

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen,” which many Americans believe means “born in the U.S.”  Some scholars have questioned whether or not Obama’s claimed foreign-citizen father was enough to disqualify him from that category of citizenship delineated by the Framers only for the chief executive of the new nation.

On April 27, 2011, an image said to represent Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate from the state of Hawaii was posted at whitehouse.gov, after which Obama gave a brief press conference before flying to Chicago to film an episode of “Oprah” with his wife, Michelle.

In August of that year, 242 constituents approached then-Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio with concerns that reports from a number of computer professionals claiming the image to be fraudulent would disenfranchise their votes in the upcoming presidential election.

Arpaio agreed to investigate the image with the purpose of “clearing the president” of any suspicion for the benefit of his constituents.

Having worked under the authority of the ‘s Office (MCSO) for six months, on March 1, 2012, Zullo announced at a press conference that the investigation to date yielded probable cause to believe that the image posted on the White House website is a “computer-generated forgery.”

In last night’s interview, Gallups recapped Zullo’s revelations made on his December 1 show and also to Dr. Jerome Corsi of Infowars last week of a government agency reportedly having remotely breached HDOH records and those of the University of Hawaii on a number of occasions between late 2008 and early 2011.  “That really shook people up…” Gallups said, adding that “a lot of our listeners know what it is you’re getting ready to say.”

Zullo began with recounting that in late 2013, he had said on Gallups’s show that a third press conference on the birth certificate investigation was expected to be held in early 2014 to contain “universe-shattering information.”  Zullo acknowledged his retraction of the planned event as a result of new information having been presented to the MCSO which not only took the investigation in a different direction, but also initiated a new probe.  “You and I took a lot of heat over that, but at that time, there wasn’t a lot that I could say,” Zullo said.

Arpaio was voted out of office on November 8 last year after serving six terms as sheriff, which also ended Zullo’s association with the MCSO.  In recent months and increasingly over November and December, Zullo has chosen to provide more information from the investigation with Corsi, Gallups, The Post & Email and possibly others.

Zullo recounted that former NSA and CIA contractor Dennis Montgomery had approached the MCSO with what he said were records indicating that identity theft was committed against 151,000 Maricopa County residents by government entities.  “That sparked an investigation being conducted by the sheriff’s office,” Zullo said, while the birth certificate investigation continued and the topic broached to Montgomery, who became a confidential informant to the MCSO for about a year.

Zullo told the audience that the MCSO found that Montgomery possessed data from approximately a decade stored on “a plethora of hard drives.”  “What he discovered were computer breaches that took place by black-hat agencies from 2008,” Zullo said, adding that breaches could have occurred earlier, prior to when Montgomery’s data began.

The records Montgomery possessed showed “eight different occurrences of breaches taking place….from the federal government breaching into the Hawaii government Department of Health Vital Records…the archives [at the] Department of Health, and then two of those were the governor’s office, right up until January of 2011,” Zullo said.

The IP numbers associated with the breaches reportedly are those of “CIA computers,” Zullo said Montgomery told him.

“What became really compelling is as he was tracing the paths of these breaches, he alerted me to the fact that what was happening was information was being retrieved out of those computers, and they were being forwarded to another server out of the United States that was located in Jakarta, Indonesia,” Zullo said of Montgomery’s analysis of the data.

At that point, Gallups laughingly asked what connection “Indonesia” had to “Barack Obama,” to which Zullo responded, tongue-in-cheek, “I haven’t the slightest idea.”

Obama’s life narrative states that he lived in Indonesia between the ages of 6 and 10 after his mother was remarried to an Indonesian citizen, Lolo Soetoro.  However, a 1990 AP article states that Obama moved to Indonesia at age 2.  As stated above, other reports say Obama was born in that country.

Montgomery reportedly explained the Jakarta server as one “used by the CIA” and that Montgomery himself used it when he worked as a government contractor.

Zullo reminded the audience that Montgomery claimed to have invented “The Hammer,” a software program designed to “penetrate computers’ defense systems” with the ability to “take it over as the administrator.”

Zullo said that in furtherance of his investigation into Montgomery’s claims, he spoke with three former “full-time” NSA employees whose jobs were to create software to collect computer data.  He said that he brought Montgomery in to a multiple-party phone call with the former NSA employees, one of whom later said that Montgomery “was the real deal.”

“That was a credible verification that Montgomery knew what he was talking about,” Zullo said.

Montgomery said that the NSA and CIA are able to “upload information” on a server as well as break into it without a trace, Zullo reported.

After a break, Gallups continued the interview at the 36:42 mark on the topic of “information packets.”

Gallups revealed that Zullo’s computers have been “breached” on four occasions in the space of a year, each time after he revealed new information on the birth certificate investigation, a claim Zullo confirmed. The last instance occurred after Corsi released his story about CIA involvement on Tuesday, Zullo said.

In explaining “packet information,” Zullo described it as how messages are sent “digitally” in which they are separated into segments and later reconstructed.  “According to Mr. Montgomery, with the right equipment and time, he would be able to recreate, or pull down, the ‘packet information’ and be able to decipher what was being sent back and forth,” Zullo said.

After approaching the MCSO with the data and working as a CI, Montgomery provided the information to the FBI, and specifically to an agent who reported to then-FBI Director James B. Comey.  Freedom Watch and Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman continues to represent Montgomery.

Approximately two years ago, Klayman secured two DOJ immunity agreements for Montgomery.  However, in a lawsuit filed in June, Klayman claimed that the FBI had failed to act upon the information his client provided. Zullo reminded listeners that lying to the FBI is a crime, indicating that Montgomery would likely not have approached the agency with false information.  “Lying nullifies your immunity agreement,” Zullo said, “and puts you in prison.”

“My understanding is they still have the information and have done nothing with it,” Zullo said of the FBI, which is now led by Trump appointee Christopher Wray.

Gallups responded that Comey was “Obama’s puppet and Hillary Clinton’s puppet,” adding that “the guy” who instigated the production of the “fake birth certificate” “is now the president.”

Trump had been the most outspoken public persona questioning the veracity of Obama’s proffered life narrative and claim of a birth in Hawaii.

“If they will go to these lengths to throw an investigation down the drain and cover up the way they’re covering up, they’re not going to go near it.  [It’s the] foundational lie to the presidency of the United States,” Zullo said.

Gallups then speculated “what if” the CIA created the birth certificate in an attempt to legitimize Obama as president.  “If that is what happened, does what’s happening now with Donald Trump and all the investigations and the continual attempting to get him out of office, doesn’t that make more sense?” he asked, referring to what could point to a conspiracy among high-ranking FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok and others to thwart Trump’s potential election to the White House and, if he were to win, his ability to govern.

Zullo observed that Montgomery’s claims are now proving to be accurate.

The third segment of the show began with Zullo explaining that an Obama “short-form” birth certificate image was fabricated, by the person’s own admission, showing the serial number which was blacked-out in later versions of the image.  Zullo said the person who created the “fictitious” document had in the past worked for a government agency.  “Where did this number come from?” Zullo mused out loud, given that it was the number later shown on the long-form birth certificate of 151-61-10641.

He then said that “speculation” exists that the certificate number for an infant born on August 4, 1961 who died after less than a day was taken by the forger(s) and placed on Obama’s short-form and long-form birth certificates.

Zullo said he interviewed “directors of health in a number of places” who said that a birth certificate serial number cannot be “changed.”  Obama’s certificate number is “wildly off by about 400 numbers,” Zullo said, and that while some of the serial numbers appearing on other original birth certificates he has reviewed appear to be slightly out of order, they do not depart from chronological order to the degree that Obama’s does.

He said it is “highly suspicious” that the CIA appears to have penetrated Hawaii servers three months prior to the release of the long-form image on the White House website on April 27, 2011.

“All of this could be investigated and settled in two days by a congressional investigative committee with the powers of Congress,” Gallups said, describing the alleged breaches and their work product as “potentially the greatest criminal act in the history of the United States of America.”

Zullo agreed that it would be “easy” to find the truth if someone had the desire.

Gallups then invoked the two forensic analysts who produced reports last December agreeing with Zullo’s conclusion that the long-form image is a forgery.  He marveled to Zullo that despite his recent revelations, “not a single mainstream media source has contacted you, not a single congressional investigative committee has contacted you…do we even have a nation left anymore?”

Zullo responded by recalling that in early 2011, newly-elected Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie said he would attempt to find Obama’s original birth record to quell growing suspicion that he was not a “natural born Citizen.”  In an interview with the Honolulu Star-Advertiser, Abercrombie had said he was told that there was “a recording of the birth in the State Archives” which was “written down.”

Abercrombie’s statement contradicted the claim of former HDOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino, who had said in July 2009 that she had personally “seen” Obama’s “original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen.”

“In November 2010, the Hawaii government Department of Health Archives is breached,” Zullo said, referring to the records Montgomery provided.  “We contacted the State Archives; they don’t have anything. But the Department of Health has archives, and that gets breached on November 10th.  I wonder what they were doing in there…”

Gallups then mentioned the death of former HDOH Director Loretta Fuddy, who is believed to be the only person to have seen the birth record released to Obama’s personal attorney days before the image was made public, to which Zullo said he would “reserve judgment” at the moment.
