ALSO MISSING FROM SHORT-FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE WHICH FIRST APPEARED IN JUNE 2008

(May 5, 2011) — On April 27, 2011, Barack Hussein Obama held a press conference following the release of what he claimed is a copy of his long-form birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health in Honolulu.
The image does not appear to contain an embossed seal, just as that of the “Certification of Live Birth” released on the internet in June 2008 lacked that sign of authentication. The registration number of the short-form document had also been blacked out, which, according to the statement on the bottom of the form, “invalidated the certificate.”
Obama himself claimed that the short-form certification was his “official birth certificate,” which could not have been true, given that he released something more detailed on April 27. However, many had already labeled it a forgery.
Upon releasing the image in June 2008, the Daily KOS stated, “In any case, here is Obama’s birth certificate.” However, that claim was disproved by the more detailed long-form birth certificates released by Eleanor Nordyke, whose twin girls were born a day after Obama’s alleged birth at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.
One similarity between the Certification of Live Birth and the image posted last Wednesday is that neither bears an embossed seal. However, the birth certificates released by Mrs. Nordyke do, in the bottom-middle section between the signatures of the Director of Health and the Registrar General.
The U.S. State Department has strict requirements for those applying for U.S. passports, which the images Obama has claimed are his “birth certificates” do not meet because they lack an official seal. How, then, can these images be considered proof of anything? Why would they not have contained a seal from the state of Hawaii?
An article describing Obama’s alleged birth and early childhood in Hawaii written by Will Hoover of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser on November 9, 2008 states that “While most Obama residences can be traced, the hospital where he was born is difficult to document.” Why should anyone’s birth hospital be “difficult to document?” Hoover stated that a Kapiolani spokeswoman could not confirm Obama’s birth there due to the HIPAA law passed in 1996. He was careful to say that “according to Obama’s family and other sources, [Obama] was born at that hospital on Aug. 4, 1961.”
Perhaps that is because In 2006, the same journalist had stated that Obama had been born in Indonesia in an article comparing Obama to Tammy Duckworth, a candidate for Congress. At that time, Hoover said that Duckworth and Obama had in common that they were both born outside the country. After a barrage of emails “correcting” him, the story was changed to say that both Duckworth and Obama had attended Punahou School and that Obama had been born in Hawaii. He failed to cite sources for either of the birthplaces he listed for Obama except a “Google search” and “an editor telling me about the error.”
A journalist’s job is to research various sources to find and report the truth. Why would any good journalist change his story based on the word of an editor or a large number of emails? Where was the verification that he was born either in Indonesia or Hawaii?
It is well-known that George W. Bush was born in New Haven, CT, and no HIPAA law seems to have prevented its discussion. The law was passed in 1996 and Bush was elected president in 2000.
Obama’s purported long-form is missing the entire bottom section which the Nordyke documents contain, including the signatures and embossed seal. There is a date stamp of April 25, 2011 and a registrar’s stamp, but no official signatures. According to the State Department, the document is therefore incomplete and not a certified copy of an original birth certificate.
Even after the release of the long-form image last week, Kapiolani Medical Center refused to confirm Obama’s birth there. A long-time resident of Hawaii whose neighbor’s children were born there stated that the hospital of birth actually fills out the birth report and then sends it to the Health Department. If that is the case, then Kapiolani should have a record for Obama, based on what Obama himself has told the public.
The Hawaii Administrative Rules, Title 11, Department of Health, Section 11-1-2, regarding the Seal of the Department of Health, state:
§11-1-3
§11-1-2 Seal of the department of health.
a) The official seal of the department of health shall be circular in shape, two and one-fourth inches in diameter. At the curve on the top portion there shall be the words “DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH” and at the curve on the bottom portion there shall be the words “STATE OF HAWAII.” At the curve on each side portion shall be a star. In the center of the seal shall be the Caduceus, a winged rod entwined with two serpents, which has long been recognized as a universal symbol of medicine. The Caduceus shall be encircled by an indentation, which shall separate it from the words “DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH” and “STATE OF HAWAII.” For illustrative purposes, a black and white drawing of the official seal is attached at the end of this section as Exhibit “A,” titled “Seal of the Department of Health,” and dated November 1, 1988, and made a part of this section.
(b) The official seal of the department of health shall be embossed near the signature of the director of health to verify commissions of appointment of deputy directors and notaries public, certificates, and other formal official documents on which the official seal has been customarily used or is appropriate to be used, as the director of health may determine on a case-by-case basis.
(c) The seal of the department of health may also be reproduced, in either an enlarged or a reduced size, on official stationery, reports, certificates, equipment, supplies, uniform insignia, and other objects and items to be used or produced by the department of health, but the reproduction and use of the seal shall always be subject to the exclusive control of the director of health.

So where is the official seal on his “birth certificate?”
Update, May 5, 2011: The Post & Email’s photography and graphics expert, Mr. John F. Sweeney, reported this evening that there is a seal on the lower left corner of the long-form birth certificate image. However, he stated that “there is a seal…but it gives away the forgery due to the lettering…”
Since Obama has officially announced that he was born at Kapiolani, why will hospital public relations staff not confirm it? They would not be breaking any privacy laws since Obama has already disseminated the information.
The “marriage” of Barack Obama Sr. and Stanley Ann Dunham might not have any validity, as Obama Sr. already had a wife in Kenya. He was a polygamist who, instead of “quitting” his studies at Harvard, was actually asked to leave because of his multiple wives and a situation which arose with another woman from the United Kingdom. Is this one of the things Obama had hoped to hide from the general public?
Barack Obama Sr. was a citizen of Great Britain, and if citizenship flows from a father to his son, Obama Jr. was also born a citizen of Great Britain, regardless of whether or not he was born in the United States.
Following his several alleged residences in Hawaii from birth to age 6, Obama Jr. reportedly went to live in Indonesia after his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, married Lolo Soetoro, who had been a student at the University of Hawaii’s East-West Center. It is reported that in the 1960s in Indonesia, a wife with foreign citizenship had to become an Indonesian citizen. It is possible that Obama had to do the same in order to attend school. If he ever had U.S. citizenship, how was it affected?
National Public Radio (NPR) had declared that Obama was born in Kenya, as did several African newspapers. An Indonesian newspaper said the same thing, even specifying the village of his birth. Members of the Kenyan Parliament proudly announced it on the record during a session in March 2010.
Has there ever been a person occupying the White House who had more foreign influence? Is this the very thing which the Founders had feared when they included the term “natural born Citizen” in Article II of the U.S. Constitution?
Has the extensive foreign influence from Obama’s past manifested itself in his reluctance to take out America’s enemies with a “persistent hesitation to act”? Why was he described as “an absentee president,” having been called off of the golf course to attend a national security meeting shortly before the operation to kill bin Laden was carried out by Navy SEALS?
Has faux Secretary of State Hillary Clinton been leaking Obama’s indecision about bin Laden and other matters to the press? Is the reason the State Department has tightened its requirements to issue U.S. passports that she knows Obama would not qualify for one?
And what about Obama’s regime awarding U.S. citizenship to three men convicted on charges which connected them to international terrorism? What does that say about Obama’s view of U.S. citizenship?
Does Obama even possess U.S. citizenship himself? Does an alleged birth in Hawaii automatically grant it? Did he become a citizen of Indonesia, and if so, did he ever naturalize in the United States, renouncing that foreign citizenship?
Is foreign influence the reason that Obama made himself chairman of the United Nations Security Council? Is that why Muommar Qaddafi called Obama “his son?”
How are these foreign influences affecting the U.S. military? Can they follow the orders of someone who seems to favor foreign enemies over domestic strength and victory? Is foreign influence the reason that Obama has refused to release photos of the SEAL operation to kill bin Laden, stating that the photos do not indicate “who we are as a country”?
Is Obama’s Muslim background the reason he allocated, by executive order, $20.3 million for Palestinians to relocate to the United States? Is it why he bowed to the Saudi king?
Is foreign influence and “Muslim faith” the reasons that Obama supported the Muslim Brotherhood as a force in the future Egyptian government?
Is Obama qualified to represent the United States of America? Why did Ali Mazrui, a Kenyan historian, claim that Obama is a Kenyan citizen? Ali Mazrui incorrectly stated that Obama did not suppress the use of his middle name, Hussein, during the presidential campaign, but in an essay dated July 6, 2009, he stated that Obama possessed “triple ancestral heritage” and “underplayed his his African and his Muslim ancestry.”
Why have numerous African newspapers reported that Obama is “Kenyan-born?”
Do we not deserve a real American as our president? When will the military decide that enough is enough? Will the American people?
Despite the misleading title of a Fox News article, a document examiner who attempted to defend the long-form document did not rule out the possibility that it is a forgery. If the birth documents Obama has released are forgeries, do we have a choice?

HRS Chapter 338 was amended to add a new section authorizing the Director of the Department of Health to issue a birth certificate for a person NOT born in Hawaii either as a Territory or State, upon sufficient proof that the legal parents of such individual had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth of such child.

if this BC is an “abstract”…compiled from the information contained inside of a file…held by the HI DOH…then it is not a copy…at all…
the term abstract can mean a collection of information…and since this BC is NOT a true copy…which i believe has been proven beyond a doubt…then we have good reason to question its validity…if the normal, hospital delivery…of the nordyk twins…produced a BC for each of them…that was photocopied by the same HI DOH…then why would then need to “create” an abstract of BHO’s BC…certainly…if the DOH had to create an abstract…an original must not exist

Read this article carefully and you may believe this to be the final nail in the coffin of the ‘former’ Constitutional requirement to be a ‘natural born citizen’ to be eligible to sit in the White House.

In the campaign for the 2008 election, obama co-sponsored a resolution to determine whether John McCain was a legitimate candidate for the presidency while being born of two ‘natural born citizens’ though in the Panama Canal zone — while his Father was serving the in the U. S. Military. The resolution passed, McCain was declared to be ‘natural born,’ was cleared to run, and the attention to obama’s non-citizen father was deflected.
Today, two rising stars on the Republican side of the aisle — Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal — were both born on US soil of non-citizen parents so they now they must be cleared to run for the highest office in the land in the very near future.

If I were to make a guess, I would put my money on the idea that since he ordered 2 copies, the “other” unreleased copy in his possession is the legal one with the seal. The copy we are seeing on the internet is an uncertified copy used for genealogy research. It seems that HDoH was willing to release those, up until 2009, not because they are legal and can be used to say, get a passport, but because the long form is a must to be able to find ones ancestors.
I can’t find a link I had saved (and I’m not into genealogy) but I saw a website once where the professional researchers that will look up your family tree were complaining about Hawaii not releasing those UN-certified long forms anymore and noting it happened sometime after 2009.
I am very pleased to see Mr. Smith’s new video appear as a response to the front page editorial on this site entitled: “Second Update: Is the Lack of an Embossed Seal the Key?”

If Mr. Smith possesses, as he states under threat of perjury, a certified copy of obama’s original Kenyan birth certificate including the 2009 stamp and signature of the then chief hospital administrator, and with a 2009 raised embossed seal from the hospital, the following questions should be answered:.
Queries:
(1) Did Mr. Smith present his documentation to Donald Trump?
(2) Did Mr. Smith present his documentation to Dr. Jerome Corsi whose book regarding obama’s ineligibility will be available on May 17, 2011 — I believe?
(3) Can Mr. Smith provide an affidavit from the person who accompanied him to Mombassa?
(4) Is there anyone in Mombassa who has the courage to speak out to confirm Mr. Smith’s story via an affidavit?
(5) I seem to remember historically that Mr. Smith was willing to provide his travel documents to prove the dates and timing of his trip to Kenya that resulted in his acquiring the copy of obama’s Kenyan birth certificate. Has that information been released?
(6) Has anyone ever been able to locate a second Kenyan birth certificate from this same hospital during the same time frame to check the names of the signatories, in 1961, as being in the respective positions listed on the certificate and to confirm the authenticity of the format and the sequencing of the certificate number at the top?
(7) Has the 2009 position of the Chief Administrator of the hospital, Helton Maganga, been verified, and has the 2009 embossed seal design been verified?
(8) Has Mr. Smith submitted his documentation to allow for computer forensic authentication to confirm its authenticity or at least to refute charges of its fraudulent creation or computer alterations?
Some, or all, of these questions, may have been answered in the past, but if it has not already been done, the very least that Mr. Smith must do is submit his documentation for computer forensic authentication.
Anything less than that will ensure Mr. Smith can never be never taken seriously.

Scanned documents aren’t evidence of anything even if they are legitimate. The entire reason there is a professional field known as forensic document examination is that a great deal can be told from examination of the original document itself. Much, much less can be told by looking at a photocopy of a document and very little, if anything at all, can be told from looking at a digital image that purports to be an image of an original document. Too much opportunity for adulteration, no opportunity to examine the paper, the ink, any impressions made on the paper, etc. These online arguments discussing images (especially photographic images) are like people studying animals by examining imitation scat.

Example people will scream about the lack of an embossed seal not being in an scan image….EXACTLY….by design it is not supposed to! That is the security…lack of easy copying or replication.
I scanned my own certified copy BC. It has an embossed seal, unlike Hawaii which uses a very bad de-embossed seal. The only a very small part of the embossed seal scanned enough to be detectable. That is how it is supposed to work.
The ACTUAL DOCUMENT is the only thing that can be held a standard. No real document, no mas!
Last week I scanned the credit-card like “BC” I received from NH in 1983. It has an embossed seal. The entire seal scanned well enough to be detectable and readable as such. That is how a scanner is supposed to work…detect highs and lows and recreate them on a flat plane in various depths/shades of black/white or color.
The entire embossed seal on the Nordyke twins BC’s scanned well enough to be detectable and readable as such.
However, there is indeed no substitute for the real thing…a hard-copy (paper) of a hospital typewriter filled out BC with an embossed seal…as yet unseen in BHO’s case.
Now 17% say dunham not born in US…the number will rise soon when Trump reveals obama document is a forgery…

In order to fulfull its intended function, an official seal must be visible and readable. Since the supposed seal on the Obama April 27 document is not visible and readable, it evidences fraud, not authenticity. An unreadable seal certifies nothing but intentional deceit.
Moreover, a certificate cannot certify anything if no one can see a certified copy of the certificate. Hawaii’s current no-see policy is patently absurd: they have birth certificates, but no one (except the POTUS, supposedly) can see a copy, only an abstract. In order to fulfill its certifying function, a true copy of the certificate must be presented, complete with a visible and readable official seal and the actual signature(s) of an identifiable certifying official or officials.
Not only does the absence of a visible and legible to the naked eye official seal evidence intentional deceit but, moreover, the visable at 400% magnification remnants of what apparently once was a seal of some sort evidences intentional fraud.

And the country, through ignorance, does not see the importance of the Constitution’s requirement to be a ‘natural born citizen,’ as opposed to being a ‘native’ citizen — because the terms themselves have become indistinguishable one from the other. Now, being born on US soil, which obama may or may not have been, is adequate to provide eligibility.
The poll inserted above will probably also mute the voices of those few politicians that still believe it is important for a candidate to prove his/her eligibility; and who have tried to enact legislation to require proof of eligibility even though using too broadly defined criteria.
Donald Trump, may or may not run for the presidency, but run, or not, he achieved his fifteen (15) minutes of fame and headlines on the issue. However, as the issue has been eviscerated and the support for the issue has evaporated, I believe he has moved on. Obama did miscalculate though when he attacked Donald so openly! Donald does have quite an ego, and if Donald runs he will fight obama vigorously on other issues.
Unfortunately, with no high profile spokesperson to carry on with the message of obama’s ineligibility, and the courts working in concert against the Constitution, we all will pay the irrevocable price for obama’s masterful manipulation of us.

I agree with that statement 100%. I can personally attest that more and more people are learning that to be a natural born citizen, being born in the country is not enough — both parents must also be citizens at the time of the birth of the child.

I think all this makes no difference as it states on the BC that it is either a true copy or an abstract.
What we need to do is figure out how to get around 0bama’s standing argument. Why has no one ever tried a class action suit? Would that not eliminate standing if everyone in America who is harmed by 0bama’s usurpation is given an opportunity to join the suit?
Upon analyzing the “green” pdf in Acrobat, I have also found two “homeless” objects which contain indiscernible white specks, characteristic of the white areas which are also behind most of the black bitmapped areas. I haven’t heard anyone talk about these and haven’t figured out what they are as of yet.
I dare say that Obama and his corrupted political cronies don’t care if the birth certificates are forgeries and that they don’t have the (needed) official seal. Why? Because then, the American public can endlessly speculate. It’s Obama’s liberal extremist plan to keep this nation in a state of continual flux so that he can be given time and opportunity to do America, dirty.
Things might come to a head where a US Military take-over may have to lock up Obama, for the country’s preservation. Congress and the courts, apparently don’t have the will or the courage to effectively act and curtail Obama’s wrecking bar activities and policies. He simply cannot.

What I believe is this: if the birth certificate document that has been released by obama as his true long-form certficate of live birth is a forgery, he is, at the very least, guilty of being party to the crime of forgery as he personally has verified that he is releasing this form of the document as a true copy.

I have contacted my Representative and asked him to get this legal verification.
Most everywhere you look on this ‘document’… there is a problem. Besides the ‘cannot exist’ registrar number and date… We know from the FOIA released Documents from the Hawaiian DoH.. that in or about 1966 his BC was amended. We also know that in most all occasions such amendment is the result of adoption and subsequent name change.
That time frame correlates with his adoption by Lolo Soetoro… which would most likely entail a change in Nationality.
Here’s the problem… any time such amendment is made… the ‘new’ amendment is documented at the bottom of the original BC with dates, official stamps and witnesses. There are none on this BC.
So, this is not a currant rendition. I think this is for the most part… what he is hiding… the fact that he was adopted, name changed… And his Nationality changed to Indonesian… which clearly renders him ineligible to hold office… hands down, no arguments.

I have copies of most of those that I printed out before they were scrubbed. NPR also referred to Barry as “Kenyan Born”. Most people I show them to find them convincing.
The media, Congress, and the courts just ignore these news articles for the most part. If pressed they just say they are all mistaken. They sound downright racist when they claim so many African sources, including the Kenyan Parliament, didn’t know Obama was born in Hawaii.
The evidence that Obama’s entire life, including his nativity story, is bogus, nothing but a major fraud, is overwhelming. It matters not because nothing will be done about it. People have tried, but the enablers have the power.
I’m starting to get worried. Donald Trump hasn’t mentioned anything about the birth certificate since Obambi’s grand charade last week. He sat there and took Obambi’s taunts and insults at the correspondent’s dinner. All Trump did was take credit for forcing Obambi to show the long form which has since been proven to be a fake.
And now I’m reading that Obambi’s poll numbers are peaking since he lyingly took credit for bin Laden’s killing. I saw a poll that says the number of people who doubt Obama was born in America has been slashed by half.
What can we do to convince these sheeple?
I was encouraged by Trump’s dedication to the issue, but he seems to have dropped the ball. What are his investigators turning up? Who are these people? Why can’t they come forward? Why hasn’t Trump brought up the Vattel issue? Has anyone pointed it out to him?
I’m afraid we’re losing ground at the worst possible moment. Last week I felt we had him. Now? Not so much.

I think Trump is biding his time. He took it to heart from the Lame Stream Media that he was spending too much time talking about the birth certificate, and wanted to give it a little rest.
But rest assured that “The Donald” has people looking into both the 2nd birth certificate (I know, the first one was a [fake] certification of live birth), and into the Osama Bin Laden Death Hoax.

I believe this new document was released just the way it was to keep the focus on a birth location and not his father’s citizenship.
Looking back on Trump’s behavior and the media’s behavior to give him airtime… it appears he was used as the “fall guy” by Rahm Emanual (longtime friend of Trump) to set the stage for political theater. It is also no accident that Bin Laden has supposedly been killed in the same week of the release. What better way to draw immediate media attention away from the release and attempt to make Obama look like some American hero?
The government (with the help of the media) have become nothing but stage managers directing the show.
Trump had absolutely nothing to loose in all this and his silence now speaks volumes.
Trump may be waiting for the Bin Laden distraction from the Obama birth certificate issue to die down before bringing up the forgery. Trump is smart and timing is everything, as we have just seen.

There are technical issues with the April 27 document, such as layers of elements, impossible alignments (for a manual typewiter), centered vs. left-tab alignment, etc., but Sharon has stated the simple, self-evident truth:
“Obama’s purported long-form is missing the entire bottom section which the Nordyke documents contain, including the signatures and embossed seal. There is a date stamp of April 25, 2011 and a registrar’s stamp, but no official signatures.”
Since Congress accepted the clearly inadequate COLB without question, it will almost certainly swallow Obama’s latest ruse, to its everlasting shame. As Sharon’s article makes crystal clear, there is a mountain of evidence that cries out for investigation by Congress, but this cowardly Congress hides behind a wall of silence.
What’s really bad here is that, apparently, nobody in the Federal government knows what a real birth certificate is. No one in any official capacity seems to be able to tell the difference between a document that is a real, legal, birth certificate and a document that is not. If nothing else, this rampant ignorance needs to be cured. Or perhaps they are just playing dumb for Obama’s benefit.
The eligibility issue is over. It is not going anywhere, no matter the amount of forgeries are found.
it is going nowhere in Congress. I spoke with my Congressman, Rep, Lamar Smith, about 2 weeks ago during the Easter Recess, and he told me that there would be no hearings in the House regarding Obama’s eligibility. He is Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
Here in Texas, the eligibility bill authored by Rep. Leo Berman was defeated in Committee on 4-20-11. The Republicans have a super majority plus in the Texas House and the committees. If the bill can’t pass in the Texas House, it will not pass anywhere.
It is time to get realistic about this issue, let’s concentrate on getting this commie out of office in 2012.

It is clear that our elected officials including the courts are complicit in the cover up of what Trump calls the greatest fraud ever pulled on the world with the usurpation to the White House of our first mulatto president. Having no standing the only recourse for us citizens is through the ballot box to send these politicos packing in the next several election cycles.
However, it is apparent that there is sufficient evidence to point to criminal acts that Obama has committed both before taking office and now (with his official release of the LFCOLB) including identity fraud, document fraud, social security fraud and election fraud.
