The Obama Birth Certificate Controversy…Another Watergate?

LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITY DECLARES FORGERY; HAWAII SAYS “VALID”

(Jul. 24, 2012) — “Almost immediately, a cover-up was undertaken by persons associated with the president and his campaign.”

“…information from someone with inside knowledge of the White House, a source known as…”

“The grand jury continued to hear witnesses.”

“Evidence…was turned over to the House Judiciary Committee, which had begun its impeachment investigation.”

These statements, taken from a summary of the “Watergate Scandal,” could prove accurate today if Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse are correct in their assertions that the long-form birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama II is a “definite forgery.”

After former President Bill Clinton reportedly made the statement on a conference call that Obama was “ineligible for the presidency,” an image titled “Certification of Live Birth” appeared on the internet indicating that Obama was born in Honolulu, HI.  Various analysts deemed the image a forgery shortly thereafter.  However, it was placed on Obama’s now-defunct “Fight the Smears” website with the purpose of convincing the public that he was born in Hawaii.

In 2008, Israel Insider reported that Hawaii Department of Health Communications Director Janice Okubo had said:

At this time there are no circumstances in which the State of Hawaii Department of Health would issue a birth certification or certification of live birth only electronically.  In the State of Hawaii all certified copies of certificates of live birth have the embossed seal and registrar signature on the back of the document.

The author states that a “senior spokesman” at the Health Department said that the Certification of Live Birth did not represent a “genuine” document.  Hawaii has been found to have issued such “Certifications” to adults and children not born in the state.

In May 2009, former Press Secretary Robert Gibbs laughed when a WorldNetDaily reporter asked why Obama’s more detailed long-form birth certificate had not been released.  Anyone questioning anything about Obama’s background has been ridiculed, slandered, marginalized, criticized, and repeatedly placed under cyber-attack.  As with Watergate, telephones have been tapped and email accounts have been breached.

Of the Watergate scandal, a Washington Post writer asked, “…what drove Richard M. Nixon to place microphones throughout the Oval Office, tap reporters’ phones and allow operatives to break into offices in the hope of securing information he could one day use against his foes?”

On April 27, 2011, the White House released what Obama claimed was his “long-form” birth certificate from Hawaii, but it, too, has been declared a forgery by numerous experts and Arpaio’s office following its eight-month investigation.  The Obama campaign has responded to the allegations with “no comment.”

Reports that Obama was born in Kenya appear to have been supported by Obama himself until 2007, when his literary agent changed his biography to say that he was born in Hawaii.

In 2009, the Hawaii Attorney General’s office refused to confirm that a statement made by then-Hawaii Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino involved them.  Deputy Attorney General Jill T. Nagamine,had refused to corroborate Fukino’s July 27, 2009 public statement that Obama was “born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen.”  The same deputy attorney general recently refused to corroborate the information allegedly held by the Health Department with an image which Zullo and a deputy presented to her when they traveled to Hawaii during the course of their investigation.

A subpoena from the U.S. District Court in Honolulu commanding Health Department Director Loretta Fuddy to make available for inspection Obama’s original birth record was defied last summer, and Nagamine defended the Health Department’s right to keep the record private.

Special Assistant to the Attorney General Joshua Wisch has apparently refuted the Arpaio report, asserting that Obama was born in the Aloha state and that “his birth certificate is valid.” If the deputy attorney general cannot confirm that the information on the internet image is the same as that which is in their files, how is their spokesperson able to do so?

Watergate has been referred to as America’s “national nightmare.”  After five political operatives of President Nixon’s were found to have broken in to the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate hotel in Washington, DC, Nixon had insisted that neither he nor any of his staff were implicated.  However, investigative reporters Robert Woodward and Carl Bernstein found that Nixon and some of his staff became “deeply involved in an extensive coverup of the break-in and other White House sanctioned illegal activities.”

In regard to the Watergate break-in and its aftermath, investigative journalist Leonard Downie said:

…for several months after the Watergate burglary in 1972, Woodward, Bernstein and their colleagues on the local news staff of The Post were alone on the story. We were ignored and doubted by the rest of the news media and most of the country, and under heavy fire from the Nixon administration and its supporters. It was a tense time for those of us working with Bob and Carl, with our credibility and our newspaper’s future on the line. We worried over every word of every story before putting it in the paper.

Nixon was eventually charged by the House of Representatives with obstruction of justice, and articles of impeachment were drafted in keeping with Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.  He resigned on August 8, 1974.

Nixon had claimed executive privilege over some of the tape-recordings concerning the break-in.  Obama invoked executive privilege over documents relating to the Fast & Furious gunwalking scandal just before Attorney General Eric Holder was cited for contempt of Congress on June 28, 2012.

Watergate had “Deep Throat,” and Obama has “White House Insider,” whose predictions about Eric Holder and other matters have proved accurate.  The Insider has himself compared Fast & Furious to Watergate.

Many citizens alarmed at Obama’s spending, unauthorized attack on Libya, and socialist policies have expressed a desire for him to be impeached.  The questions over Obama’s birth certificate have been called “Certifi-gate.”

Was “the man calling himself Obama” born with a different name and identity?

If Obama is to accomplish his reported plans for America, why is it “by any means necessary,” as Malcolm X used to say?

As a reason to prosecute Nixon criminally, Special Prosecutor Leon Jaworski stated that “The principle of equal justice under law requires that every person, no matter what his past position or office, answer to the criminal justice system for his past offenses.”
