“WHERE IS THE FBI?”

(Nov. 4, 2017) — On Monday, October 30, Mike Volin of WOBC Radio hosted former Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio during the first hour speaking on a wide variety of subjects, including the Obama birth certificate investigation his office commissioned in August 2011.

The Post & Email was unable to publish the show announcement due to a loss of power, although Volin had graciously invited us to ask a question of Arpaio during the first 30 minutes, which we were able to accomplish.
During the interview, Arpaio revealed that he is writing a new book, his third, and that it will include information about the five-year-long investigation his office commissioned of the “long-form” birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 which graphics experts, and later Arpaio’s lead investigator, Mike Zullo, declared fraudulent.
Arpaio also divulged that “new information” was provided to them late last year by an Italian forensic analysis company, Forlab, one of two entities which provided an analysis of the birth certificate image and ultimately agreed with Zullo’s determination that the image is a “computer-generated forgery.”
The investigation began after 242 members of a local Tea Party organization approached Arpaio with concerns that if the various statements made by graphics professionals about the birth certificate image were accurate, their votes would be disenfranchised in the November 2012 presidential election.
Arpaio agreed to investigate the matter, delegating it to his “Cold Case Posse,” to which he referred during his interview with Volin. Former New Jersey detective Mike Zullo agreed to lead the investigation and, as Arpaio mentioned, conducted it on a volunteer basis for more than five years.

Arpaio expressed that he believes that his 2016 prosecution and conviction in July on a charge of misdemeanor criminal contempt of court was an outgrowth of his commissioning of the Obama birth certificate investigation.
On August 25, President Donald Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon to Arpaio, who said that he did not request it.
Throughout the interview, Arpaio referred to Trump as his “hero” and specifically referenced that Trump often called Arpaio’s wife as she battled cancer beginning in 2015. The couple will celebrate their 60th anniversary on December 22.
Arpaio also noted that he and Trump share a birthday on Flag Day, June 14. A strong advocate of enforcement of federal immigration law, Arpaio had campaigned for Trump beginning early last year as the presidential primary season unfolded.
Since receiving the pardon, Arpaio has appeared at a number of public events, where he has spoken about current challenges facing law enforcement professionals, his own history as a DEA agent and sheriff, and the birth certificate investigation when asked.
Arpaio has stressed that no entity is desirous of launching its own investigation into Zullo’s conclusions that the only proffered “documentation” the Obama White House produced has been found fraudulent. Among those documents is Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form, which bears a two-digit year stamp as opposed to the standard four digits found in 17 other Selective Service registration forms of Obama’s era through an investigation done by The Sonoran News.
“Where is the FBI?” Arpaio asked rhetorically several times while also confirming that the evidence gathered by the investigation has been provided to members of Congress. At the same time, Arpaio contended that “nobody” wishes to probe the posse’s findings because of the possible ramifications, including that they could be termed “racists” because Obama is part black.
Now 85 years of age, Arpaio said that he is considering seeking political office once again, possibly in the U.S. Senate. Recently Arizona’s junior senator, Jeff Flake, announced that he will not seek reelection in 2018, citing differences with Trump.
When alluding to the “new information” provided by Forlab last year, Arpaio indicated that it regarded a birth certificate issued by the state of Hawaii to Johanna Ah’Nee believed to have been a source document for the Obama long-form birth certificate forgery. Forlab’s reported analysis of the Obama document was revealed at a third and final press conference on December 15, 2016 but vastly under-reported in the press.
A second document analyst, Reed Hayes of reedwrite.com, agreed that the imposition of nine items from the Ah’Nee birth certificate at the exact same angles on the Obama birth certificate image could not have occurred without human intervention.
During the second hour of the show, Volin hosted LCDR Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret), who recommended that Americans, en masse, file complaints of treason with the federal grand juries presiding in their respective jurisdictions against deserving government actors.
On March 17, 2009, Fitzpatrick filed his first formal complaint naming Barack Hussein Obama in the commission of treason as, among other things, a “foreign born domestic enemy.” He has since renewed the complaint on a number of occasions to include former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, III, who is now acting as Special Counsel on the two-pronged Russia investigation.
During his interview, Fitzpatrick noted that former White House deputy assistant Dr. Sebastian Gorka has invoked the term “treason” when speaking about the involvement of Hillary Clinton and Obama in the 2010 sale of 20% of U.S. uranium to the Russians despite an FBI investigation into illegality on the part of Russian operatives in promoting it.
The theme of Fitzpatrick’s appearance on Monday night was “INSTEAD OF ‘RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA,’ IT SHOULD BE ‘TREASON, TREASON, TREASON.”
Out of curiosity has ForLabs ever confirmed:
A) They did the work described by Zullo at the press conference?
B) They agree with the characterization of their work as described by Zullo at the press conference?
We already know from Reed Hayes website that he never described the birth certificate as a certain forgery only that there indications it may be a manufacture document or perhaps a forgery.
I appreciate Mike Volin’s concern, but I was traveling and not in a position to call in. And there’s no hidden agenda — merely a preference to read the reports for myself.
It is not an “insult or speculat[ion]” to note that there is no indication that Arpaio will ever publically release the reports. If Volin has information that suggests Arpaio will ever publically release the reports, I would hope that he would share that, lest it appear that Arpaio might be the one with a hidden agenda.

Three-Pound Sledge is, of course, free to believe anything, but every judge who has considered the issue has ruled that birth in the United States is sufficient for natural-born citizenship.
Any version of the HUSSEIN Obama Birth Certificate could be offered from any chump in Hawai’i with the same jazz (data) and it still would not be worth anything. The required natural born citizenship was not attained by the 44th POTUS imposter. Two US citizen parents, born on US soil. Anything else is a statutory US citizen.

Obama was such a great President that even if he were not born in Hawaii, no one would care.
Jeffrey Harrison is, of course, free to believe whatever he desires, but claims made at press conferences are not evidence. Especially claims that have been later withdrawn or contradicted.
And Harrison also is free to believe that Arpaio will, any day now, present his “evidence,” either to the public or the appropriate authorities. But Arpaio has been making similar promises for over five years without results, and there is no indication that he will ever fulfill his promises.
In the July 17th, 2012 press conference there were five main pieces of evidence shown in five videos.
From the video 1:
“For example, the pdf file released by Barack Obama has eight 1-bit layers and one 8-bit color background layer. This is not consistent with optimizing a document but is consistent with tampering. Were the layers truly the result of optimization, we would have seen only one 1-bit layer and multiple 8-bit background layers.”
This statement is false. And now even the Cold Case Posse admit that scanning a document on a Xerox creates multiple 1-bit layers and only one 8-bit layer.
From video 2:
“We call your attention to boxes 9 and 12b. Both of these boxes have been coded with a number 9, meaning that the information was not provided by the applicant. If the applicant
didn’t provide the information why do these boxes have information in them? Based on the
coding on Barack Obama’s Long Form Birth Certificate, it should have looked like this, [image
shows boxes 9 and 12b to be empty] but it does not.”
This statement is false. In fact even before the press conference was finished it was pointed out that the Cold Case Posse had used the wrong table. Zullo blames their error on the CDC. The correct table was available as early as March, 2012.
From video 3:
“Note that the Director of Health seems unconcerned over the fact that Hawaiian birth certificates would be given to individuals born in other states and other countries, but is solely concerned that his department receive the necessary increase in staff and funding to handle the anticipated number of requests.”
This video is misleading. 33 other states including Arizona allow children born out of state or in foreign countries to receive birth certificates. Like Hawaii they require the actual place of birth to be listed on birth certificate. Most states allow births to be registered by friends of the family or even the landlords of the homes were the birth take place.
From video 4:
“In that meeting, Posse members were told that once someone with a direct and tangible interest has been given a copy of a record that had been held by the Hawaiian Department of Health,they can do whatever they want with it. Ms. Nagamine was given several opportunities to confirm that the pdf file posted at White house.gov was in fact the same document that the
Department of Health released to Barack Obama’s attorneys. Ms. Nagamine declined, stating
that the Posse was asking for a verification, and that such a request had to be made within the statutory laws of the state of Hawaii.”
This is a strange video in that the Cold Case Posse expected the Deputy Attorney General to violate Hawaii law. There are standard procedures for out-of-state law enforcement to view the private records on an individual for some reason the Cold Case Posse choice not to follow any of them.
From video 5:
“If Barack Obama had been born at the Kapiolani Medical Center he would have been processed in the same batch as the Nordyke twins, Gretchen and Susan. Given the fact that Obama was born before the Nordyke twins, he would have been assigned a lower number than the twins.This proves that Barack Obama could not have been born at the Kapiolani Medical Center as reported. The numbering on his certificate is more consistent with a birth certificate that had been turned in from one of the outlying areas.”
In December, 2016 Mike Zullo said this is not true.
Since things that were once evidence of forgery are no longer evidence of forgery and since previous experts were admittedly wrong, there is no reason to think that these new experts are right without examining their reports.
Some years ago there was a commercial campaign with the slogan (somewhat to the best of
my memory) “there will be no wine before it’s time”.
In life, war, commerce, selling and buying, sports, politics, and etc. as well as law Enforcement, timing is important. Thus far, Team Arpaio has released tons of evidence that Obummer is a fraud and has USURPED the office of being a president.
Some have claimed Arpaio has not released (any) evidence yet ironically claim to demand
even more evidence too be released. These whom clamor are talking out of both sides of their mouth. What evidence Arpaio has release, is sufficient to cause conviction and some serious prison or execution. Do these individuals really want evidence and truth? NOT.
When the timing is right and Arpaio feels real traction will occur from releasing more info and evidence, then he will, but not until then.
In repeating myself and in his own words, Arpaio has stated he “still” has more evidence to
be released, and he’ll do it in his timing.
My chips will always be on Arpaio. He is slick and I expect him to nail this case.

Arpaio said “Show me someone who looked at our report and said that it was garbage.”
Is there a link to the report? If not maybe that is why no one has looked at it.
I don’t mean the December press conference because those are just claims made by Zullo.
It was interesting that Arpaio discussed these reports, but neither Mike Volin, nor Sharon Rondeau, nor Jeffrey Harrison, nor any of the other callers asked Arpaio if he ever planned to publicly release the reports. Arpaio’s continued silence on the matter implies that he will never do so.
The same is true with Arpaio’s rhetorical question about the FBI: There is no indication that Arpaio ever provided his information to FBI, so it is unsurprising that it hasn’t taken any action on it.
Arpaio did imply that he provided information to some members of Congress. But he did not specify exactly who, so there is no method to press those members of Congress.
The FBI is protecting themselves and others from various scandals they are involved in and have been involved in for a long time, including the biggest sandal in American history, Obama’s 8 year usurpation of the presidency. They are not going to bother themselves with, “new information”, which could make their job more difficult.
