(Jun. 5, 2026) — In renewing my U.S. passport today, I came across this “citizenship evidence” page from the U.S. Department of State. So now I wonder-ponder, How did Ilhan Omar prove she was a U.S. citizen to secure her passport to travel overseas?
If the SAVE Act passes and U.S. voters must prove citizenship, my suspicion is that fraudulent passports and all sorts of AI-produced fake proof-of-US-citizenship documents will become the next growth “industry” along with today’s flourishing “welfare fraud industry.” What documents will Ilhan Omar use to prove U.S. citizenship, or dual Somali-U.S. citizenship, in order to be able to vote in U.S. elections?
The “honor system” to board commercial airline flights was replaced long ago with the “everyone-is-considered-to-be-a-terrorist/hijacker-until-screen-proven-to-be-a-peaceful-passenger” inspection system. Similarly, will the “honor system” to vote as a U.S. citizen, including Ilhan Omar, soon be replaced with the “everyone-is-considered-to-be-a-non-US-citizen-until-proven-to be-a-US-citizen” voter inspection system?
What will be the “litmus test” to quickly prove, on the spot, as masses of voters come to voting halls, to test-prove beyond any doubt if a voter is or is not a non-contestable U.S. citizen?
