THE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF MUST HAVE SOLE ALLEGIANCE TO DIRECT THE MILITARY

(May 2, 2011) — The Presidency holds a unique place among the three branches of government (executive — legislative — judicial) in that a single individual is entrusted with discretionary power over all our nation’s military might. We the People have a right to require that such a position of awesome trust and power be only given over to one of our very own, one who is most naturally inclined to have the nation’s best interest at heart — a 100 percent, red-blooded all-American.
Blood and Dirt
A natural born Citizen is one born to citizen parents and upon native soil. Only when one is born pure of native blood and dirt does exclusive citizenship flow naturally.
The intended effect of the natural born Citizen requirement is twofold:
- to ensure that our Commander-in-Chief be born and raised with exclusive dedication and allegiance to the USA; and
- to ensure that no other country have any legitimate claim of fealty or duty from our CiC under any circumstance.
Note that we require that naturalized-as-an-adult citizens must first officially renounce any other citizenship and then freely swear an oath of sole allegiance to the USA, thereby breaking all bonds to any other country. Our government does not recognize dual citizenship for any such naturalized citizen. Their freely-sworn exclusive loyalty is also why they may produce and raise children who then themselves are natural born Citizens.
However, US-government-recognized dual citizens may occur by birth and apparently in some cases by the free choice of a former exclusively American citizen (something that should never be allowed, in my opinion – either you are in or you are out). This unwise loophole leads to a gray area with regard to natural born Citizenship where citizens may be born on native soil, but to parents, one or both of whom may be dual citizens. Such children clearly may be born and raised with divided allegiance (in fact, quite plausibly with a stronger loyalty to their “other” country, especially if they are predominantly raised in the other country — for example, a situation quite likely for the children of two “citizens” who themselves were born as anchor babies).
That these children could ever be classified as natural born Citizens is an anathema to the Constitution, the security and protection of our country and the intent of the Founders. I believe this debased sort of hybrid “natural born Citizen” was neither possible nor ever envisioned as being possible in the time of the Founders, which is why it may not have been directly addressed. But one only need look to the guidance of the clearly expressed intent to protect the nation from foreign interest and influence to see that such a mixed classification of “natural born Citizen” should never be allowed.
Yet, today we suffer under a usurper president whose citizenship does not even rise to this questionable hybrid standard. Obama is a man whose father never was himself a citizen (nor even a permanent resident) of this country. Obama is a man who was bred (and probably born) under the flag of an alien land. His life story is more jumbled than a fresh load of wash at the end of the spin cycle (in fact, his presidency is one big spin cycle). Is it no wonder that he is a self-proclaimed citizen of the world?
That our once great nation would ever let such a man become its Commander-in-Chief is a disgrace to us all. May we have the courage not to grant this fraud the legitimacy of a full term and have the resolve not only to remove him, but serve him with the full and fair course of justice that his crime demands. (Such action would also serve as a much needed “inspiration” to the other scoundrels in Washington.)
As President Thomas Jefferson famously said, “When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.“
The constitution says “Natural Born Citizen OR Citizen” who has reach 35 years of age, and has lived in the United States for 14 years, can run for president. This means a that someone who became a Citizen could run for president!

This one hit home. From the very beginning this is what I believed disqualified 0bumm0 from being the Commander-in-Chief:

What was John Jay and some of our other founding fathers that crafted the Constitution thinking when they added natural born Citizen to the Article II eligibility clause? What were their fears, what were they afraid of happening?
I submit that 0bumm0 is the model candidate for the kind of individual they had in mind, and the prototype for those that could follow if left unchecked.
His whole life has been one of a continuous association with people, organizations, and foreign lands that we would not consider as assimulated to our American principles, values and laws.
Last year the Hawaiian ALOHA REPORTER referenced and displayed an Hawaiian Obama BC stating that Obama was born IN Kenya.

The framers of the US Constitution imagined that a foreign spy could finangle his way into the Presidency and harm the country in countless ways so they thought that natural born citizen would have the US interests at heart and never harm America in any way, shape, or fashion.
They could never have dreamed in their wildest nightmares that foreigners could infiltrate all levels of the Federal government not just the White House. Easy to ferret out foreigners with their Broken spoken English. This is my list. Google any of them such as Obama Transcript and NEVER find a complex sentence in the lot. America has been destroyed.

I just wonder why that thought the birth status to be of more importance than upbringing, education, faith etc.
Remember that even under the strictest Vattel interpretation of NBC (“born on US soil to two US citizen parents”) plus the low 14-year residency requirement, the following person would be a natural born citizen and eligible for presidency:
* Born in New York to two US citizen parents
* Adopted the next day by an Iranian couple, acquired Iranian citizenship and moved to Iran (does not incur automatic loss of US citizenship)
* Lived in Iran until the age of 30, educated as a Muslim under Sharia law.
* Moved to the US and lived there until age 44. (This meets the 14 year residency requirement.)
* Moved back to Iran and lived there until age 65.
* Moved back to the US, became Presidential candidate, became elected President.
So this person would be a natural born Citizen in every sense of the word and eligible in every sense of the Constitution, yet be a dual US-Iranian citizen of Muslim faith believing in the supremacy of Sharia law.
Now, did the founders not envision such a scenario? As their prerequisites in the Constitution do not, I repeat, DO NOT exclude dual citizens!
Their criterion is only “natural BORN Citizen”, i.e. the status at the moment of birth was the only thing of relevance to them. They did not exclude all the things I described that happen later in life (acquiring dual citizenship, being raised in a decidedly anti-American environment etc.).
I just wonder WHY.

Mrs. Rondeau replies: One of the things which The Post & Email has been attempting to find out is whether or not dual citizenship was envisioned by the Founding Fathers as acceptable within the definition of “natural born Citizen.” There are strong indications that the term was used so as to eliminate any foreign allegiances; therefore, at this point, it seems unlikely that a dual citizen would have met their definition.
We live in a time of easy travel never envisioned by the Founders. No rule will ever be able to cover 100 percent of cases, but in their day it would have been generally sufficient to require proper status at birth (because people were much more likely to stay put) in order to fulfill their expressed intent to avoid a “Trojan horse” President filled with hidden alien sympathies. Also, in their day, they did not admit anchor babies diluted with dual citizenship. They specifically required that all prior political ties be completely severed in order to gain naturalization and admission as a new Citizen.
I think the key to unlocking the wisdom of the Founders is found by reviewing their writings and examining the basis and logic behind their ideas from the context and viewpoint of a person of their time. Thus, it is my opinion that to the Founders, physically being born on native soil as a natural born Citizen was enough to ensure (within all reasonable possibility) that one would be raised with exclusive dedication and allegiance to the USA.
In today’s world, I am not so sure that that would still be the case and, that to guarantee that intent, they would have expanded the “natural born” Presidential eligibility requirement into a “natural born and raised eligibility requirement. But that is just my opinion.
There are no coincidences.

The natural born citizen requirement to be POTUS was made to protect us from usurpation by just such a person as 0bama.
I do not know Colonel Terrence Lakin but I honor his courage and his service to our nation. Col. Lakin served our nation selflessly for 18 years as a doctor and decorated soldier with dedication and honor. This is not in dispute!
In December 2010, for failure to deploy to Afghanistan for a second tour, a military court tried and convicted Col. Lakin because he did what the overwhelming majority of all Americans have done. He questioned the legitimacy of Barrack Hussein Obama. His crime – asking the President, as commander-in-chief, to validate his citizenship by showing his birth certificate. Col. Lakin had the courage and sacrificed his career to do what Congress refused to do.
For his “crime”, Col. Lakin was sentenced to 6 months in the military prison at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas and dishonorably discharged from the Army.
What would it have taken to avoid this abominable travesty? Exactly what Obama did on Wednesday April 27, 2011. He released his birth certificate. But Obama couldn’t do that for Col. Lakin because his lawyers would have destroyed Obama’s credibility instantly. Maybe Obama should have called Col. Lakin to Washington for a “beer summit” in another childish effort to subvert the truth.
I wonder if he gave Col. Lakin any thought at all as he stood before the American people and narcissistically announced that it was time to move on from the “silliness” of questioning his legitimacy as President. I doubt it with every fiber of my being! He has no conscience and no such fidelity to any American.
Thousands of Americans came to Col. Lakin’s defense with letters, emails and donations for his defense. Obama ignored him publicly and privately made sure Col. Lakin would be convicted by refusing to do his own duty to the nation and to a high ranking military officer. The military code of conduct requires officers to disobey orders that they believe to be invalid. Obama’s “code of honor” is to chastise and punish anyone who merely questions his authority or actions. There is no “rule of law” for Obama, just an agenda of hate, racism and vindictiveness.
Obama has once again disgraced our nation with a flagrant lie by releasing another fraudulent birth certificate, but more importantly he proved without doubt that he cares nothing for law and nothing for honor. Obama disgraced Col. Lakin and the nation. He did not support the warrior anymore than he supports the endeavor or the dreams of the common American man or woman. He is too arrogant to honor us, too thin-skinned to lead us and too dishonest for us to follow him.
We must ponder how Col. Lakin and his family feel now. Do they feel exonerated now that Obama has proven he is not fit and not eligible to be President of The United States or do they rightfully feel victimized by Obama’s sickening display of cowardice and the unearned disgrace perpetrated on Col. Lakin by our nation’s real enemies? I am disheartened and unable to venture into that emotional gap but I offer this most inadequate apology to Col. Lakin on behalf of all Americans who feel as I do. I wish him and his family God’s Speed and the fervent hope that he will be vindicated by God and by his Country expeditiously.
Col. Lakin will be set free on May 14, 2011. When will we be set free and who among us will step forward to lead with honor, grace and devotion to our entire Nation? Who will step forward with Col. Lakin’s courage and re-set our government’s standard to noble leadership?

You articulate the process of naturalization as intended not as currently observed by any branch of government. It is now apparent that the allegiances of citizens now born here are given freely to enemies of our constitutional republic as a result of a dysfunction in government long in place. I wish I had an answer to the question of just what kind of force, spell, spirit, or disease could so thoroughly silence the tongues of virtually every one of our elected officials, every spokesperson in the media, and even someone like a Donald Trump, on what could possibly be the most important topic of our history.
It’s as if even mentioning the phrase “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” in 2011 or trying to get any public figure to discuss it is now considered scandalous and irresponsible behavior, or a distraction from “much more important problems facing our country”.
What has happened to us America? The Emperor has no clothes. Is there not even one person in the public eye able to see it and focus some attention on it?

And now that Usama bin Laden has been killed, Obama has opened up America to a lawsuit. When we finally prove to the world that he is a Usurper all of his actions and orders will be null and void, including the orders to capture bin Ladin.
