“THE MEDIA’S COWARDICE”

(Jun. 13, 2019) — On Wednesday night’s “Hannity,” host Sean Hannity said that the Obama White House was “riddled with corruption.”
Biden and Obama have both claimed that there was no “scandal” or “lie” during their eight years in office.
After making the statement, Hannity began to enumerate “scandals” that came to mind: the murder of a U.S. Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, in 2010, as a result of the gun-walking operation known as “Fast & Furious,” and the IRS’s targeting of certain groups for delay or denial of their applications for non-profit status.
In 2012, four Americans were killed when terrorists attacked a CIA compound in Benghazi, Libya, after which the Obama regime “lied” by attributing the attack to an obscure internet video.
One of those killed, Amb. J. Christopher Stevens, had warned the State Department for which he worked of increasingly unsafe conditions and the need for greater security, which was reportedly denied.
The Obama Justice Department collected the phone records of 21 AP journalists as well of those of then-Fox News White House correspondent James Rosen without a warrant, naming Rosen as an “unindicted co-conspirator” for having received information from a State Department contractor.
The collection of communications of members of Congress, foreign leaders, and average citizens has been widely reported, although then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said the intelligence community did not “wittingly” collect Americans’ emails and phone calls.
Former CBS journalist Sharyl Attkisson is still seeking justice after classified information was planted by the government in her computer, along with other forms of intrusion and electronic harassment.
Others have compiled substantial lists of Obama’s “falsehoods.”
But the most significant corruption has yet to be reported by the mainstream media: that of the forgery purported to represent Barack Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011.
While the unraveling of the targeting operation of Trump campaign associates continues under Attorney General William Barr and his designees, the most blatant and “foundational lie,” as stated by birth-certificate lead investigator Mike Zullo, is the posting of the image “with the intent to deceive.”
Had the media had the courage to expose the lie of Obama’s “presidency” then, “Benghazi might never have happened,” Zullo has said.
The same FBI which was willing to carry out a baseless counterintelligence investigation utilizing all the available tools of the U.S. intelligence apparatus was unwilling to act to protect the nation when forgeries of a sitting “president” were all that could be proffered to convince justifiably-skeptical Americans that Obama was eligible to occupy the office he held.
Someone within that organization must know that Obama’s “documents” are fraudulent. Someone at the CIA and NSA knows.
Perhaps Biden should be asked that question now…or John Brennan.
Recently Zullo reported “collusion” between mainstream media executives and the Obama regime “not to talk about the birth certificate.” Because of the media’s cowardice, the lie was allowed to remain untouched for fear of what could have been their own targeting. The result was American deaths, and for the living, financial and reputational demise; serious medical events and emotional toll; wrongful prosecutions and felony convictions, and a nation in turmoil.

My opinion of Fox News and Constitutional eligibility: When discussing Fox News and their protection of Obama don’t forget Mark Levin, who Hannity refers to as the “great one”. Levin not only mocked and ridiculed anyone saying Obama was constitutionally ineligible; he also supported the born in Calgary, Canada with a non-American citizen father, Ted Cruz, in the Republican Primary and defended Cruz claimed eligibility based on the citizenship status of Cruz mother, (whatever that actually was). While those talking heads likely were told what they could and could not say about the issue of presidential eligibility and did as told at least partly to hold onto their big-buck jobs, they are today locked into their falsehoods more than ever. Telling the truth now would reveal them as the known liars they have been on this issue since day one, costing them not only their jobs but destroying their credibility. The “good guys” are defending the worst criminal act ever perpetrated against American citizens and her Constitution by protecting the ineligible, identity fraud con-artist “Obama” to protect their jobs………..and in doing so being just another enemy of America’s Constitutional Republic. The criminal act they are covering gave America’s government and her military to the enemy.

You claim that I claimed that a constitutional issue can be resolved by statute.
I did not claim that.
I accurately pointed out that eligibility is a constitutional issue, while incorporation, a statute issue, can be easily resolved by statute. As you can see, they are two separate issues.
Also, as you probably already know, concerning eligibility to be president, U.S. jurisdiction on foreign soil and incorporation are two different things.
However, concerning how jurisdiction and incorporation are recognized as law, both are articulated by statute, again, as you probably already know.

Jeff, Fox News was just as remiss in exposing Obama’s usurpation of our Presidency as the fake news media is. O’Reilly referred to Birthers as “Pinheads”. Shepard Smith said we are “Crazy”. Even Hannity does not broach the subject. It is avoided at all costs. When that happens, when a massive fraud against “We the People” is censored, that is the time to act to defend our constitution in any manner necessary, even unto bloodshed. The sovietesque manner in which so our called “Free press” is stifling themselves from speaking the truth or overtly lying about it is very telling. Are we living in a soviet style nation or are we still living in the free country millions of people put their very lives on the line to defend? It looks bad now but there is still time. Soon the sun will set on freedom if we are not “ever vigilant”. Freedom lost is tremendously hard to recover, if at all.
Dale, I highly disagree with you that Hannity “wanted to” expose “Barry”. While he was told
by his superiors to “shut down” on the scheduled interview with Mike Zullo he had a chance to
take a stand, but he didn’t. Moreover, I also clearly recall a fellow calling into his radio show to speak of fake Barry and Hannity was rude, mean, and “snapped” on this caller.
More likely not if, but when this issue gets trackson and has firm legs, I can’t wait to hear from all the “Hannites” that were mute, mean and evasive on one of the greatest scams in American

Art, An change to the constitution cannot be “resolved by statute” as you claim. It must be accomplished by an Article V process. In any event, I merely pointed out that unincorporated territories are NOT U.S. Soil because said territories are not fully incorporated INTO the United States of America.

Since naturalization is not the issue, my succinct conclusion is:
Eligibility to be U.S. President with ONLY or even ALSO dual U.S./foreign citizenship by birth alone is NOT coherent.
Eligibility to be U.S. President with ONLY singular U.S. citizenship by birth alone IS coherent.

It is not clear what your reason for educating me is since eligibility to be president is an Article II and constitutional amendment issue and “incorporated territory of the U.S.” is an Article I statute issue easily resolved by statute.

Art, the definition is simple: “One born in the United States to parents who are both U.S. Citizens themselves”. BTW, those persons born in an incorporated territory of the U.S. to parents who are both U.S. Citizens themselves are also NBCs. At this point in our history the U.S. has but ONE incorporated territory. That is Palmyra Atol. (U.S. Soil). Contrary to popular belief, those born in Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or the Panama Canal Zone are NOT born on incorporated U.S. soil. They are statutory citizens. While they are territories of the United States, none of those mentioned, except for Palmyra Atol, are “incorporated” territories.

I value the comment by a previous commentator here who prefers the way three other people have written about natural born citizen on their blogs. ostensibly because they are “easier to understand”. Yes, the writings of the three that are referenced are easy to understand. However, I suggest that my seven “ONLY” requirements for eligibility to be president, being as succinct as they are, and as itemized, are MUCH easier to read, understand, and comprehend by those who are not informed (like our friends at FOX & Friends) about why ONLY singular U.S. citizenship is coherent and dual U.S./foreign citizenship is NOT coherent.
The seven ONLY requirements are all included in the first two excellent and abundant paragraphs of Mario Apuzzo’s April 23, 2009 article*.

Everything that Mario wrote in the two paragraphs about eligibility to be U.S. president is in my seven ONLY requirements.
Mario’s statements about birth, jus soli / soil, jus sanguinis / descent, allegiance, birth circumstances, unity of citizenship, parents (plural), born with sole allegiance, law of nature, natural law, law of nations (= positive law, statute law) etc., etc., have to do with ONLY singular U.S. citizenship and not dual U.S./foreign citizenship. Mario’s reference to Vattel’s Law of Nations in paragraph 2 tacitly implies that dual citizenship was not the original genesis original intent of the founders who adopted the Article II Section I clause 5 language in 1787.
The two ONLY items that Mario does not articulate in his 2009 article is ONLY married and ONLY to each other, but they are implicit in his writings about the 1700s era and the common law of the time, when the U.S. citizenship of the husband became the citizenship of the foreign born wife when they married. The result at the time was naturalization by marriage, which means that the parents were BOTH automatically U.S. citizens BEFORE the birth of a child who could claim to be a “natural born citizen” by birth alone with eligibility to be president “by birth alone”.
So, the previous commentator, Nikita’s_UN_Shoe, whose intention is commendable, tacitly agrees that what Apuzzo wrote in the first two paragraphs in his 2009 article, for example, while easy to understand, is included in my seven ONLY eligibility requirements:

Here are my comments addressed to the six ONLYS:
1. _ONLY singular U.S. citizenship – Yes, when combined with item 4 ONLY below.
2. _ONLY by birth alone – The premise of being a natural born Citizen (NBC). Citizenship declaration through Congressional statutes are not NBCs.
3. _ONLY on U.S. soil/jurisdiction – ‘Muddied’ soil/jurisdiction suggestion. Only birth in Washington D.C., or contiguous 48 + Alaska + Hawaii States are NBCs. Birth occurring other places is covered by immigration statutes. If someone is a U.S. citizen per Congressional statute, they cannot be a natural born Citizen, examples: Tulsi Gabbard, Kamala Harris.
4. _ONLY with two U.S. citizen parents – Agreed, as long as birth occurred in conjunction with item 3 ONLY, above.
5. _ONLY married – Yes, at the time of the birth of the NBC.
6. _ONLY to each other – Yes at the time of the birth of the NBC.
Mike Zullo said, “All roads lead to John Brennan and the CIA in the creation of Obama’s forged birth certificate and Selective Service Registration”. However, no one in Congress and/or the Obama media, both of which allowed and assisted in placing the ineligible, identify fraud con-artist in office by doing/saying nothing to try to stop it, is going to do anything except to continue their covering for Obama…..forever. The crime of allowing this to happen was so huge there was no way to back out without severe penalties. From that point on any effort to expose Obama as the fraud he is was met with mockery and ridicule and/or just ignored. It worked and 8 years of destruction, as planned…..was unleashed on America. Mike Zullo’s comment about “collusion” between the media executives and the Obama administration, although it is after the fact, it is, for future reference, very relevant, even though “not” doing something isn’t really illegal collusion.
What is also relevant is what was done as you stated quoting investigator Zullo about what the media could have done if it “had the courage to expose the lie…” and “…the intent to deceive”.:

That being said, and to prevent another effort to deceptively assert eligibility to be president and occupy the oval office with a “fake” pdf birth certificate and misrepresenting the constitution, I suggestion proactive words for President Trump, patriotic “media executives” and other patriots inside and outside of the administration.
President Trump could start the constitutional eligibility to be president conversation with these simple to understand words: Article II Section 1 clause 5 and the eligibility to be president words “natural born citizen” mean ONLY one thing:
