Why Doesn’t Obama have an Original Birth Certificate?

FORMER CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE EXPLAINS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “CERTIFICATION” AND “CERTIFICATE” TO SENATOR JAMES INHOFE’S STAFFER, WHO APPEARS CLUELESS

Dear Editor:

The following was sent to Mr. John Collison, State Director for Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK)  in response to the letter written by constituent Shireen Boddy.

Mr. Collison,

My name is Miki Booth from Wyandotte, OK.

Shireen Boddy gave you my husband and son’s birth certificates from Kapiolani Hospital in Hawaii. I had intended to bring them in person planning to accompany Shireen to the scheduled meeting but at the last minute I was notified I was barred from attending.

Shireen, myself and many others in Oklahoma and throughout our great nation are still waiting for a response from your office addressing answers to questions we’ve posed on a number of issues. Since I’m an expert on the birth certificate controversy and you have had time to study the official Hawaii State Certificate of Live Birth documents, I would expect you have your own questions as to why Barack Hussein Obama would have a “Certification” of Live Birth instead of a “Certificate” and why the difference in the two. Allow me to explain.

Look at my husband’s Certificate and note in 1949 Hawaii was a Territory and in 1981 as a state the Certificates list the same information: Hospital, doctor, doctor’s address, doctor’s signature and date, names and addresses of both parents, their age at the time, address at the time and race, and raised seals and stamps and signatures of the registrars and more. Obama’s document, the Certification of Live Birth, has none of the irrefutable documentation that proves my son, Alan, and my husband, Fred, are who they say they are.

In 1959 Hawaii became the 50th State. For generations immigrants from China, Japan, Philippines, Portugal, India, Spain/Mexico, Korea, etc. came to Hawaii to work in the cane and pineapple fields. Many brought their families and relatives from their native countries. Those that were not born in Hawaii needed documentation to go to school, get shots, etc. and the new State of Hawaii Department of Health issued Certifications of Live Birth to those with none or didn’t want to use the ones they might have had coming from their native country. (In fact people that were not of Hawaiian blood, merely said they were so their children could go to private Kamehameha schools reserved for Hawaiians only)

Obama was born two years after statehood, to the very month. Statehood was August 21, 1959, Obama born on August 4, 1961. The new Dept. of Health had a form to fill out to request a Certification. Note on Obama’s COLB the disclaimers: “This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding” and “ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE THIS CERTIFICATE”

It’s a fact of birth that a baby was born and all the information on BO/BS’s COLB is data taken from the application. Who filled out the application? Who attested to the facts shown? Where is the original application?

This is a prime example of “garbage in – garbage out.” Without the long form Certificate there is no proof the information on his COLB is accurate or even truthful. Looking at his COLB, Obama could very well have been born in Hawaii, perhaps at home, perhaps in a marijuana patch but it does not prove he was born in Kapiolani like my husband and son were. Obama wrote a letter to Kapiolani Medical Center when they celebrated 100 years of operation. Obama claimed it was the hospital where he was born. The letter was typed on official White House stationery and signed by him. When conservative news giant World Net Daily reported the fraud, the letter disappeared from the internet and Gibbs would not comment on it or acknowledge that it ever existed. A copy of the letter can probably be found on WND.com. To date neither Kapiolani or Queens Hospital will claim Obama was born there. Neither has Tripler or Kaiser for that matter, the only other hospitals with maternity services at the time.

I will be more than happy to travel to Oklahoma City and meet with you in person to discuss this issue. However, it would be much easier if you would ask Sen. Inhofe to request of Obama that he come clean about the facts of his birth by showing his long form birth certificate if it exists and stop the nonsense of creating and perpetuating the crisis we find ourselves in. While you’re at it ask why he hasn’t released any of his historical documents.

Further, Sen. Inhofe has not responded to my letter where I asked him to explain why he tried to pass bill S.2128. ” I wrote: “I cannot understand why you along with Mary Landrieu and former OK Senator Don Nickles would presume to interpret the Constitution (which is a violation of the constitution itself) and proffer a bill (108th Congress, 2nd Session S.2128.IS) reducing to a minimum the qualifications for eligibility for the Office of President as any person born in or out of the United States as long as one parent is a citizen.”

The real question no one wants us asking regarding Obama’s eligibility is how did Americans vote for a man who is obviously not a “natural born Citizen” according to Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States when the candidate is clearly a British/Kenyan subject where Citizenship passed from his father.
