Exclusive: Without Media, “Fact-Checker” Narrative, AIs Find Obama Birth Certificate, Selective Service Form Fraudulent

(Aug. 24, 2025) — Over the weekend of August 9 and 10, The Gateway Pundit sponsored a conference recognizing the persecution and prosecution of several well-known individuals serving in the first Trump administration who are now “vindicated.”

Former Trump personal attorney and New York City (“America’s”) Mayor Rudy Giuliani; former Trump National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret); and longtime Republican strategist and informal Trump adviser Roger Stone were criminally prosecuted during the Biden years out of what many perceive to be pure political motivation.

TGP‘s attendance roster also included individuals with legal, medical, media, business, and constitutional expertise.

Giuliani was one of 19 individuals, including Donald Trump, prosecuted by Fulton County, GA District Attorney Fani Willis for alleged 2020 election interference.

Separately in civil court, Giuliani was sued by two Fulton County election workers for defamation and ordered to pay them $148 million in restitution, resulting in a court settlement for an undisclosed amount.

In December Willis was disqualified from prosecuting the remaining 15 defendants, including Trump, in the election interference case, a ruling Willis appealed.

Flynn was prosecuted by the Justice Department for allegedly lying to the FBI regarding his conversations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during the 2016-2017 presidential transition period. Flynn initially entered a “guilty” plea but moved to withdraw it more than two years later.

When the Justice Department filed a motion to dismiss the charge, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan opposed it, arguing through high-profile trial lawyer Beth Wilkinson to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia that he had the authority to “evaluate the government’s motion to dismiss in the first instance.”

On November 26, 2020, Trump issued a full and unconditional pardon to Flynn, ending the matter permanently.

Following an early-morning raid involving 29 armed FBI agents with the media standing by, Stone was prosecuted by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, III for allegedly lying to Congress about communications he had with Wikileaks and matters related to Mueller’s investigation of claims the 2016 Trump campaign “colluded” with the Russian government to win the presidential election.

Charged with seven crimes, Stone pleaded “not guilty” but was convicted in November 2019 on all counts following trial. Approximately a year later, Trump issued a commutation to Stone just as he was about to report to prison to serve a 40-month sentence.

Enter “Birther” Miki Booth & Friend

Author and Obama eligibility researcher Miki Booth and a friend attended the event, Booth told us in an exclusive interview Thursday night, and attempted to introduce the documentation she has collected since 2007, when questions began arising as to Obama’s constitutional eligibility for the presidency given credible reporting stating he had been born outside of the United States.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans believe to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.”

Born in Japan, Booth lived a great deal of her life in Hawaii, where Obama more recently claimed to have been born. Booth’s husband and son were born in Hawaii, and she returned to the island several times to conduct her own research into Obama’s alleged “short-form” and “long-form” birth certificates released to the public under less-than-customary circumstances.

In 2009 Booth founded the Route 66 Tea Party in Oklahoma and the following year ran for Congress from the the state’s second congressional district. An avid outdoorswoman and homesteader, she has now resided in the “Sooner State” for approximately a quarter-century.

A 5+-year investigation conducted by the Cold Case Posse of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) between 2011 and 2016 determined that the PDF uploaded to whitehouse.gov on April 27, 2011 bearing Obama’s name is a “computer-generated forgery” and the purported Selective Service registration form proffered as proof of Obama’s registration in 1980 a “hard-copy forgery.”

At a final press conference on December 15, 2016, lead investigator Mike Zullo revealed that two document analysts, approaching the birth-certificate image from different disciplines and without knowledge of the other, reached the same conclusion Zullo did, memorialized in a final memorandum to Arpaio just before the six-term sheriff left office.

As Zullo reported in 2019 and recently confirmed to this writer through a FOIA request, the FBI never investigated the findings of fraud and forgery.

Surprising Conference Response

Booth and her friend purchased “VIP tickets” to obtain “better access” to the event speakers and hosts, she told us. “I brought my ‘Big Birther Binder,’ and it’s got everything I’ve kept since the beginning,” she said.

However, the various hosts, Booth said, made it clear they were not open to hearing about Obama’s reported fraudulent records. “As soon as I brought up the birth certificate, they immediately went to, ‘Oh, you’re saying he was born in Kenya,’ and I said, ‘No, this isn’t about where he was born; this is about a forged birth certificate.'”

“We just got that (reaction) all the way through,” she said.

“How did you get to bring it up?” The Post & Email asked.

“I brought it up to people individually in between sessions. I got pictures with everybody,” she said.

She showed the binder to Stone at the conference, but “he did not seem really interested,” Booth said, recounting she had met Stone at a previous event closer to home and that he remembered her. She did not get to speak with Giuliani or Flynn.

There were sessions when attendees could approach the microphone to ask the host a question, Booth recalled. In doing so, she said, the response she and her friend received when attempting to present the evidence of forgery was hostile, ridiculing and dismissive.

Following the conference, Booth said, she shared the experience with a chat group to which she belongs whose members often discuss the Obama “birth certificate” issue. One of the members, she said, reported he had recently asked Grok AI, the artificial intelligence associated with Elon Musk’s “X” platform, to “analyze and ignore past analyses saying it was legit,” as Booth put it, and Grok suggested it to be fraudulent.

During the group text discussion following the conference, Booth was asked if she possessed an image of Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form. Initially, she said, she promised to send it from her computer after arriving home but then recalled it was in her “Big Birther Binder.” The same member who queried Grok about the birth certificate asked it for the same type of analysis of the purported Selective Service form, with results directly below.
