WHY NOW?

(Jul. 1, 2013) — On June 30, 2013, former Rep. Allen West issued a statement on his Facebook page calling Obama a “usurper and charlatan.”
West was deploring a federal grant made to the state of California which would “abuse the concept of public education by turning public schools into indoctrination factories, forcing children to spout the joys of Obamacare” and other ways in which the promotion of Obama’s signature health care law would be the end result.
At the end of his one-paragraph post, West states, “The time draws near to teach this usurper and charlatan the lesson our forefathers taught King George III. We will not be ruled by arrogance and edict,” referencing the catalyst over “taxation without representation” which sparked the American Revolution in 1776 and eventual independence from Great Britain.
At the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) held in March, West was approached by Cold Case Posse lead investigator Michael Zullo with evidence of the forgery of Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate. When Zullo asked West if he would support publicizing the evidence to a wider audience if other members of Congress first came forward, West declined, stating that he had “future political aspirations.”
West is now working for PJMedia and describes himself as “a trusted voice” and “standing up for our future.”
The Facebook statement is the first reference that West has made to Obama’s possible ineligibility for the office of the president, on which The Post & Email has reported for the last four years. Since 2007, questions about Obama’s birthplace, history and life story have gone unanswered.
While Obama claims a birth in Hawaii, no hospital there will confirm the claim, citing “privacy” concerns. Moreover, The birth certificate number appearing on his short- and long-form birth certificates is out of sequence based on the numbers appearing on the birth certificates of two twins known to have been born the day after Obama, on August 5, 1961.
The birth record of a tiny girl born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961 who lived less than 24 hours possesses a number reported by Zullo and other investigators to be approximately 400 numbers too high after her brother, Duncan Sunahara, placed a request for a certified copy of the record.
Obama claims to have been born to an 18-year-old mother, who by federal statute would have been too young to confer U.S. citizenship to Obama if he were born overseas, which was reported in the mainstream media in 2007 and early 2008. His claimed father, Barack Obama of Kenya, possessed British, and then Kenyan citizenship and was never a U.S. citizen.
Discussions and news items on the meaning of “natural born Citizen” from American history have indicated that the citizenship of the parents was at least as important as the birthplace of the child.
Until last week, no member of Congress had come forward to acknowledge the posse’s work and discovery of the forgery of either the birth certificate of the Selective Service registration form, which was also found to contain anomalies as compared to others from the same era. However, on June 28, 2013 on “Freedom Friday” with host Carl Gallups, Gallups and Zullo announced that Rep. Steve Stockman plans on taking some type of action to bring the matter into the public square.
Gallups and Zullo have raised the question of Obama’s legitimacy given that he might not be a U.S. citizen, let alone a “natural born Citizen” as is required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.
Although scheduled to be a guest that evening, Stockman was unable to appear because of a delay in his flight resulting from inclement weather. Stockman served in Congress during the 1990s but was elected to a new district in Texas, the 36th.
Stockman has spoken out about Obama’s attempts to restrict Second Amendment rights, stating that he will draft Articles of Impeachment if Obama enacts executive orders to carry out his plan rather than wait for Congress to pass legislation. In January, in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, Obama issued 23 “executive actions” which he planned to carry out with or without the approval of Congress.
Sen. Rand Paul said he, too, would challenge Obama’s executive actions.
Rep. Walter B. Jones said that Obama’s plan to arm Syrian rebels would be an impeachable offense in a resolution drafted on June 20 and supported by several other congressmen. An email sent to Jones’s media representative last week by The Post & Email on the resolution was not answered. In March 2012, Jones had drafted a similar resolution.
At 11:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, this writer left West a note on his Facebook page which stated:
I am owner/operator of The Post & Email, an electronic newspaper which covers government corruption. We have covered the Obama eligibility/identity issue for nearly four years. I would like to request an interview with Mr. West to explain why he called Obama “a usurper and charlatan.”

Several constitutional scholars have stated that if Obama is found to have been an illegitimate president, every action he has taken will be nullified and he will have committed perjury by taking the oath of office.
Zullo seeks to spur a congressional investigation into the forgery of the birth certificate, which he believes will then invoke the question, “Why?”
Allen should be POTUS rather than the Muslim power broker usurper that has been forced on us by Pelosi/Biden’s falsification of the DNC vetting papers in 2008. The Democrats pushed more of their voting fraud through in Saint Lucie County, Florida with Gertrud Walker at the Helm and that county was Republican years ago but has been taken over by Democrats. A law suit is still under way since they forced Democrat Murphy through and his rich dad helped to make it all happen. We especially enjoyed seeing Murphy’s arrest/police records in the news since did time in jail for punching a LEO in south Florida, but we know sometimes crime does pay looking at Washington DC and other public trustee positions. Accountability is almost non-existent and the sky is the limit for criminals in DC at this time and looks like no one has been prosecuted for ANY crimes at this point for anything. What is happening here is very typical and common here in America since the 80’s when a new “business model” was rearing it’s dirty laundry. Seeing good qualified people that should be promoted being crushed and seeing the least likely to succeed go right to the top, was breathtaking for awhile until it was “business as usual” and it’s everywhere you look now in just about every field. Monkey see-monkey do, a sign of very little creativity in any management with absentee owners out on the town in so many places you can’t count them. Endless phone selections with no chance to get anyone on a phone live, ends in complete frustration almost anytime you try to call anyone, oooooooooo-read 0 accountability in too many companies. The good ones out there shine since they are so rare you can’t believe when you can talk to someone live. Try calling DC and getting anyone on the phone. Miles of secretaries asking multiple questions, basically blockers to keep you from encountering any one in any authority, just the same as most companies today. Government and big business are basically one and the same, sad but true, very disappointing at best driving most “customers” to sever their relation with the product forever. I have seen it for years, today you are usually a number in line and if you don’t like it, too bad. I can’t count the number of people sick of DC and big business. They are worse than any virus or other disease we are faced with and they take your money and give you little or nothing. Here’s a quarter, call someone who cares. When a good man like Allen West comes along, they crush him and glorify the scum like Harry Reid taking $650,000 checks to “fix” corporate problems to help his “buddies” with corporate income tax evasion. What’s a little “pocket change”?! We need to know if Soros paid Pelosi/Biden to falsify the DNC vetting papers for Obama in 2008?
Let’s hope that Allen West is finally back in the right camp, which would be a smart move indeed, on his behalf. Who want’s to go down with a usurping, lying, muslim fraud? Possibly AW would now throw his weight in support of The Cold Case Posse and the TRUTH???
A “Natural-Born Citizen” is: A person born on United States soil and whose Parents were both American Citizens at the time said person was born.
This makes perfect sense as there is no way the Founders wanted a dual citizen or a multinational citizen in command of our troops.
As some nations grant citizenship to children born abroad to their citizens (Kenya is a good case in point) and some grant citizenship to children of foreigners born on their soil, the only way to assure that a candidate is NOT a citizen of another country and ONLY of the USA is JUS SANGUINIS with JUS SOLI.
Nothing in the Constitution is “fluff,” but rather EACH Term was inserted after debate and cogitation.
Some of the so-called “Constitutional scholars” in the Senate and House of Representatives are fooling themselves and their constituents. They are truly SHAMEFUL and moreso was we approach the Fourth of July.
Perhaps that perjury for taking the oath of office is why Mr. Obama intentionally flubbed the oath of office. Perhaps he now has plausible deniability that he ever in fact took an oath of office.
The greater issue is integrity, character, and oath keeping. If he does not pursue the blatant violations of barry soetero, then we know we have another fake Christian,corrupt CONgress member, and dollar conscience rather than God conscience politician.
It is that simple. Truth is the sharpest edge discerning good from evil. All compromise in between is operating in the flesh.
West says that he is a “trusted voice” and that he is “standing up for our future”.
I think West is not a voice to be trusted. He seems to be more concerned with HIS future than the future of this country.
He had the chance while in office to challenge ocommie’s ineligibility. Did he? No. He had a chance to speak to ocommie’s ineligibility at CPAC. Did he? No. As a widely-admired voice for conservatives, he still has a chance to blast ocommie with the truth about his ineligibility. Is he doing that? No. Instead, he kicks the fake Nobel Peace Prize winner in the shin by calling him a usurper, a term of which only a fraction of the country even knows the meaning. Big whippee.
West has had multiple chances to prove he is an honest and worthy leader and he has blown each one. He’s got a lot to do to regain any of my trust.
