WHAT IS CONSPIRACY, AND WHAT IS TRUTH?

(Jan. 24, 2020) — Throughout his Thursday afternoon presentation in the impeachment trial of President Donald J. Trump, lead House Impeachment Manager Adam Schiff (D-CA28) contended that Trump intended to “cheat” in the 2020 election by attempting to convince Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to open “investigations” into former Vice President Joseph Biden, his son Hunter, and “Crowdstrike,” the latter of which Schiff faulted Trump for pursuing as a “discredited conspiracy theory.”
During a July 25, 2019 phone call with Zelenskiy, Trump asked the new president to “do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it” (page 3 of White House transcript).
Trump then said to Zelenskiy, “I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike … I guess you have one of your wealthy people… The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you’re surrounding yourself with some of the same people…”
Following the 2014 Russian annexation of Ukraine’s Crimea by force, then-White House occupant Barack Obama appointed Biden to be the United States’ point person for Ukraine going forward. In a January 23, 2018 appearance at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Biden boasted that he was responsible for seeing that then-Ukraine prosecutor general Viktor Shokin was fired.
On page 4, Trump is noted to have said to Zelenskiy, “The other thing, There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it… It sounds horrible to me.”
The newly-released book, “Profiles in Corruption” by Peter Schweizer, a contributor to Breitbart News, reports that politicians, including Joe Biden, “are making sweetheart deals, generating side income, bending the law to their own benefits, using legislation to advance their own interests, and much more.” The book reportedly used more than 1,100 endnotes and “no unnamed sources,” Breitbart reported Wednesday.
Last spring, the elder Biden announced his 2020 presidential bid, and in many polls, he is still considered the “front-runner” in the Democratic field wishing to replace Trump next January. The Iowa caucuses, which are the first intra-party contests in the nation, will take place in early February, with the New Hampshire primary the following week.
House Democrats have accused Trump in two Articles of Impeachment of “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress” stemming from the phone call and the chamber’s “impeachment inquiry” in which the White House refused to provide documents and witnesses requested by the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees.
Schiff and other House Democrats testifying on Thursday labeled Trump “corrupt” and self-serving and therefore worthy of removal from office. His impeachment was accomplished on December 18, with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi then delaying for 33 days the conveyance of the Articles to the Senate for trial.
In February 2007, a first-term, little-known U.S. Senator representing Illinois announced he would seek the presidency the following year from a windy, cold podium in Springfield, the home of Abraham Lincoln. “Barack Hussein Obama II” would go on to defeat Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primaries as well as Republican John McCain in the general election.
His candidacy was not without controversy after researchers noted mainstream-news articles reporting his birth in Kenya or, alternatively, Indonesia, raising questions as to whether or not he qualified as a “natural born Citizen.” Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief meet that qualification, along with residing 14 years in the United States and a minimum age of 35.
While the Framers did not define the term, “natural born Citizen” is generally understood to mean, at a minimum, “born in the United States.” Some constitutional scholars believe a “natural born Citizen” must not only have been born in the United States, but also have been the child of parents whose allegiance to the country was established previous to the birth, either by their own births on U.S. soil or by naturalization.
Yet others differentiate between a “citizen by birth” and a “natural born Citizen.”
In addition to questions about his birthplace, Obama claims his biological father was Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya, a citizen of the East African nation when it was still a British colony. Obama II’s common life narrative contends that he was born at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu, HI on August 4, 1961 to father Barack Hussein Obama and mother Stanley Ann Dunham, a U.S. citizen born in Kansas.
In response to a rising number of questions about his background, in June 2008 the Obama campaign posted what it said was the candidate’s “birth certificate” from the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH). When some observers criticized the “document” for its lack of a raised seal, Factcheck.org displayed what appeared to be a paper version of the document purported to bear the seal and a registrar’s signature stamp.
The image has appeared online in several different formats and color schemes without explanation.
Early in 2011, Trump was considering challenging Obama for the presidency in 2012. While he ultimately decided not to run, his strident calls for the White House to release Obama’s “long-form,” or more detailed, birth certificate to prove his eligibility produced the desired result in the form of an image uploaded to the White House server on the morning of April 27, 2011.
Analyses issued almost immediately by several software and graphics professionals indicating that the image appeared inauthentic prompted widespread concern among many Americans, although members of Congress proved unresponsive. In August that year, 242 constituents of then-Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joseph Arpaio approached him to make the case that if the initial reports that the “long-form” image is fraudulent proved accurate, their votes would be disenfranchised in the 2012 presidential election.
Arpaio agreed to launch a probe through his volunteer “Cold Case Posse” so as to avoid a cost to taxpayers, believing Obama would be “cleared” in short order of any suspected malfeasance. However, the posse’s team of former legal and law-enforcement professionals concluded that the image was problematic, after which lead investigator Mike Zullo continued what became a 5+-year probe.
During an initial press conference on March 1, 2012, Zullo revealed that probable cause existed to believe the “long-form” image to be fraudulent, along with Obama’s Selective Service registration form.
Astoundingly, neither the FBI nor Congress found a compelling reason to launch an investigation into who or why government-document forgeries were presented on behalf of a sitting president to the public as authentic, aided and abetted by a complicit media.
In 2007, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews had openly declared Obama foreign-born during the 2008 primary cycle only to later excoriate anyone questioning Obama’s claimed birth in Hawaii. Raising additional questions was the fact that Obama’s own literary agent described him as “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
Despite a public reference to Obama’s alleged history as an “immigrant” and what was later declared to be his missing original Hawaiian birth certificate, the Electoral College confirmed Obama’s “elections” in both 2008 and 2012. Any objections which could have been raised during the respective joint sessions of Congress in January 2009 and January 2013 during the counting of the electoral votes were not raised.
In late 2008, the Obama campaign’s press secretary, Robert Gibbs, told a different version of his early years than Obama himself professed, and in 2009 claimed that the “short-form” document was the only version available to anyone born in Hawaii.
Since the conclusion of the birth-certificate investigation in December 2016, lead investigator Mike Zullo has said that the probe found no evidence that Obama was ever in the State of Hawaii prior to the age of five. In addition, more than a year ago, Zullo revealed that two U.S. intelligence agents had informed him that an “open secret” in the nation’s capital is that Obama was born outside of the United States and could not meet the “natural born Citizen” qualifier for the presidency.
To the public’s knowledge, even as a criminal investigation proceeds into the origins of the false “Russia collusion” narrative launched against Donald Trump in 2016, no federal entity has investigated the origins of the fraudulent documents bearing the name “Barack Hussein Obama II.” Reportedly, however, toward the end of his first year in office, the birth-certificate “conspiracy” remained one of Trump’s concerns.

She proudly looked into the camera and stated that she had been at his birth, the day he was born in KENYA !! This was one of the biggest mistakes, if not THE biggest, Donald Trump ever made. And, I don’t think I am being overly dramatic about this.

Jonathan, Sharon Rondeau, me and OVER three thousand signatories signed such a document years ago and sent it to the FBI. We haven’t just been sitting on our thumbs for 12 years. I sued Obama twice, I have been on all three major networks, I have filed charges with all the major law enforcement agencies in the country. I have sent letters to President Trump, every USAG since Eric Holder, every federal Judge in my district and in DC, every Supreme Court Justice.
I have met with Congressmen, written senators, written news editors around the world. I even filed a charge with the International Criminal Court in the Hague. It is apparent that the corruption is DEEPLY ENTRENCHED!! George Washington said that the truth will be revealed when pains are taken to report it.
This significant threat to our nation takes a team effort. Repeating actions that haven’t worked in the past is an exercise in futility. But, that said, I am NOT giving up.
Make no mistake who the Democrats are really protecting, with their diversionary tactic of keeping the media attention on Donald Trump, when the attention should be focused on the previous administration. Any time you want to know what Democrats are doing, or are already guilty of, simply watch what they accuse Republicans of doing. It’s been their modus-operandi since the party began.

I am fully confident that if Yovonovitch is fully investigated she will be found to be a bonanza of corruption. Giulianni has been intimating some of it. But I also can simply say, given her disposition in the Intel hearings…and I watched all of them in their entirety…and her seeming lack of understanding of the width and breadth of corruption in this part of the world–which is impossible–she’s got a lot more in her closet. Lutsenko and the do-not-prosecute list among them. In Eastern Europe, by the time a child is five years old they already know the tricks to gaming the system, and she knows that, yet makes no mention that the president has the duty to fully vet recipients of aid. She withheld for the sake of the cause. If she were interested in the betterment of Ukraine, the president’s actions would have pleased her endlessly. She knows the lay of the lay and she knows the law. Hopefully she’s not forgotten for long.
I also have my doubts about Zelensky himself. He may have run on anti-corruption, but I don’t know a person in my group of friends here who believe that he can make any difference, or that he’s really sincere. Doesn’t mean he’s not. But the chances are slim. Trump has it a bit easier, because there are people in the US who know the difference between a somewhat just system, and what is corrupt. In the Ukraine, corruption is survival. You don’t game the system, you die. Especially now.
It’s interesting to note..many of my contacts here are in banking…and after examining the banking regulations, it’s obvious that they have been specially formulated for the purpose of protecting criminals. Ostensibly meant to curb laundering, they actually serve as a beacon to the launderers. It’s complex. I can’t say that I can adequately explain it.
I’ve heard about a lot of Omar’s malfeasance, and I just hope that she’s not somehow untouchable in this climate. So far, she seems to be slipping through. I know that Judicial Watch is on that, and I wonder if there’s more that can be done.

The problem is, we who read the P&E are not enough. We are little voices “crying in the wilderness.” The mainstream world calls us crazy “birthers.” No one will listen. Someone is needed who has the credibility to tell the story of Barack Hussein Obama the way it is. This person must be a respected author, researcher and storyteller with the street credibility to write this book on Barack Obama. Someone who is not tainted with the label of “birther”.

Robert Laity: I guess my subtle sarcasm did not come across as planned. I was kindly trying to broach the apparent misunderstanding by a lot of people of Abraham’s birth in Kentucky vs. the greater length of his life spent in the State of Illinois prior to his presidency.
Here was my subtle hint found in my original comment: “Kentucky was admitted to the Union in 1792.” I stated that knowing that he was indeed born in Kentucky.

As for why no objections were voiced at the counting of the electoral college votes, if you recall, at the precise moment VP Cheney was to ask the required question “Are there any objections?”, Nancy Pelosi started clapping. She created a diversion. Cheney never asked the question. Later, several electors DID come forward and said that they had objections. By then it was too late. That is cheating. That is fraud. The evidence is there that the Ukrainians did try to help Hilary Clinton get elected. The Ukrainians later apologized for doing so. It is all a matter of record. Biden is the one who bragged about having the Ukrainian prosecutor fired or else they would not get a Billion dollars in aid that was appropriated to them by Congress. The same prosecutor that was investigating the Ukrainian Company Burisma. Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, was on the board of that company while Joe Biden was V-POTUS. That is influence peddling. President Trump has the DUTY to enforce the laws and constitution of the United States. What would people have him do. IGNORE a public confession by the former VP that he extorted a bribe from a foreign official for personal gain? That is what Biden did. Indeed, the Treaty between the United States and Ukraine for Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters”,signed by Former President Clinton in 1998, makes what President Trump asked, even more appropriate and legal. There are no grounds to remove President Trump from office. There is no “Abuse of power”. The President was performing his legal duty. Furthermore, asserting one’s lawful privilege, in this case “Executive Privilege” is not “obstruction of Congress” or any other kind of “Obstruction”. The constitution grants the President such a privilege. Asserting that privilege is not a crime and is not “Obstruction”. There are (3) branches of Government, (4) if you count “We the People”. The system has been designed so that there will always be push and shove relationship with the other branches. That is what is called checks and balances. Executive Privilege is one of those checks and balances. The House of Representatives did not WANT to go to the courts and have their dispute adjudicated, as they should have. That is on them. President Trump is well within his authority to prohibit his advisors from testifying. As for what a “Natural Born Citizen” is, that has been legally established by multiple U.S. Supreme Court Precedents. The definition of an NBC is “One born in the United States to parents who are Citizens themselves”. The definition is law., supported by legal precedents established by SCOTUS. There are no exceptions. That IS the law of the land. Based on that unanimously arrived at definition (See: Minor v Happersett, USSCt. (1874), et al), several former and current candidates are NOT eligible to BE President of the United States. They are Chester Arthur, Barack Obama. John McCain, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, Arnold Swarzenegger, Kamala Harris and Tulsi Gabbard. There may be more, if these frauds continue to be permitted to defraud the American people.

I may be wrong…but I thought that I heard that she was growing up in Somalia at about the same time that Yovonovitch was “serving” there. If that’s the case, I am very tempted to think that she may have recruited her…Yovo >> Omar.

Or you could also point to the fact that she (along with Vindman) seem to have no inkling of the president’s duty to vet all recipients of US aid, pointed out, again, by Elise Stefanik recently.
Whatever the case, it is interesting (in a morbid way) to note how much she (Omo) hates everything American (openly disrespectful in solemn moments), uses it to her advantage, cheats her district, and I’m sure we don’t know a twentieth of it. Common-sense says if Obama’s 2008 campaign actually requested, paid for and received a copy of the birth certificate linked to above, it was his campaign headquarters in Chicago which did so — and therefore should have records to prove same.
Common-sense says it was Obama’s 2008 campaign headquarters in Chicago which then allegedly scanned it and made the digital version available to DailyKOS, FightTheSmears and Snopes. The images appearing thereon should therefore all be the same in every respect except possibly size, but no two are the same. Additionally, none of them show any indication that it had been folded in thirds as though the HDOH had mailed in a standard-size business envelope, but that’s exactly what FactCheck’s photos (allegedly taken weeks later) show. Why would Obama’s campaign headquarters fold it in thirds after scanning it?
So many anomalies, so little chance.
A Picture or PDF of a Hawaiian Paper Birth Certificate can no more be a forgery of a Hawaiian Birth Certificate than a PDF or Picture of a U.S. Dollar Bill can be a forgery of a U.S. Dollar Bill.
Hence, pursuant to U.S. Law, it is legally impossible for the PDF that was displayed on the White House Website to be a forgery of a Hawaiian Birth Certificate

I believe that Illinois was admitted to the Union in 1818. Kentucky was admitted to the Union in 1792. Abraham Lincoln was born in 1809. With the early school systems that Illinois have and their indoctrination of our youth, lots of people would not question Lincoln’s birthplace as Illinois.
