Volin has spearheaded an effort to publicize the findings of fraud and forgery of Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form as reported by the Maricopa County, AZ Cold Case Posse more than two years ago.
In August 2011, approximately 250 Tea Party members brought their concern that the birth certificate image posted on the White House website in April of that year was a forgery to Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, requesting an investigation so that their votes in the upcoming presidential election would not be disenfranchised.
The following month, Arpaio commissioned the posse to begin the work so as not to incur expenses funded by taxpayers. The Cold Case Posse is a non-profit entity and operates on donations and volunteer effort. Arpaio said that at the time, he had fully expected the posse’s discoveries to “clear the president” by affirming the image’s authenticity.
On March 1, 2012, Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo and Arpaio gave a joint press conference during which they declared that the long-form birth certificate image and Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form are “computer-generated forgeries.”
The media failed to follow up and perform its own investigations, and in July 2012, a second press conference was held during which Arpaio and Zullo said that their certainty about the forgeries surpassed the standard of probable cause, calling for a congressional investigation.
Congress did nothing, and the 2012 election saw Obama re-elected by a very slim margin. Many suspect election fraud in the form of tampering with touch-screen voting machines, votes exceeding the number of registered voters in some districts, and results statistics which experts do not believe are realistic.
In October 2012, The Daily KOS reported that presidential candidate Mitt Romney had benefited from vote-flipping during the Republican primaries earlier that year.
Voter fraud continues to be an issue, with the congressional midterm elections just over six months away. Earlier this month, evidence of voter fraud in the state of North Carolina showed that nearly 36,000 people voted in both North Carolina and another state in the 2012 election. An Ohio woman convicted of voting more than once received a five-year sentence but was released after eight months.
To assist in informing the public and members of Congress, Volin produced a “Sheriff’s Kit” in DVD and electronic format containing Zullo’s presentation to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) conference last spring as to how the posse arrived at its conclusions. In November 2013, Volin and a group of volunteers from across the nation traveled to Washington, DC to distribute more than 200 DVDs to members of Congress and their staffers.
Volin and others are in the process of following up with congressmen’s offices which were known to have received the kits, some of whom purport to have little to no knowledge of the findings of the posse despite having been given one of the DVDs and, in some cases, a personalized demonstration by a volunteer.
Others have remained silent and refuse to answer media requests or inquiries from members of the public.
In early February, Zullo announced on the “Freedom Friday” radio show hosted by Carl Gallups that Arpaio had launched a second investigation stemming from that of the Cold Case Posse into matters other than the forgeries. At that time, Zullo also revealed that of a group of propagandists who have trolled the internet since at least 2009 contains several members who work for DARPA, a division of the Department of Defense, at taxpayer expense.
Arpaio is readying to make a major announcement in the near future which Zullo has termed “universe-shattering.” Volin commissioned Pixel Patriot to produce a video heralding Arpaio’s anticipated press conference which has been aired on at least two mainstream radio stations to date.
Volin has announced that a “Sheriff’s Kit II” will be released following Arpaio’s press conference.
“The media shut this issue down…” Zullo said during his presentation last year, a portion of which is included in the promo video.
Volin will be appearing on KFAB for two ten-minute segments. The call-in number is 402-556-9000.
Of the discoveries of the posse announced to date, Volin said, “These forgeries are felony-level crimes that carry major legal penalties.”
