DETAILING OBAMA BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORGERIES

by Sharon Rondeau

(Apr. 27, 2015) — On Friday evening, WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC) activist Cheryl Surber met with former Florida Rep. Allen B. West at a Defend Freedom Tour event in Ft. Worth, TX, where she gave him a “Sheriff’s Kit” containing evidence that Obama’s only publicly-available documentation is fraudulent.

The tour is sponsored by Concerned Veterans for America (CVA), an organization working to raise awareness of and improve veterans’ health care in the U.S.

The Defend Freedom Tour launched in New York City on April 17 and went on to three Texas locations over this past weekend.  Its next event will take place on May 21 in Pittsburgh, PA, and the last scheduled event of the summer tour will be held in Minneapolis on September 12.

The campaign is asking for volunteer “Strike Team” members willing to make phone calls, host home-based meetings, and/or liaison with partner organizations to “make a difference in your community, state and country.”  DFT’s describes itself as “a movement of veterans, military families and patriotic citizen supporters that believe in the strength of our great nation and will do anything to protect and fight for her.”

CVA’s chief executive officer is Pete Hegseth, a Fox News contributor who has also appeared on CNN, C-Span, MSNBC and written columns for mainstream media outlets.  While still on active duty, Hegseth served as director of Vets for Freedom.  He has deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; Afghanistan and Iraq and is a recipient of the Bronze Star and Combat Infantryman’s Badge.

As this article was under preparation, a stream of Saturday’s event in Austin was available from the Defend Freedom Tour website.  DFT’s hashtag, #DefendFreedom, contains a tweet from guest speaker Capt. Sean Parnell which reads, “We had an amazing time on the #Texas leg of the #DefendFreedom Tour!  America definitely still lives in #Texas!”

Country singer Ayla Brown, daughter of former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown, is providing entertainment for each stop along the Defend Freedom Tour route this summer as reported on Fox News.  There is no admission charge to any of the events.

West was elected to represent Florida’s 22nd District in 2010 but was reportedly defeated in November 2012 by Patrick Murphy after redistricting took place.  West first challenged the election results but dropped legal action just before Thanksgiving that year.  He is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army who was nearly court-martialed in 2003 for taking what he said were “not right” but necessary steps to protect the men in his battalion while interrogating an Iraqi policeman in his custody about an ambush/murder plot on U.S. soldiers.  After West fired several shots into a nearby barrel, the policeman provided information about the planned attack. According to West’s testimony, following the interrogation, “there were no further ambushes on U.S. forces in Taji,” where West was serving as commander of the 4th Infantry Division at the time.

West was fined $5,000 but received retirement benefits. His military attorney, Neal Puckett, also represented the former Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, who refused to deploy a second time to Afghanistan until proof of Obama’s eligibility was made public.  Lakin was ultimately stripped of his Army career and imprisoned at Ft. Leavenworth for five months from December 2010 to in May 2011, during which time the birth certificate forgery was released.

In 2012, West founded the Guardian Fund political action committee dedicated to help elect “more military and minority conservatives seeking political office.”  In January, West turned over the management of the organization to Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA11), himself a decorated veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

Surber is a resident of Tarrant County, TX, where she ran unsuccessfully for Justice of the Peace in 2010 and 2014.  She is an entrepreneur and has traveled to Washington, DC to distribute Sheriff’s Kits to members of Congress on multiple occasions to inform them of the forgeries which Zullo has termed “a federal felony.”

The Obama birth certificate image was posted at whitehouse.gov on April 27, 2011 in response to challenges from business mogul Donald Trump that Obama might not have been born in the United States and could be ineligible for the presidency.  During a short press conference that morning, Obama claimed that the image represented his official birth certificate from Hawaii.  However, several experts immediately declared it a poor forgery, to which the White House provided no response.

An investigation launched by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse was commissioned in September 2011 by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who the month before was approached by approximately 250 constituents concerned that if the image were indeed fraudulent, their votes would be disenfranchised during the 2012 presidential election.

The following year, Arpaio and Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo held two press conferences in which they reported that the posse concluded that Obama’s “documents” are “computer-generated forgeries.”  In the second presser on July 17, both lawmen called for media and Congress to investigate their findings.  Instead, the media vilified the messengers and congressmen doubled down on their denial of questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility and documentation.

Following the July 17 press conference, the FBI advised The Post & Email that if anyone believed a crime had been committed relative to Obama’s documents, he or she should “contact their congressman.”  The FBI media representative with whom The Post & Email spoke admitted to having watched Zullo and Arpaio’s complete presentation the day before.

In March 2013, West declined to see evidence offered by Zullo and his traveling companion, radio show host Carl Gallups, citing “future political ambitions.”  However, on June 30, 2013, West wrote on his Facebook page that Obama is a “usurper and charlatan.”

During the summer of 2013, WOBC founder Mike Volin conceived of the idea of creating a DVD with a presentation given by Zullo to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) in St. Charles, MO on the topic of the forgeries.  The presentation was previously recorded in HD by Pixel Patriot. Thousands of “Sheriff’s Kits” have since been distributed to elected officials, members of the media, all state attorneys general and governors by citizen-led efforts at considerable cost.

West was a featured speaker on Friday evening, and Surber had the opportunity to meet with him both before and after his speech.  When The Post & Email asked Surber how she was able to arrange for a face-to-face encounter with him, she responded:

“When I was sitting in the crowd, I was about 12-15 seats away. They had tables that were lined up so that when you came in, you had to walk down the line of tables to get your seat.  My particular spot was the center table, and I was fairly close to the stage.  I got there at around 5:30.  They had dinner there; there was no charge. They had military and veterans’ supporters.  It was pretty exciting.

“I saw West before the event started, and I had one picture taken then.  There are two photographs.  In the first, I am actually handing him the Sheriff’s Kit DVD.  The second picture was where West had already gotten it, and I had a pose in front of the banner.  The second time, he just held it, and he already knew what it was about because he had gotten it before the event.

“I talked to him and told him that I ran for office twice as a Republican in a very Democrat area.”

THE POST & EMAIL:  Did he try to run away from you as he did with Zullo and Gallups at CPAC in 2013?

No, he willingly had another picture taken, and I said afterwards, “You really need to expose this.  I ran for office; I’m doing everything I can to expose it.  You are in a position where you can get national media attention, and you need to do this.”  At that point, he seemed a little uncomfortable.

I didn’t ask him this, but I wondered why he moved from Florida to Texas, and it occurred to me that if Cruz’s seat becomes vacant, West might be thinking he could run for it.

Birtherreport has a video that Pixel Patriot made four years ago that is absolutely excellent.  It talks about the fact that three presidents graduated from the College of William and Mary, whose “Laws and Regulations” handbook stated that in teaching Political Law and other subjects, “the textbook on Natural and National law shall be Vattel.”

Emmerich de Vattel’s treatise on international law and citizenship, “The Law of Nations,” referred to a “natural born Citizen,” a clause appearing in Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution dealing with presidential eligibility, as “those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.  As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights…The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.”

Modern legal sources often state that a birth on U.S. soil renders a person a “natural born Citizen” regardless of the citizenship of his parents, which would mean that so-called “anchor babies” could become president. Current presidential candidates include Sen. Marco Rubio, who was born in Florida to two Cuban-citizen parents, and Sen. Ted Cruz, who was born in Canada to a U.S.-citizen mother, to the best of the public’s knowledge, and a Cuban-citizen father who became a Canadian citizen, then a U.S. citizen in 2005, 35 years after his son was born.

Obama’s eligibility was questioned as early as 2007 when MSNBC commentator Chris Matthews stated that Obama was foreign-born.  In 2008, several articles from African newspapers surfaced which reported Obama as “Kenyan-born” as he sought the U.S. Senate seat from Illinois in 2004.  NPR first stated that Obama was born in Kenya, later changing it without explanation to say that Obama was “born in Hawaii.”  Similarly, Obama’s literary agent published a biography stating that Obama was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii” which was altered in April 2007 to read that he was “born in Hawaii.”  When Breitbart News discovered the booklet containing the biography in May 2012, the literary agent issued a statement in which she said the original report of Obama’s birthplace in Kenya had resulted from a “fact checking error.”

Obama’s claimed father was a citizen of Kenya and never applied for U.S. citizenship.  No hospital in the United States has claimed Obama’s birth, although he maintains he was born at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu on August 4, 1961.  After more than two years of investigation, Zullo stated that “there was no birth in Hawaii for Obama.”

Gallups has predicted that “it’s going to turn out that Obama is not constitutionally eligible.”

Surber continued:

That is very telling.  As I’ve said in the past, when a law is ambiguous, judges are to go by the intent of the legislature, and in this particular circumstance, we need to be going by the intent of the Framers.  It’s proof positive that our Framers intended Vattel’s “Law of Nations” to be the textbook for citizenship and defining “natural born Citizen.” That is an extremely important video for everyone to see.  I’d like to see it shown to schoolchildren and have them tested on it to make sure they understand the facts.

To me, the idea that someone can be an imposter and get to the very highest office of our country and not have to pass any kind of background check…what’s in the Constitution is the minimum standards, not the maximum.  The idea that if you and I want to go out and buy a gun or any firearm, we have to take a course, pay for it, pass that course, pass a background check, go pay for a license, and yet somebody can usurp the highest office in the land and control nuclear weapons without having to do any of that, is proof positive that none of us should have to go through any kind of background check, course, or fingerprinting in order to go out and buy a handgun or any other kind of weapon to protect ourselves.  As far as I’m concerned, if you’ve got the money to go buy a tank or a machine gun, have at it!

THE POST & EMAIL:  When you spoke with West, did he say anything about running for the Senate?

No, I didn’t even think of that until yesterday.

THE POST & EMAIL:  How were you able to broach the subject of the forgeries?

At the beginning, people were coming in, and I just happened to see him as he was walking through the crowd, but there were not that many people then.  Afterward, most of the people had already left, and he was allowing people to take photographs with him.  He wasn’t in a big rush.  On the other hand, by the time I talked to him and asked for the photograph, he said he was tired from travel between Austin, Ft. Worth and Houston – and I know how tiring that is because I just drove that distance two weeks ago – he clearly was not wanting to discuss it, but I wanted him to understand that, as he had just gotten through telling us in his 20-minute speech how we need to put our country first and stand up for what’s right, that I did stand up, and I did try to expose what’s going on, and to strongly encourage him to do the same thing:  put his own country first in front of his personal ambitions.

THE POST & EMAIL:  But the fact that he posed with you a second time with the Sheriff’s Kit is surprising.

After having had a first picture taken with me handing it to him, then giving his speech, he knew what the DVD was about because he’d had a chance to see the face of it.  To me, that says a lot.  He also gave me his business card, which says “NCPA,” which is the National Center for Policy Analysis, of which he is President and CEO.  It’s located in Dallas, and the website is ncpa.org.

[Editor’s Note:  West’s April monthly address on NCPA’s ongoing research briefly discusses health care costs, disability payments, hydraulic fracturing, and factors affecting the American economy.  In conclusion, West terms the organization “America’s Think Tank.”]

He gave me the card after the first picture, and I told him I’d like to interview him.  Well into the event, they handed out small flags, and I held up two Sheriff’s Kits together so that the light would catch it.  I passed out others, and most to whom I handed it wanted it.  I spoke to some of them personally about Sheriff Joe and the investigation.  So as not to waste any of them at the end, if anyone had left one behind, I found somebody else to give it to.

I agree with Stephen Hiller.
West didn’t lift one little finger to come to the aid of
LTC Terry Lakin when Lakin was being railroaded in a kangaroo Court Martial for NOT being allowed to present a defense. Imagine not being able to defend yourself if the government
West remained completely MUTE because he was afraid that being labeled a Birther would hurt any “future political ambitions”.
Fran is also right: just where ARE our brave men and women in our military standing up to the usurper in the White House and his illegal orders?
West wears his military history as a Badge of Honor but he’s afraid to come to the defense of the Constitution he took an Oath to.
Reminds me that West is just another “What’s in it for me?” politician.
Sad end for a man who had so much potential.

He didn’t do anything concerning Terry Lakin and he was told by me. The establishment, and he is part of it, is afraid of the MSM.

I’m sorry to say this, but the behavior of many of our Military Men (knowingly following illegal orders) makes me wonder how brave they really are.

West won’t do anything about it – or he would have done it already.
