Obama born in Mombasa on friday. mother gets on plane back to hawaii on Saturday arrives Honolulu on sunday goes to see the doctor on Monday. She signs the paperwork. Doctor signs paper work but it is not paperwork that the baby was born in hawaii. It is only that he saw the baby and it is alive. That is the way Hawaii worked.

Obama’s registration goes a different route and thus he gets a higher number. and a different registrar and is listed at the bottom of the page in the newspapers. Everything is explained.

So now we need someone to varify or get another BC in Mombasa Kenya at the Coast Hospital. It can be done. Smith did it. I bet you can do it too. Why do not Americans go get another BC where they know it sits. Kenya is proud of its birth of Obama. Surely they will give you a copy just as they did for Smith.

Remember the new long form BC proves Obama was NOT born in any Hospital in Hawaii. The doctor apparently saw mother and baby on Monday. The trip is about 1 day and 3 hours. maybe a little longer back then. But she has almost 3 days to accomplish the task. She was a very determined individual. A tough little cookie. All she had to so was sit in a comfortable chair. Not too bad. She was very young and in good health and at the age when people would do these kinds of things. Nothing for someone 17 to 18 years old and you really want to get back home.

Everything we have learned in the past 3 years all falls into place.

Two and one half years ago Leo Donofrio anticipated a well-timed release. Why a document was released now may be worth some thinking, but not too much, because Obama controls those documents. Since now there are legal documents confirming Obama’s birth to a foreign national, the real job will be to explain to the public, since our ‘pundits’ are carefully avoiding the issue, that nothing yet has altered our Consititution. We have ten or so justices of the supreme court, and the two authors of the 14th Amendment, and every US Senator in April of 2008, including Barack, and Barack Obama’s Constitutional Law professor at Harvard, Larry Tribe, and Judge Michael Chertoff and Judiciary Committee Pat Leahy, on the record confirming the common-law understanding of natural-born Citizen, born of citizen parents, and all but the senators also confirming ‘born on our soil of citizen parents.” The senators were pretending to alter the Constituional interpretation to address the fact the McCain was not born on sovereign soil – pretending because had they been serious, they would have proposed an amendment. The sponsors of SR 511 were on Obama’s presidential compaign committee, as were the sponsors of the previous agitprop action, Senate Bill 2678, McCaskill and Obama, “A Bill to Insure that Foreign Born Children of Military Citzens are Eligible to the Presidency.” (I know, those patriots on the Obama campaign committee were just jumping the gun to help military citizens be all that the can be.)

Some will recognize this as a living v. originalist argument. Can we arbitrarilty decide that the meaning of a provision of the Constitution doesn’t mean what justices have said it means up through 2008? For those who didn’t like the secrecy, it is dispicable, but the issue with legal gravitas is jus sanguinis – inherited allegiance. We have never altered the meaning of natural born Citizen, though many have tried amendments. Orrin Hatch, had his “Schwarzenegger Amendment” in 2003 succeeded, would have made Barack and McCain eligible. Schwarzenegger was, of course, not only born to non-citizen parents, but, like McCain, born on other than our sovereign soil. But Orrin’s bill failed miserably, and now, Orrin can’t seem to remember the meaning of the term natural born Citizen.

Now, as Donofrio pointed out, Obama has a birth certificate, and has the means to defend it even if it was a custom order. His long-time aid, Deputy CIA Director for Counterintelligence Robert Brennan, can order up anything needed. (Brennan shares Obama’s hatred of Israel, along with Sunstein’s wife, Sam Power, and Rashid Khalidi, and Rev Wright and…) That birth certificate eliminates the conjecture about William Marshall Davis or Malcolm X. It also legally establishes birth to a non-citizen father, about which there is no doubt. Obama told us the truth when he called himself a 14th Amendment citizen – “A native-born citizen of the US”. That term is defined in Title 8 US Code, naturalization code, meaning, in confusing legalize, he is a naturalized citizen, not a natural citizen. Only those born to citizen parents on our soil are natural-born. Citzens are natural, or naturalized.

It is all about allegience, for which Barack’s 1995 best seller, “Dreams from My Father” is an ironic example. Our framers used a minimal test, to have been born to parents who inherited or chose the allegiance of our republic, our Constituion. Barack shows how wise were John Jay, Washington, Madison, Hamilton, and later Chief Justice John Marshall who reminded us of the definition in his decision in The Venus, 12 US 253 at paragraph 289, “born on the soil of citizen parents.”

Now we must explain to others why, whether he meant to or not, Trump has done us a favor. Now we can deal with the Constitution, and help others understand the intentions of our founders and framers.
