(Apr. 9, 2011) — Many of our readers are asking how to send information to Donald Trump’s team to answer his request for more information regarding the “natural born Citizen” issue raised during yesterday’s meeting in New York City.
The Post & Email has spoken to Jeff, one of the attendees at the meeting, who said that he believes he has “more than enough” information to enlighten Mr. Trump and his team on the subject.
However, there has been an overwhelming response to Jeff’s “homework” assignment, and those who have performed extensive research on the origins and meaning of “natural born Citizen” should be encouraged to share their work with the Trump team.
It has been suggested by someone who has been in touch with Mr. Michael D. Cohen, Mr. Trump’s Special Counsel, that packets of well-sourced information be sent by certified mail rather than by email or fax. Researchers might wish to prepare a short, half-page cover letter which references the work enclosed, how it was obtained, and its significance to the Obama eligibility question.
Another suggestion is to send factual information such as historical analyses of and by Emerich de Vattel, scholarly essays on citizenship, and historical examples of how citizenship is inherited. Editorials and opinion pieces, unless thoroughly sourced to historical treatises, will most likely not be as helpful.
Summaries of the court-martial of Lt. Col. Lakin would be valuable as well as of the court case of Maj. Stefan Cook, whose deployment orders were canceled after he challenged Obama’s constitutional eligibility to issue them. The Post & Email’s letter to Roger Ailes, President of Fox News Channel, contains links to many questions raised about Obama’s eligibility and the media’s refusal to present them to the public.
When printing out articles from The Post & Email using the printer-friendly icon at the top right of each page, all of the linked references will be included in the hard copy following the text of the article.
There is also the question about the social security number Obama has been using which appears to have been issued in Connecticut and a reported total of 39 different social security numbers associated with his name. Researchers can also send examples of how officials in Hawaii have refused to respond to UIPA, or Open Records Law, requests, including the Elections Office, which possesses the evidence that the required wording indicating constitutional eligibility was omitted from the 2008 nomination certificate naming Obama and Biden as the Democrat Party’s nominees.
While Factcheck.org has recently stated that Trump “fouls up again and again on the basics of…Barack Obama’s birth,” the organization has refused to answer legitimate questions about the “birth certificate” it claims to possess or to acknowledge that Obama has never released a long-form document. Factcheck has also never addressed what could be the singular problem of Obama’s lack of constitutional qualifications: his British citizenship at birth. If Factcheck were truly “non-partisan,” it would be researching the “overwhelming evidence” that Obama was not born in Hawaii and was never eligible to serve as president rather than insist, without producing a shred of evidence, that “In fact, Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu is where Obama was born.”
Anyone can say anything without offering any proof, and the Factcheck article can hardly be considered a real news piece, including such catch-phrases as “blowing hot air,” “love Trump or hate him,” “quite imaginative,” and the statement “The proof of Obama’s citizenship has long been apparent to us and, we think, to any reasonable person with a mind open to evidence, regardless of his or her party.” A real journalist does not present his or her own opinions of the matter being reported.
But the question has nothing to do with politics; it has to do with the U.S. Constitution and the definition of the term “natural born Citizen,” which means something more than “born in the U.S.A.”
If there were nothing to the assertions that Obama does not meet the Article II requirements to serve as president and commander-in-chief, then Factcheck would have no need to produce its latest article which fails to include the multitude of evidence of a Kenyan birth as well as the British father whom Obama has himself acknowledged.
Then there is the question of treason against the United States.

The whole country needs to be re-educated about the TWO citizen parents requirement, but especially the youth who I am told are utterly mislead on this Constitutional requirement.

From day one with Mr. Charlton, I did not then, and I do not today, believe the government employees with the state of Hawaii (the “local folks”), could/would endure continuous pressure from The Post & Email. Fact is, it has been the pressure from the Post & Email that has established- in print, the numerous “mistakes” made by them. However, for the most part, there has not been meaningful widely distributed national exposure in the media involving the goings-on inside Hawaii politics specific to BHO. Now with the Trump spotlight shining towards Hawaii, combined with the history of facts established by the fine work here at The Post & Email, I believe it is the local folks, those who just want to go home to their families at 5:00 sharp every day, who could prove to be the catalyst causing this scam to crumble under the weight of it all. We need to go after obama on the bc, the nbc, the ss#, the selective service record, the “voluntarily surrendered” law license, college records, and all the rest.
Hanging our hat on any one thing is HUGE mistake. The reason is because obama has an army of people who will stop at nothing to keep up the fraud. The two parents issue IS the issue. It doesn’t matter WHERE Obama was born as much as it matters that his father was not a citizen before his birth and that he owed allegiance to the UK when he was born. There’s more history and evidence to support the NBC issue than there is regarding the birth certificate and there’s plenty of evidence on the birth certificate. If we don’t focus on the NBC issue if/when a birth certificate is produced and proven to be legit then his supporters would feel justified in screaming “SEE WE WERE RIGHT!!! He is a Citizen” Ironically they’re right, he IS a citizen. He’s just not an NBC as required by the Constitution. Both need to be addressed but the NBC issue is what’s going to slay this dragon. Throwing in “described by Hawaiian officials” seems like a paltry attempt to make it sound like she is describing a Hawaiian birth document. Again, read her statement carefully–nowhere does she say Hawaii has a birth document for obama indicating he was born in Hawaii. She is playing fast and loose around the edges with a complicit media!

Patriots, I just got through watching, AGENDA, it is a documentary produced by WND if you haven’t seen it you need to get it and watch it and loan it out to everyone you can. It is just one more nail in obama’s coffin. It is astounding and unbelievable what has been done to us.

I agree that Trump should send his people to Kenya to directly interview Obama’s grandmother. The obots claim that the original tape was redacted. Trump has the resources to get her on video confirming or denying that her grandson was born in Kenya. This would clear up a great deal of questions, I believe.

The HDoH in particular, has ALWAYS had the authority to release Barry’s vital records but refuses to do so. HRS 338-18 (d): “Index data consisting of name and sex of the registrant, type of vital event, and such other data as the director may authorize shall be made available to the public.”
Furthermore: Public Health Regualtions Chapter 8B 2.5 B (2) authorizes the HDoH to release a non certified abbreviated copy of a birth certificate to any person who requests it. The HDoH however refuses to comply with its own administratvie rules, always citing it cannot release such records to unless the requester has a “direct and tangible interest” per HRS 338-18.
The authority not to release the long form has long since been debunked here at the P&E, myveryownpointofview.com and most recently at WND.

Certified copies.
(a) Subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18, the department of health shall, upon request, furnish to any applicant a certified copy of any certificate, or the contents of any certificate, or any part thereof.
(b) Copies of the contents of any certificate on file in the department, certified by the department shall be considered for all purposes the same as the original, subject to the requirements of sections 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18.
(c) Copies may be made by photography, dry copy reproduction, typing, computer printout or other process approved by the director of health.
The notion a person that has a birth registered in HI cannot obtain a certified copy of their original birth certificate is simply false. It is just a part of the SoH’s “three card monte.”

This is what frustrates me so! Obama/Soetoro has NOT released a CERTIFICATE of Live Birth! His cronnies have released (and some have retracted) a CERTIFICATION of Live Birth, which is just a document that says there is another document SOMEWHERE?!?!

I didn’t realize because even though I post there my computer for some reason doesn’t like the url and will not allow me to go there.
The entire purpose should be to provide Trump with documentary proof of any allegation or in defense to the liberal ramblings-for instance to refute (or is it refudiate) the authenticity of the Hawaiian colb. (what are the relevant Statutes? what do they provide-that makes the production or value of the document questionable) (what are the actual statements from Hawaiian Officials?) Trump may also want to take a look at Senate Resolution 511-while it may be flawed in some respects it serves as a definition provided by the Senate at the inquisition regarding McCains eligibility in Apr. 08 at which time Obama was present-and therefore was well aware of its contents-and presumably at which time Obama still admitted to having a Kenyan father.Hmmmmm
Mr. Trump needs to get in touch with Atty Mario Apuzzo who is the ultimate authority on this subject in my opinion.
The current version of HB2177, one of the two Presidential eligibility bills going through the Arizona state legislature, has considerable merit. This Bill, if further amended, could fix the Presidential eligibility problem once and for all.
Note – In the original Bill proposal, the original reference to the parents of the Presidential candidates – [”The affidavit prescribed in subsection A shall include references to and attachment of all of the following, which shall be sworn to under penalty of perjury: – ”the names of the candidate’s mother and father, including information sufficient to determine the citizenship of both parents”] – has been removed from the proposed Bill at STATUTE 16-507.01 ……….. B 1”.
In my opinion, Arizona legislators should bite the bullet and state that, for the purposes of implementing this bill, The Arizona Sec. of State will rely on the definition of ‘natural born Citizen’, as stated in the first English translation of Vattel’s ‘Law of Nations’, which has been cited in several rulings of The Supreme Court. To that end, the Arizona H.B. 2177 should be amended to require proof that the Presidential candidate’s parents were citizens of The United States of America at the time of the Presidential candidate’s birth. If a candidate wants to challenge this reasonable definition, then he or she would have standing to challenge this definition in The Supreme Court.
Correction to amended HB2177 –
2. A sworn statement or form that identifies the presidential candidate’s places of residence in the United States for [DELETE – ”the preceding”] fourteen years.
Regarding the Lucas Smith Kenyan BC… I concur with Teo Bear at Birthers.org:
Recently I have been receiving a lot of e-mail pointing to the birth certificate Lucas Smith had supposedly retrieved under great personal danger from Kenya as the definitive proof Obama was not born in the United States. Tracing them back they seem to come from one email server, although under different accounts. Of course I seen the Smith document and read his affidavits submitted to the various courts by Orly Taitz.
Am I impressed? No. Am I as skeptical about this birth certificate as I am about Obama’s Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth? YES!
Why would I be willing to dismiss this as a forgery? The answer is in the questions not answered about this so called Kenyan smoking gun.

Was the Lucas Smith Birth Certificate (LSBC) ever tested? Not to my knowledge and trust me if it was people would have sent me the proof.

Did Lucas Smith ever prove he was in Kenya? No, he alludes to having receipts documenting his stay in Kenya, but nothing has been released to the public,

No, US Passport showing entry or exit visas for Kenya.

No, airline tickets showing his name to Kenya
3.
No, hotel receipts showing his name or date
4.
No, restaurant receipts,
5.
No, credit card receipts that could cross reference any other receipt he could offer.
Now without these two items what do we have that would be of value? Nothing of great intrinsic value. All we have is online digital image of a birth certificate and his word it is true. Hey, wait one minute . . . This is the exact same thing Obama has, an online digital image of a birth certificate and his word. There seems to be a patten here .
After examining various Commonwealth birth documents from that period I could not find one birth certificate that had a foot print. I spoke to missionaries who had spent considerable time in Kenya and they never seen a birth certificate with a foot print. This foot print may appear to be the finger print of something else!

TIME is of the essence to get this stuff to Donald Trump. This lets him know that you need his HELP!!!!
We had a discussion about this on CFP radio tonight with Doug Hagmann and Neil Turner. We all agreed that Trump has more than enough information for he and his staff to review. However we feel that he needs emails and letters by the boatloads encouraging him not to back off and for him to move forward in his effort to let all the world know the truth. Appeal to his patriotism and the fact that he alone can make the difference and help save America! WRITE LETTERS OF SUPPORT! PLEASE!
