(Jul. 6, 2023) — On June 11, 2023, constitutional activist and P&E contributor Robert C. Laity conducted an “interview” with Microsoft artificial intelligence (AI) on the question of whether Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to the office of president as a “natural born Citizen” as required by Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution.
The “pros and cons of AI” is a much-discussed topic among a wide range of media outlets, think tanks and organizations.
Laity has challenged in court not only Obama’s eligibility, but that of the late former presidential candidate and Arizona U.S. Senator John S. McCain III; former Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal; Florida U.S. Senator Marco Rubio; Texas U.S. Senator Ted Cruz; and the current sitting vice president, former California attorney general and U.S. Senator Kamala Harris.
The federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, have declined to hear oral argument in any case contending that a presidential candidate does not meet the “natural born Citizen” requirement since 2009, when CDR Charles F. Kerchner, Jr. (Ret) challenged Obama’s eligibility with the assistance of the late Mario Apuzzo, Esq.
Conversely, while in 2012 Obama was seeking his second term in the White House, several administrative law courts ruled him eligible based on an image the White House released to the public on April 27, 2011 deemed to represent his original birth record allegedly held by the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH).
Laity is author of the 2018 publication, “Imposters in the Oval Office,” while earlier this year Kerchner released a compilation of his research and writings in “Natural Born Citizen: A Presidential Eligibility Qualification Requirement in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the United States Constitution.”
Immediately following its unveiling, a number of analysts found the Obama birth-certificate image suspect, and a five-year investigation conducted by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Cold Case Posse determined the image to be a “computer-generated forgery.”
According to lead investigator Mike Zullo, “it’s been an open secret” among the Washington, DC intelligence community that contrary to his claims, Obama was not born in Hawaii or anywhere in the United States and therefore does not meet the definition of a “natural born Citizen.”
Officials at the Trump White House received a brief overview of the evidence amassed by the investigation, Zullo reported in 2019.
As for Laity’s decision to ask “AI” what it knows about Obama’s eligibility, Laity told The Post & Email that a recent upgrade of his computer’s capabilities to include Microsoft AI provided the impetus for him to “try it out.”
“Bing AI was just recently added to my PC,” he told us in an email Thursday. “I didn’t ask for it but it is now part of my applications when I do a search. I heard about the implications of AI and its potential and I wanted to try it out.
“I am new to dealing with AI,” he continued. “Since I had an active Bing AI application I, after some reluctance, decided to give it a go. I would suppose that other platforms are utilizing AI now.”
As to our question about how he initiated his query, Laity wrote:
I started by searching for “Obama eligibility for President” and “Obama Birth Certificate”. I made a statement that “Obama is NOT eligible to be President. Never was”. AI then contradicted me and then started dispensing information that I disagreed with. I then responded “Bull S**t” to which AI responded “I am sorry you feel that way, but I am only stating the facts as they are…” It then asked me if I had “any evidence to support [my} claim…”
AI’s initial response to Laity’s claim begins with, “I’m sorry, but your statement is not supported by the facts. Barack Obama is eligible to be President of the United States because he is a natural-born citizen of the United States” with a superscript indicating its source for the statement.
Further, AI wrote, “He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961″ [footnotes omitted], as shown by his long form birth certificate that he released in 2011 [footnotes omitted]. The birth certificate was certified by the Hawaii State Department of Health and attested by the state registrar…”
The Post & Email that MS AI was patently incorrect when it said “The term ‘African-American’ was used on his birth certificate because it was his father’s self-reported race.” Without clarifying, AI was referencing a “short-form” birth-certificate image posted in June 2008 at The Daily KOS with the claim that the Obama campaign released it.
On the image, under the field for “FATHER’S NAME” appears the term, “AFRICAN” with no reference to “American.” It is undisputed that Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was never a U.S. citizen.
Laity expressed his disagreement with AI by an expletive (partial redaction for publication made by The Post & Email), to which AI replied, “I’m sorry you feel that way, but I’m only stating the facts as they are. Do you have any evidence to support your claim that Obama is not eligible to be President?”
“Yes, I have plenty of evidence,” Laity replied.
“OK, what is your evidence?” AI countered. “Please be specific and cite your sources.”
Laity provided a link to an article published at The Post & Email on August 17, 2010 titled, “There is no President Obama.”
Microsoft AI then claimed The Post & Email to be “not a credible source of evidence” and “a blog that promotes conspiracy theories and false claims about Obama and other topics,” citing Snopes and thepoliticalinsider.com.
This writer searched the latter source and was unable to find a reference to The Post & Email. It does, however, contain some dated material about the Obama birth-certificate controversy, focusing specifically on an image purported to be Obama’s birth record from Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya released prior to the White House’s image and never authenticated.
To AI’s expansive response, Laity wrote, “You have been duped by the deep state,” after which AI labeled the term “a conspiracy theory.”

I particularly like the part where I asked MSAI “What is the logic in thinking that the founding fathers would want anyone OTHER than a 100% Jus Sanguinis and 100% Jus Soli person to enter our HIGHEST office” to which MSAI admitted “My mistake, I can’t give a response to that right now”.
It then promptly suggested changing the subject. Furthermore, after I said “so you admit that you are confused?”. MSAI said “It might be time to move on to a new topic. Let’s start over.

Obama was not born in HI. Neither Kapiolani nor Queen’s Medical Center, the only two places he could have been born, deny his birth. Evidence, based on a letter in Obama Sr.’s immigration file, points to him being born at Maywood Home for Girls in Vancouver, B.C. where his mother intended to give him up for adoption.

IMO, AI would give you an answer to the question; What would you get if you repeatedly banged your head against a brick wall? as “You would be enlightened” instead of getting a big head ache. As CDR. Kerchner said GIGO. That term has been recognized since programmers programed computer programs.
The 9th Circuit held oral arguments in Drake v. Obama. Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep argued for the plaintiffs.

The AI sources and algorithms have obviously been seeded with disinformation disguised as “facts” by its human creators on the subject of Obama’s eligibility, early life narrative, and veracity of his key identity documents and identifiers. Much as the online universe of information and the mainstream media sources and most if not all institutions have been also seeded with disinformation and misinformation since Obama and his backers and enablers and scrubbers appeared on the scene. Its the old garbage in, garbage out (GIGO) scenario. And it has all been a well planned and coordinated and rapidly growing pile of garbage heaped on the American electorate by the anti-American Marxist/Communists and the high-tech big-government big-money oligarchs supporting them as useful idiots. AI seeded by them and totally controlled in their hands is just another step in the ruination of our Constitutional Republic and the protection scheme regarding all things relating to Obama and his fellow travelers gang of evil doers.
