Cherokee Morning Song” (3:00)

“How. You welcomed to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ for sure thing. We always thought white people were crazy and they have proven us right time and time again. Chief Seattle used to say, ‘Only a fool or a white man could starve in the Puget Sound area.’ I say, ‘Only a fool would trash the Constitution.’  It is not the looting; it is not the burning; it is not the theft and bodily injuries, or even the murders: it is that you people sit and watch your livelihood and your cities destroyed while the people who you paid to protect you, the police, aren’t doing their job, so what are we paying them for?

“Think about that for one puff of the peace pipe.

“The excuse is that the mayor ordered the police to let the looters loot; the arsonists burn; the rapists rape; the murderers murder; and the child molesters molest. Children are being maimed and killed; one weekend a child is gunned-down in Chicago, the next week a child is gunned-down in New York City: week after week and everyone is sad and everyone mourns, yet the next month is more of the same. What used to be news isn’t news anymore.

“Two teenage girls walking home from school are abducted by MS-13 gangbangers and tortured to death. Am I referring to the girls in Phoenix or the ones on Long Island? Which two girls am I talking about?

“A baby was killed by a stray bullet this month; was that in South Side Chicago or was it in White Plains? The real question is this: how many people under the age of 18 died last month due to violence? Excuse us while we take a short break.”

Oh Shenandoah*” (3:54)

“How many lived in sanctuary cities?

“How many had Democratic mayors?

“How many of those communities had restrictive gun laws? How many of those communities had District Attorneys as racist and stupid as those found in St. Louis and Chicago?

“Why don’t the police arrest Mayor Bill de Blasio or Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner for endangering people’s lives? Here lies the truth: following an illegal order makes one as guilty as those who issued the order. That ruling was the conclusion of the Nuremberg Trials after WWII. No longer can anyone hide behind the excuse, ‘I was only following orders.’

“Back in the day, David killed Goliath with a stone, so what makes the stones of the past any different from the stones of today? The answer is, they’re not: a stone, brick, can of drink, or frozen anything is a deadly missile, just as a bullet is a deadly missile, and if that’s the case – and I believe it is – then a response (a like response) with deadly force is warranted. In other words, I want our police to use their guns. To me, it makes perfect sense, as I’m sure it does to you viewers.

“I want to say one more thing before I waylay a commuter, and that is the treasonous statements made by the mainstream news and, really now, some of our deranged politicians, with the usual suspects being at the forefront: Pelosi, AOC, Tlaib and Omar.  Their statements need to end, and end now. This Trump-bashing is getting us nowhere.

“And I want to add one more statement: in times of insurrection – which is what we’re witnessing – inaction only leads to more destruction and injury, so to tread water is not a viable response to an attack. Speaking from experience, the best response to an attack is a counter-attack, which is what we need to be doing by going after the money**, for starters.

“And the last thing I want to say is that the last time I watched the NFL was the day Kaepernick knelt, and the last time I watched an MLB game was last year. If the players don’t respect the flag and what it stands for, well, then I won’t respect them and that’s all I’m going to say about it. Now, what do you say we interview someone?”

“Oops, I’ve just been told I ran over the time limit – sorry about that. By the way, I’m a member of the Hopping Mad political party and you should be, too. And so, as Roving would be saying about now, on behalf of the crew, I’ll be wishing you all a goodnight: Goodnight.

“How was it? I got Roving’s credit card: burger time: his treat.”
