(Nov. 12, 2022) — The Republican Party never really supported Trump. The Democrats and most Republicans who are part of the U.S. government in DC want DeSantis as the 2024 Republican candidate for the same reason they have always wanted anybody but Trump. Here is why in five easy questions:
1. Which candidate said to the world that he did not believe Obama is eligible to be president?
2. Which candidate as a private citizen offered Obama $5 million to Obama’s favorite charity to show his college transcripts and passport records? Obama refused and the charity got nothing.
3. Which candidate was called a “birther” repeatedly by the media and others?
4. Which candidate was and is friends with Sheriff Joe Arpaio, invited him to be a guest speaker at his campaign rallies and as president pardoned him?
5. Which candidate said he had sent his own investigators to Hawaii to probe Obama’s claims of being born there and “You won’t believe what they found”?
During Trump’s term as president, Mike Zullo, formerly of Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, said that “very, very high, high, high-level White House officials have had a cursory briefing of the information that we garnered about the certificate.” It was mentioned that revealing the truth about Obama might not happen until President Trump’s second term. Might this be part of why there is panic from both parties to ensure there is no second term for President Trump?
All of those questions have the same answer: Donald Trump, yet no one in our government, the so-called mainstream media, and unfortunately even most of the conservative media will connect the truths above to why both parties never wanted Trump to be president and why they panicked when the promised-in-2008-after-Obama “cover” president, Hillary Clinton, lost to Donald Trump. Both parties kept President Trump busy with investigations, made-up evidence of Russian collusion, and futile impeachment attempts. When they failed to remove President Trump prior to the 2020 election they stole the election with massive fraud and installed Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden, as an emergency fill-in for the planned-after- Obama cover President, Hillary Clinton.
President Trump in 2017 walked into a White House full of protectors of Obama….who knew Obama had to be protected for them to be protected. Huge crimes were and still are being committed by all complicit in The Obama Fraud to prevent the crime of treason, which both parties committed when they did nothing to stop the fraud Obama from being sworn in as America’s putative president, from ever being acted upon. Both parties gave America’s government and her military to her enemies and as a minimum violated their sworn oath to uphold the Constitution.
Treason was committed, and we are watching the still-desperate cover-up of that treason, which is punishable by death…the complicit will do whatever it takes to prevent Trump from being elected again, which means this is one of, if not the most critical times ever for America, her citizens and her future as a Republic, if we can keep it…

That Cashill believes President Obama was born in Washington State doesn’t mean he actually was.
The burden of proof always is with the claimant. And noting the absence of evidence shows the claimant has failed to produce any evidence.
Regardless, the claim President Obama was born in Washington is refuted by the evidence President Obama was born in Hawaii.
You should express your concerns to every member of the next session of the House of Representatives. Provide each with a “sheriff’s kit,” if you can.
Here in Texas, I filed a complaint about Obama, an unqualified candidate in 2009 being elected with the Texas SOS right after additional information was discovered. No action was accommodated by the SOS. I filed a complaint again this time in 2012 with Rudy Davis now having law enforcement data about Obama’s fake ID. This time again we were defeated by the Texas Election Code. In 2016 another attempt to get Texas to follow the constitution was again defeated by the Texas Election Code and Texas Legal system designed for them and not for us unwashed Texas voters. Our job was to sit down and shut the hell up.
The Texas RNC Legal team when asked why they didn’t vet their candidates responded with “all republican candidates swore on the face of the application they were qualified under article 2 section 1 clause 5 of the constitution.” (3 were not qualified). We then ventured on using Texas Election Code 273.001 through the Texas Supreme Court through a writ of mandamus to compel the Texas AG to follow the law wherein the Court refused to hear the case. Again we the Texas Voters were denied the constitution and qualifications for president that allowed massive election fraud and almost irreparable damage to this country through an illegal alien Barack Obama who we began complaining about in 2007. Exactly what the framers had been concerned about when adding the natural-born citizen clause to the constitution. Now we have a VP, Kamala Harris one trip and fall away from the US Presidency who is what is considered by many an anchor baby like Marco Rubio. Even that sage SR 5-11 the senate drafted to make it appear Senator John McCain a US natural-born citizen qualified failed, and no one from the RNC made any reference to SR 5-11 when Kamala ran for prez. This a clear indication the RNC has little use for the constitution when it doesn’t serve their lobbies.
The Texas legislature has a problem. I have heard many excuses for why they didn’t demand candidates be natural-born citizens to get on the Texas presidential ballot from the Secretaries of State, the Texas Attorney General, and the Texas Supreme Court. Their latest excuse is it’s unconstitutional for the Texas AG to enforce 273.001 except then governor Greg Abbott used it as an offensive weapon to get Voter ID in Texas in a battle with Eric Holder which I agree with, but we can’t use it in constitutional violations precluding election fraud where unqualified candidates openly steal voters, money, and delegates from qualified candidates on both sides of the smelly political garbage dump. So, did Greg Abbott lie to Eric Holder when he wrote we had Texas Election Code 273.001 knowing that it was unconstitutional with the Texas constitution? (no one mentioned that until now and I am not satisfied with any of this!)
Vattel wrote The Law of Nations in 1758, and that reference guide was used in the crafting of our constitution, and undoubtedly they read the text’s definition of a natural-born citizen in section 212. “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are the children born of parents, who are citizens in the country”. Very simple and easy to understand. I hear veterans and US Military including some near and dear to me say “I refuse to believe if my wife and I have a child when on duty overseas, they might have a citizenship problem when in service to this country”. To that we must understand, the United States was not engineered to install colonies and territories as worldwide as Europe had because Brittan had just attempted to take this newborn United States of America. The Founders didn’t want that, and the natural-born citizen clause has been pushed aside, along with many other constitutional violations buried in the Patriot Act and other misuses of common governance from State to Federal.
The natural-born citizen clause is very important. Failing to follow the constitution has placed this country in grave danger with the presidential slots since 2008. The current VP is not qualified to be in her position and Americans have been defrauded once again which is why this issue has to be solved by enforcement. It isn’t the fault of the American citizen this issue is front and center, it’s because of misguided political hacks, who need to pass a US Constitution course taught by KrissAnne Hall before they can run for ANY political office paid for by the US taxpayer.

No Court has disagreed with me. My cases are always dismissed on some spurious and specious claim of “No Standing” or some such technicality. I have ample U.S. Supreme Court precedent on my side. Obama is NOT a “Natural Born Citizen” of the United States. Neither are Duckworth, Gabbard, Harris, Mc Cain, Cruz, Rubio or Jindal.

A politician is someone who is active in politics. That includes public officeholders and those who attempt to influence who is elected to public offices.
