Eligibility Activist Jeff Harrison Details Grand Jury and Obama Impeachment Endeavors

“WE HAVE A USURPER IN THE WHITE HOUSE”

(Sep. 26, 2015) — On September 23, civic activist Jeffrey Harrison was a guest on his local radio station, WCED, located in DuBois, PA, to speak about his efforts to raise public awareness about the declared forgeries of Barack Hussein Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form.

Harrison began by holding in prayer several people in his community involved in recent tragic accidents.

He then provided his background, which involves eight years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, working several jobs simultaneously to support his family, and his participation in the Tea Party movement.  Later, when questions about Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president persisted, Harrison joined with a group of volunteers at WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com (WOBC), founded in 2008 by Mike Volin, to raise awareness of the issue.

On April 27, 2011, under apparent pressure from current presidential candidate Donald Trump, the White House posted what it said was a scan of a certified copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health obtained through a special dispensation. Almost immediately, several analysts declared the image a forgery.

In September 2011, Maricopa County Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio commissioned his Cold Case Posse to investigate the image at the request of approximately 250 constituents concerned that their votes in the 2012 presidential election would be disenfranchised should the early reports of forgery prove accurate.

On March 1, 2012, posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio gave a press conference in which they stated that there was probable cause to believe that both the long-form birth certificate image and Obama’s Selective Service registration form are fraudulent.

A second presser on July 17, 2012 declared that the standard of probable cause had been surpassed in regard to the birth certificate and called upon the press and Congress to launch their own investigations into the findings.

Congress failed to investigate, and the media largely ridiculed the probe’s conclusions. According to Zullo in an interview on September 9, 2012, now-departing Speaker of the House John Boehner was responsible for preventing any congressional investigation to go forward.

Since 2008, after rumors arose of Obama’s birth in Indonesia or Kenya, thousands, if not millions, of Americans have petitioned their elected representatives in Congress to look into Obama’s background, his claimed birth in Hawaii, and constitutional eligibility to no avail.

Along with Volin and others, Harrison has traveled to Washington, DC on three occasions to meet with congressional staffers and provide them with a Sheriff’s Kit, a DVD which contains some of the evidence gathered by the posse during its investigation into Obama’s two proffered “documents.”

In addition to traveling to the nation’s capital, Harrison has met with staffers in Sen. Patrick Toomey’s district office as well as with Toomey himself to hand-deliver materials relating to the investigation.  He has also met with staffers in Rep. Glenn Thompson’s district office to present the information and request a response.

Harrison has launched various campaigns named in the style of military operations urging other citizens to become involved in publicizing the posse’s findings and asking public officials to take action.  One, dubbed “Operation Pony Express,” encouraged Americans to mail materials to their congressional representatives in their district offices for expedited delivery because of the delay involved in sending mail to Washington, DC.

“Operation Broken Arrow” was Harrison’s effort to distribute as many Sheriff’s Kits as possible to members of Congress.

His latest endeavor, “Operation Fixed Bayonet,” is one in which he has urged Pennsylvania citizens to contact the head judge in their respective counties, known as the “President Judge,” to ask that the evidence showing that Obama’s documentation is fraudulent be presented to the local grand jury.

Harrison stated in the interview that he has received legal assistance from former attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley and several other attorneys.  Citing two Pennsylvania cases as precedent, Harrison illustrated that crimes which begin out-of-state can be prosecuted locally.

There are 67 counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Harrison is seeking one person in each county who is “not afraid to do the right thing.”  “All we need is one,” he said.

Harrison then discussed a second project on which he is working, which is the Articles of Impeachment composed by the North American Law Center (NALC) during the summer of 2014. On recent WOBC broadcasts featuring NALC co-founder JB Williams, lead attorney Stephen Pidgeon and other guests involved in the effort, Williams divulged that three members of the U.S. House of Representatives agreed in principle to introduce the Articles to the House Judiciary Committee given the unfolding of certain events.

A final radio show by the same group was broadcast on the evening of September 23 wherein the names of the pledging congressmen were revealed.  Less than 48 hours later, Boehner announced his resignation from Congress effective October 30.

Harrison has been sending the Articles with a cover letter to members of Congress by certified mail and urged others to do the same to spur congressional action on Obama’s impeachment.  Harrison said he has also asked Thompson to speak directly with Zullo to obtain the evidence from the investigation.

Harrison also reminded the listeners that Trump had dispatched “his own investigators” to discover more about Obama’s background, a claim Trump made in 2011 after the long-form birth certificate was released but has not mentioned since.  The claim was recently mentioned by Lawrence O’Donnell of MSNBC with a Trump campaign Iowa state co-chairman, who O’Donnell asked when the information presumably gathered by Trump’s investigators would be released.

In recent mainstream media broadcasts, various anchors are acknowledging that the questions surrounding Obama’s birthplace, colloquially called the “birther movement,” were raised in 2008 relating to the constitutional eligibility requirement for the presidency.  Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans understand to mean, at a minimum, as “born in the United States.”

Hillary Clinton, who was then seeking the Democrat nomination for president against Obama, is reported by some to have officially raised the question of Obama’s eligibility within her political circles.

During the March 1, 2012 presser, Zullo confirmed that he had received documentation that reporters and media outlets had been threatened with “their jobs” and “FTC investigations,” respectively, should they venture to report the findings of forgery announced by the posse.

However, even with their recent acknowledgment of the matter, television personalities and pundits have failed to mention that MSNBC host Chris Matthews stated on air on December 18, 2007 that Obama was “born in Indonesia” and possessed “an Islamic background.”  After airing a clip from former Sen. Bob Kerrey, who Matthews said was a Clinton supporter, in which Kerrey opined that Obama’s connection to the Islamic world was “a substantial strength,” Matthews aired a recording of Clinton stating that “because of his upbringing and his heritage, he [Obama] is, in his view, very well suited to communicate with the rest of the world…”

Matthews then asked rhetorically whether or not Clinton had “dumped on Obama a few days ago for playing up his Indonesian roots.”  “So what’s she up to here?  Is she pushing how great he is for having been born in Indonesia or what, or simply reminding everybody about his background, his Islamic background…?” Matthews continued.

“This is very serious business…we need people to get involved,” Harrison told his audience, contending that Obama’s actions, policies and eligibility for office affect everyone.  He said that his Marines background has caused him to follow the path of “Lead by Example” and that he is “puzzled” as to why Americans have allowed the national debt to reach its current level, among other challenges which “we cannot tolerate.”

“We have a usurper in the White House,” he said.

“You people out there need to do something about it,” the soft-spoken Harrison said.  He then decried both Republicans and Democrats, but particularly the Republicans, who he said “win the House, win the Senate, and they won’t do anything…They won’t put their foot down; they won’t do what’s right.”

The host then compared Arpaio’s current “legal issues,” referring to the civil contempt trial ongoing in Arizona which the U.S. Justice Department has joined as an intervenor, to a reporter, Jim Garrison, who had investigated the Kennedy assassination.  “As he was getting close with some real answers, the federal government came down on him,” the host said.

Harrison then speculated that both Arpaio and Trump “are going to pull the pin,” meaning release further revelations about their respective investigations.
