Broadcaster, Publisher Continues to Exploit Zullo Birth-Certificate Investigation

“NEW FORENSIC INFORMATION” DOES NOT EXIST, INVESTIGATOR SAYS

(Mar. 11, 2020) — As exhibited in the March 7, 2020 edition of “SkyWatchTV,” owner and publisher Dr. Thomas Horn continues to incorporate footage from a December 15, 2016 press conference stemming from a five-year investigation former detective Mike Zullo conducted into Barack Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate.

Horn is CEO of SkyWatchTV and also owns Defender Films and Defender Publishing, which has published books by “Freedom Friday” host and SkyWatch participant Carl Gallups since 2018.

As The Post & Email has reported, Gallups and Zullo were colleagues until last fall.

Early in the investigation, Zullo declared the birth-certificate image a “computer-generated forgery” and Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form a “hard-copy forgery.”  At the final 2016 presser, Zullo revealed that two forensic document examiners who analyzed the birth-certificate image reached similar conclusions to his own as to its lack of authenticity.

Zullo told The Post & Email that Horn never approached him for his permission to use his image, the footage or the material gleaned from the investigation in any of Horn’s promotional materials.

Horn’s latest book, “Shadowland,” became available in paperback on March 2 and contains a chapter written by Gallups on the birth-certificate probe.  As The Post & Email reported on February 18, it discovered “Shadowland” was available to readers on the Kindle app on January 5.  After purchasing a copy, this writer found that Chapter 3, authored by Gallups, recounted some of the events leading up to the launch of the probe, which was authorized in 2011 by then-Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio.

As we read the chapter, we could not help but notice that Gallups had avoided any mention of Zullo’s name or his singular role in the investigation, despite Gallups’s many interactions with Zullo and the dozens of appearances Zullo made on Gallups’s “Freedom Friday” radio show over more than six years.

In total, Zullo dedicated more than 15,000 volunteer hours to the probe, he said.

Last summer, Zullo was invited to participate in a “roundtable” discussion about the investigation among Horn, Gallups and other Horn associates but declined, Zullo told us in interview last month, as he did not wish the probe to be “monetized and used as a free promotional gimmick to sell someone else’s book.”

At the 17:11 mark in the March 7 video, a product promotion depicts a blurry image of Zullo explaining the striking discovery that at least nine elements from a real, paper Hawaii birth certificate he obtained were copied onto an electronic template which became the basis of the Obama “long-form” image released to the public on April 27, 2011.

As was promulgated previously, the advertisement falsely promised “new forensic information connected to the Robert Mueller report that may soon send shock waves through Washington, DC and around the world.”  Zullo told us that he has shared no new information with Gallups for many months, particularly in light of the fact that Gallups chose to publish the chapter against his recommendation and after both Gallups and Horn had promised not to do so.

This writer found no “new” information in the chapter, and Gallups has touted its contents as “available on the internet.”

Similar wording invoking a connection between the chapter’s contents to former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Trump-Russia “collusion” is found at an online promotion for “Tom Horn Secret Files.”  Contained on a USB flash drive which allegedly stems “directly from Tom Horn’s personal private vault,” Horn’s website states that the information “is not available anywhere else and comes completely loaded with hundreds of files including the World Exclusive, behind the scenes off the record video interview regarding perhaps THE BIGGEST scandal and cover up in US history, so HOT we’re unable to discuss the specific contents on network television! This 2-hour investigative interview has not been released anywhere else and provides new forensic information connected to the Robert Mueller Report that may soon send shockwaves through Washington DC and around the world!”

Zullo has never drawn a connection between the birth-certificate forgery and the Mueller investigation.

Horn’s promotional announcer, Joe Horn, claims in the March 7 video that the package of books, DVDs and “databooks” included in the offer “holds a retail value of over $800” but will cost the consumer a mere $35 “donation.”

At 22:10 in the video, Tom Horn again reminded viewers of his DVD series on the late sex-offender, Jeffrey Epstein, a prominent subject in “Shadowland”; Gallups’s latest book, “Masquerade”; and “Progressive Evil” by colleague Lt. Col. Robert Maginnis (Ret). “You’re also going to receive all four of the broadcast programs on DVD; you’re going to receive an off-the-record special report — ’cause Carl Gallups — maybe you’ll get the chance on one of the programs to talk about this — he wrote a chapter for ‘Shadowland,’ but it has to do with the birth certificate and new forensic information where ultimately, that could play a role in the future.  But we also did a behind-the-scenes interview with him; I believe it’s about two hours long; you’re going to get that on DVD.  You’re going to get a special audio CD collection, “The Hidden Occultism of Epstein’s Orgy Island…” Horn said.

Gallups and Horn have not responded to multiple requests for comment on their reasoning for including the chapter in a book about alleged “occult” activity by Epstein and political “elites” Horn names in his book.  Another unanswered question is why Gallups felt the need to completely eliminate Zullo’s name from the chapter after an initial draft, which Zullo reviewed, included it.

As we reported on March 3, SkyWatchTV improperly used Candace Owens’s image to imply that she provided commentary on “Shadowland” when the linked article, written by a third party and quoting from Owens’s Twitter feed, made no mention of the book.
