THROUGH NSA DATA-GATHERING OPERATION

(Jun. 11, 2013) — Rep. Steve Stockman (TX-36) has requested a subpoena from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee for records of all telephone calls made between White House personnel and IRS employees for an unspecified amount of time.
In a letter sent to Rep. Darrell Issa, Chairman of the committee, and Rep. Michael McCaul, Chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Stockman described “abuses” recently reported in the media of targeting of political opponents by IRS employees. Initially said to have been limited to a Cincinnati office of the IRS, the corruption led to a Washington, DC-based IRS attorney who abruptly announced his resignation next month and removed his Facebook page.
Lois Lerner, the IRS director who was placed on paid “administrative leave,” told Congress before invoking the Fifth Amendment, “I have done nothing wrong.”
The NSA data-mining activity was first revealed by The Washington Post last Thursday, with The UK Guardian releasing several interviews with Edward Snowden, who has been called “a traitor” by Speaker of the House John Boehner and Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
According to Snowden, who worked for a contractor providing services to the National Security Agency and flew to Hong Kong to release the classified information on what he perceived to be an unwarranted invasion of Americans’ privacy, the NSA gathers up every piece of electronic, telephonic, videographic and photographic information on everyone in the United States.
Snowden stated that he believed that those making the “policy” to record Americans’ electronic activity should yield such decision-making to the public.
Debate is now taking place as to whether or not the NSA program is constitutional in keeping with the Fourth Amendment’s protection against “unreasonable searches and seizures.”
In his letter to the two chairmen, Stockman wrote, “Obama assures the public he only collected this information to uncover wrongdoing and protect civil liberties. Clearly he would want us to use it to investigate this case, because otherwise he’d be lying” in an apparent reference to Obama’s defense of NSA activity on Friday while visiting Southern California.
During his remarks that morning, Obama made the statement that he would leave office “sometime in the next three and a half years.”
New reports of systemic government corruption within the Obama regime have been emerging almost daily, with the most recent being claims by a State Department whistleblower that the U.S. ambassador to Belgium, Howard Gutman, had engaged in misconduct involving underage individuals while abroad.
Stockman attended the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers’ Association (CSPOA) national conference on May 31 and June 1 in Missouri, where Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo gave two presentations on the posse’s findings of fraud and forgery relating to Obama’s long-form birth certificate. Stockman attended both the public and credentials-only sessions given by Zullo.
The posse has also found that Obama’s Selective Service registration card is a forgery.
It was recently reported that Stockman asked Zullo to see the evidence which Zullo had brought with him to CPAC in mid-March, where he and Carl Gallups had sought out “VIPs” willing to learn about the fraud which the posse had uncovered.
Former Rep. Allen West had refused, citing “future political ambitions,” and another congressman who at first had agreed to meet with Zullo privately at a later date reneged by denying his initial interest and request for the meeting.
Stockman had served in the U.S. Congress from 1995 to 1997, having never asked for an earmark for his district. He was awarded the “Taxpayers’ Best Friend Award” after voting to reduce federal taxes, his congressional pay and pension.
Stockman’s district encompasses Cleveland, Orange and Pasadena, TX. He is pro-life and in January stated that he would draft Articles of Impeachment if Obama attempted to restrict Second Amendment rights by executive order.
Former Lieutenant Colonel Terrence Lakin, now Dr. Terry Lee Lakin, was stripped of his rank, his good name was dragged through the mud; he was dishonorably discharged from the Army and sentenced to serve time in military prison for simply requesting authentication of his purported commander-in-chief’s constitutional eligibility to occupy said position of authority.
Dr. Lakin made his request consistent with the officer’s oath he had taken to serve our country and defend the Constitution.
Then Mister Obama presented forged documents including a fabricated electronic file asserted to be a true copy of his original long form birth certificate to the American people in a cover-up of unparalleled magnitude.
Another subpoena should be submitted to obtain the phone and e-mail records between White House staff and legal counsel and officials in Hawaii, lawyers and representatives of the Democrat Party in Hawaii and elsewhere, and those within the facilitating propaganda department of the White House commonly referred to as the “media” in order to determine those complicit in the fabrication of the documents that Mister Obama has proffered as “evidence” of his purported constitutional eligibility to be president.
America is in the midst of a constitutional crisis–she has no legal sitting president or vice-president for Mister Obama was elected while fraudulently representing himself as eligible to be president–a felony.
Mister Obama has perpetrated the most sinister crime in American history: the criminal usurpation of the presidency by an enemy agent of Islam practicing taqiyya.
Much like Nixon’s wire-tapping enterprises and White House audio tapes, the phone records and e-mails that Mister Obama has authorized be intercepted and stored for analysis may very well turn out to be his undoing.
Emails between Fogbow and the DNC would be welcomed to see the light of day.
Between the White House and CAIR, Muslim Brotherhood, and between the White House and any mosques, anywhere.
Emails between the White House and his eligibility lawyers.
Trust? Trust is earned, and Obama and his Administration hasn’t earned an iota of trust from the American people, unless they’re brain dead citizens.
The TRUTH is that, five years later, no one, none of us, has ever seen the de facto president’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Why not subpoena Monroe Counties Democratic Party Circus records attempting to destroy a retired Naval Officer’s career for standing up for his country, the Constitution, his sworn duty and rights as a U.S. Citizen to serve legal Criminal Presentments against a usurper and his criminal assistants, criminal LEO’s/Police Chief/Judges/members of the Monroe County Courthouse (Democratic Party affiliates operating in sync with orders from Obama and henchmen) and the man that local LEO’s murdered- Mr.Jim Miller Republican Commissioner of that area-still with no closure to the family. LTCDR Fitzpatrick SHOULD be the one in front of Congress/Senate telling how HE was the first one to have the wrath/greed of Obama’s regime attempt to destroy him and also RETURN all the 2/3 of his hard earned retirement pay back to him that is HIS, Not Obama’s, Not Admiral “Sellout” Mullen who doesn’t deserve to wear a Naval Uniform, RETURN the Retirement to Air Force Officer Lakin, Officer Wood’s family and REMOVE Navy Veteran Darren Huff from illegal imprisonment in Texas for committing no crime other than being a witness for serving a Criminal Presentment of Treason. Where are the men left in the Congress or Senate? We see the cowards, political parasites and weasels, thieves, playboys and girls, political losers refusing to serve the citizens-only serving themselves and all the others who have assisted this usurpation to go on 5 years with 0 accountability and more pay raises for themselves while America goes bankrupt. Flat tax and reduce IRS 80%, TERM LIMITS for all members of Congress/Senate and order the same health plans for them that the public will have to bear complete with “death panel” status so they won’t miss any “benefits” of this great plan! Citizens deserve “entitlement” plans and jobs but we should not hold our breath since we have at least 7-9 years to attempt to recover from these two voting terms of bankruptcy. Most baby boomers will NOT be voting for any of these entitlement candidates any time in the future or next life. The “Party’s Over” should be the new term in DC, so we hope the “Tax & Spend” group is having a good time ( $30 million plus in 70 gala hotel parties and $50 million in recent IRS gala parties and hotels) as we are looking for prosecution at all levels and all groups. We might see ole’ PJ Foggy call in to the FBI on some Senators and Congressman and reporting them as “armed militia men trying to take over Congress & Senate”!! NOW, I bet that would get some “mediaaaa” wouldn’t it? Sure hard to understand why LTCDR Walt Fitzpatrick hasn’t been called up to Congress/Senate to report on all those dedicated Democrats back in Monroe County Tennessee and how they protected the Constitution OR was that LOCAL interests of the LOCAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY! Wow, I bet that would go over really well in DC and MAYBE draw the interest of SOME of the MEN left serving in the Halls Of Honor OR what’s left of it in DC and allow themselves to look at a few real men and Veterans that recently stood up to Old Glory and it’s Constitution and realize they are the ones that should be getting questioned as the FIRST ONES to be targets of a Usurper/Muslim Caliphate/Muslim Brotherhood/Socialist/Military Command Racketeer coup of our U.S. Government according to the Constitution and it’s law.
