Hamilton Fish (public domain)

(May 15, 2022) — Recently, a post appeared at The P&E addressing the truly remarkable documentary, “2000 Mules” released by Dinesh D’Souza in collaborative partnership with True the Vote.

That post was preceded by one from your humble servant reaching essentially the same conclusion: the film documents what is almost certainly a lead-pipe kill-shot – also known in criminal circles as “take a dirt nap” and in courtrooms as “beyond a reasonable doubt” – to the claim that the 2020 general election was “the most secure in  history.”  Wrong: more like one parsec from it.

In reality, the film convincingly proves that the 2020 general election was fatally corrupted in five “swing” states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.  The lethal compromising was accomplished in no small part – and largely in the wee hours of the morning – by over 2000 political operatives.  These were the “mules” paid to harvest, transport and illegally “stuff” ballot drop boxes with “just enough” fraudulent votes to tip the popular vote in those states, and thus, their Electoral College votes, in favor of the Goofball now occupying the Oval Office.  Interestingly, most of the mainstream media –including Fox News – is ignoring the documentary.

Ah, but not one Hamilton Fish.  Yes, Virginia, someone bearing (or borrowing) the same name as the Secretary of State in the Ulysses S. Grant Administration back in the 1870’s is paying attention to the issue.  Recall that the original Secretary of State Fish was the person who received Attorney General Pierrepont’s “Steinkauler” letter of advice.  That letter – quoted by the Supreme Court in Perkins v. Elg and deceptively manipulated by the Congressional Research Service in support of the purported “natural born citizen” status of one Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. – is addressed here and here.  But that is a whole ‘nother story.

Back to text, commenting on the more recent post, the avatar of Secretary Fish notes: “[t]he movie, which D’Souza has claimed has grossed over $10 million so far, failed to show that anyone was paid to harvest ballots in the 2020 election.”  Really?

Monsieur Fish apparently missed (or intentionally ignored) that segment of the film (beginning at the 1:02:05 mark) where an identity-masked witness who was part of the ballot trafficking operation and who is now cooperating with Yuma County, Arizona investigators confirmed that precisely the ballot harvesting payment scheme that Fish denies the documentary showed… was shown.  On video.  With sound.

Ominously, the witness added that anyone like her found to be trying to better educate elderly Hispanics whose ballots had been harvested on the law and legitimate election processes – let alone cooperating with election integrity officials – could wind up “in the trash can… in pieces….” 1:05:52.  Most secure election in history…, right….

As noted at The P&E here, the founder of True The Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, promises that there will be a lot more revelations coming in the near future, including in a production she calls “Ripcord.”

One wonders if Monsieur Fish will be paying attention to that documentary as well.  If he does, he should watch the whole thing more carefully and avoid premature reliance on mis- and disinformation emanating from the Left.

Stay tuned.

Georgia Election Commission begins to interview True the Vote “mules”, finds they were not “mules” but only citizens following the law.

Will this be the fate of all the “mules”?

Accord to the AJC article True the Vote has not responded to the subpoena.

“True the Vote hasn’t yet complied with subpoenas issued in April by the State Election Board seeking documents, recordings and names of individuals involved. Ryan Germany, an attorney for the secretary of state’s office, said the organization has concerns about protecting the confidentiality of an individual who True the Vote said has information about ballot harvesting.”

“The board voted Tuesday to authorize the attorney general’s office to ask a judge to enforce subpoenas and protect the confidentiality of witnesses.”

“I would encourage True the Vote to cooperate with us,” board member Ed Lindsey said. “Let’s get to whether or not these allegations have any merit.”

An anonymous claim is not evidence. There’s no evidence that this anonymous person is working with any law enforcement authority.

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office said it was investigating 16 election-related violations. None of involved paid ballot harvesters.

“the film convincingly proves that the 2020 general election was fatally corrupted in five “swing” states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.”

Aren’t these unsubstantiated claims?

When they presented their “evidence ” to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the GBI said their data did not produce probably cause as the geospatial data isn’t accurate enough.

True the Vote refused to release their evidence to Wisconsin legislature in a hearing.

True the Vote says they will not reveal the names of ballot harvester mules to investigators.

True the Vote refuses to release data.

“A group of people who deny the validity of Wisconsin’s 2020 election said Thursday that cellphone tracking data they’ve collected shows the same people were repeatedly in the vicinity of ballot drop boxes in the weeks leading up to the election.”

“However, when asked to provide the detailed evidence supporting such a claim, they declined to provide it.”

How is it that no one sees the similarities between True the Vote and Dennis Montgomery?

Both claim they have evidence and both refuse to release it .

“In September 2021, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said in a letter that cell phone geolocation data provided by True the Vote was not evidence of illegal ballot harvesting in the state.”

” ‘As it exists, the data, while curious, does not rise to the level of probable cause that a crime has been committed,’ GBI Director Vic Reynolds said in the letter, as reported by Georgia Public Broadcasting.”

” “new” investigations were opened:”

They had to subpoena True the Vote to get the data.

“The subpoenas compel True the Vote to turn over documents, recordings and names allegedly connected to ballot harvesting. The subpoenas also require depositions of True the Vote founder Catherine Englebrecht and her colleague Gregg Phillips.”

True the Vote says he will not reveal names of alleged ballot harvesters.

Sounds like True the Vote is prepared to obstruct the investigation.

In contrast, this is what an effective investigation into ballot harvesting looks like:
