(Jun. 27, 2012) — The Post & Email has been advised that a seven-page motion in the case against Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III was left “at the back door” of his address of record between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. this evening.
A charge of “tampering with government records” is to be heard on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Madisonville courthouse with Senior Judge Walter C. Kurtz presiding.
The writer of the motion makes a rather angry reference to The Post & Email.
The only other motion filed in the case was a request for Fitzpatrick to be forbidden to wear his Navy uniform in the event of a trial to which Fitzpatrick has received no response from Judge Kurtz.
Of the document received this evening, Fitzpatrick stated that he is “ready” for Thursday’s hearing, despite receiving it more than ten days after the filing deadline.
What kind of COWARDLY SCUM would be creeping around putting letters at back doors? These people are the lowest scum you could find in the system AND obviously local Democrats trying to destroy LTCDR Fitzpatrick’s reputation on Obama’s orders and cover up their total corruption and obfuscation of criminal activity against the laws of the State Of Tennessee and their self gain to illegally keep jobs that they should not have and that they have mastered the process of how to parasite off the taxpayers and evade prosecution. Who do these MORONS think they are, trying to destroy a retired Naval Officer AND tell him he can’t wear his uniform to a false trial that is another attempt to cover up their and Obama’s corruption? Could there be a tint of guilt for all of this false accusation and creation of false crimes for a man and 25 year Veteran that is standing up for the Constitution and his sworn duty to defend our Constitution and flag? Lets hope and pray that Judge Kurtz will clean the rats out of the cheese bin there. They are not dealing with some inexperienced just elected Judge, this man is a Bronz Star Combat Vietnam Veteran I think that these “entitlement/ego freaks” had better think a little harder about what they have done and are still trying to do. We have never seen self appointed clowns rise to power and self love as we are seeing here in Washington DC and Monroe County. The good people of Tennessee are plenty and they should be standing up for Walt and what is going on because it could be ANYONE there that could be in Walt’s place with these evil people in power and I’m sure there have been many that these “organized system criminals” have tried to or did screw over to their delight or liking but judgment day is coming and that 1.5 million bike ride to Monroe County may just materialize but first we need to get a little more “information” on some of the friendly people there thinking they just might want to invite us in for coffee and donuts. You never know though, that would require a lot of plastic forks and spoons.
Walt is an outstanding Naval Officer and man and he deserves LEGAL Constitutional Justice to be served against these people that have created this through coverups, dereliction of duty, misprision and misprision of felony, obfuscation, telling lies under oath and sworn duty and cheating the taxpayers out of their hard earned money by doing what they are and have been doing and milking the system at all costs to keep a title and pay check for self gain and gaming the system of law. Do you think a trial for Republican Commissioner Jim Miller who was brutally murdered will come up soon after this one? They need to clean house there and start filling the jails with these people and get them ready for court and prosecution. Robbing the taxpayers and keeping false witness SHOULD be a crime!? Since most of these people are godless or they wouldn’t be doing what they are and have been doing, I think they should read what the bible says about the things they are doing and holding and creating false witness may have consequences in more ways than one. We are praying that Yeshua will watch over Walt and that Judge Kurtz will open his heart to the wrong that is being carried out here and that these criminal operators will see God’s rath on their false witness and that they are cursed with their evil lust for power and destruction.
