AND WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED?
by Sharon Rondeau
(Sep. 11, 2018) — I recall that on the morning of September 11, 2001, I had a medical appointment, and it was there that I learned from the practitioner that “Our country is under attack right now.”
I had not spent time on the Internet or watched any television that morning, so I was completely unaware of the death and destruction brought upon the nation by 19 radical Islamic terrorists.
Where were you on that horrendous day, and why is it important to remember it?
Or have we already forgotten?
