CBS Reporter: Obama Says “Breaking the Rules” is Wrong

IS IT TIME FOR OBAMA TO TAKE HIS OWN ADVICE?

by Sharon Rondeau

(Feb. 1, 2015) — On Twitter on Sunday evening, CBS White House correspondent Mark Knoller tweeted, “Asked if altering the inflation of the footballs is cheating, POTUS says ‘if you break the rules, then you break the rules.'”

The tweet was an apparent reference to allegations that the New England Patriots football team had used deflated footballs in a game against the Indianapolis Colts on January 18, a matter now under investigation by the NFL.

Obama frequently talks about “everyone playing by the same set of rules.”

The Post & Email responded to Knoller’s tweet with:

Does that include forging identification documents? http://mcsoccp.org/joomla/

in a reference to the criminal investigation carried out by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse which publicly declared nearly three years ago that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”

Neither CBS nor any other national mainstream media outlet reported on the posse’s press conference held on March 1, 2012 nor the follow-up presser on July 17 of that year other than on the internet.  Several did not attempt to hide their derision of lead investigator Mike Zullo and Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who presented the posse’s findings, by attacking the messengers rather than investigating the message itself.

Creating a forgery of a government document is a federal felony, although U.S. District Court Judge David Campbell has issued an injunction against “work-site raids” carried out by Arpaio’s office against illegal aliens who use stolen identities to gain employment, claiming that federal law takes precedence over the Arizona state laws which allowed the raids.

Arpaio’s office had apprehended at least 700 illegals who had created false identities and referred them for deportation.  Beginning on November 20, the Obama regime de-prioritized most deportations without Congress’s having passed or amended a law.

Obama said in his putative State of the Union address last month that he plans to “address identity theft and improve privacy for consumers, particularly students.”

Cold Case Posse lead investigator has stated that Obama “is the only president who has used four aliases.”

The FBI contends that “A stolen identity is a powerful cloak of anonymity for criminals and terrorists…and a danger to national security and private citizens alike.”  “…the threat is more pervasive and the scams more sophisticated than ever, including new online elements,” the FBI reports.

A spokesman for the federal law enforcement agency, which reports to the Department of Justice, told The Post & Email on July 18, 2012 that he viewed the entire Zullo/Arpaio presser the day before.  When queried as to any action the FBI might take on the posse’s conclusions, the spokesman responded, “If you think a serious crime has occurred, contact your congressman.”

Congress has refused to address the forgeries and Obama’s questionable eligibility for the presidency, since his real identity and origins have not been disclosed.

The Department of Justice also claims that it “prosecutes cases of identity theft and fraud under a variety of federal statutes.”  The government watchdog organization Judicial Watch classifies the current DOJ as “compromised” as a result of numerous lawsuits it has had to file in order to obtain responses to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

Just after the 2008 presidential election, blogger and attorney Debbie Schlussel reported that Obama’s Selective Service registration form was likely fraudulent based on the results of a FOIA request communicated to her by a reader.  Zullo confirmed Schlussel’s initial findings at the March 1, 2012 press conference by demonstrating that every other registration form from the year in which Obama would have registered contains a four-digit year stamp, while Obama’s has a two-digit stamp.

The long-f0rm birth certificate image posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 was found to have been manufactured on a computer, and the forger’s identity is now known by the posse.

Arpaio and Zullo may release more information gleaned from a second criminal investigation which Arpaio opened at an undisclosed time tangential to the birth certificate/Selective Service form investigation launched by the posse in September 2011.

As a result of a project undertaken by citizen volunteers at considerable expense, every sheriff, governor, and attorney general in the country now possesses a video of a presentation given by Zullo to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) on May 31, 2013 explaining how the posse reached what it said is the irrefutable conclusion that Obama’s only publicly-proffered documents are fraudulent.

According to one law firm on the crime of forgery, “How much money was to be gained through the forgery is the main factor in determining a penalty for the crime. A forgery that was intended to gain the forger thousands of dollars or more will carry much stiffer penalties than a forged $100 check.  But even forgeries on a very small scale can be picked up by federal courts if they were done in more than one state, or on a document or instrument on a federal level, like a bond or security…most penalties for forgery will include a combination of restitution and jail time, the length of which depends on the severity of the crime.”

According to legalmatch.com:

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:

  • Having to pay a monetary fine
  • Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the nature of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or federal authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. A maximum sentence for falsifying federal investigation and bankruptcy records can be fines and 20 year imprisonment.

Many mainstream media entities have banned the posting of references to the Cold Case Posse’s website and work.

As of press time, Knoller had not provided a response to our question, nor do we expect one.

“Millions of Americans who work hard and play by the rules every day deserve a government and a financial system that do the same.  It’s time to apply the same rules from top to bottom.  No bailouts, no handouts, and no copouts.  An America built to last insists on responsibility from everybody.”Barack Obama (if that is his real name), January 24, 2012 State of the Union address

What should be the penalty for usurping the power of the Presidency of the United States and by doing so commandeering the United States multi-TRILLION Dollar treasury, especially considering the fact that this was done during WAR Time?

Every day that these known feloneous actions are not confronted is
another day that our country sinks deeper into an abyss of no return.
Our generation will never see this great nation return to any resembles
of its previous status. The only solution is to arrest every elected
member of the Executive,Legislative and Judicial sections for not following their oaths of office, punish them, and elect a new government. If they can’t see whats happening, their too dumb to be in government, and should be eradicated ASAP. Nuf Sed
