ARE THEY STARTING TO ASK WHY?

(Jun. 27, 2012) — Rep. Nancy Pelosi and former Speaker of the House has acknowledged that members of her party intend to cite putative Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress on Thursday for failing to release subpoenaed documents to the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee.
Holder has refused to turn over documents relating to Fast & Furious, a gunwalking operation which culminated in the deaths of at least two Americans and numerous Mexicans. The program was originally denied by the U.S. Justice Department.
It was reported on Tuesday that some Democrats were expected to be voting with the Republicans in favor of the contempt citation.
After Holder refused to turn over the documents, the committee voted on June 20 to cite Holder for contempt on a party-line vote. Just prior to the committee session, Holder asked Obama to claim executive privilege so that the documents would not have to be disclosed, provoking questions about Obama’s possible involvement in the operation.
Holder, Obama and Hillary Clinton have been noted to oppose the Second Amendment and advocate stricter restrictions on gun ownership and sales.
Holder has been declared to be “in peril” based on as many as 20 Democrats voting in favor of contempt. It is suggested that the U.S. Attorney in Washington, DC would convene a grand jury to examine the evidence against Holder.
The House Oversight Committee has posted an itinerary for June 28, history of the Fast & Furious investigation and “commentary” on its website regarding its claim against Holder.
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters in his briefing today that the contempt vote is a result of Republicans trying to “score political points.”
Update, 9:54 p.m. EDT: It is being reported this evening that members of the Congressional Black Caucus are planning to protest the contempt vote on Eric Holder by walking out of the House chamber and holding a press conference while the roll call is being taken.
Are they judging Holder by the content of his character or the color of his skin?
Second Update, June 28, 2012, 9:31 a.m. EDT: Fox News is reporting that the contempt measure is “almost certain to pass.”

This is proof that Holder has been lying through his teeth from day one. And, to me, it is also proof that Barack Obama had to have knowledge of Gunrunner as well! It is foolish to think that Eric Holder, on his first trip to a foreign country as Attorney General, would deliver a speech not approved by the President.
Both Holder and Obama are therefore guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, and in arming foreign nationals, Treason as well!
Their plan to use this tragic fiasco to stiffen existing gun control laws, which resulted in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, is both deplorable and criminal!!!
