(Apr. 14, 2026) — “A spokesperson from Henry’s entourage said that a heart murmur has forced Henry to reconsider any flight to outer space and to reluctantly decline any invitations to be a member of President Trump’s Cabinet.”
“Flaming Star” (2:27)
“And that’s my opening. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. Sad news: indeed, heart murmur, and to help explain it all to us is Doctor Dark, a specialist in hearts.”
“Hold on; you made a mistake. I’m an art critic and not a doctor at all. My first name is ‘Doctor’ just because my parents wanted a doctor in the family, that’s all.”
“No difference; that’s fine, we’ll just retitle the episode. So, what kind of art do you judge?”
“Ice sculptures. I like bears and eagles, mostly, although I’ve been known to judge rabbits, dogs and cats, too.”
“That’s nice. I’m almost afraid to ask, but what do you judge the rest of the year?”
“No problem: sandcastles.”
“Good for you. We’ll take a short break; don’t go anywhere.”
“Only the Lonely” (2:34)
“Doctor Dark got some kind of emergency call so we’ll head on down to the sidewalk and see if we can learn anything. Excuse me, Pastor Dunkin for ‘Pulse,’ the most-watched information show in its time slot. Mind telling the audience what you do for a living?”
“We’re college students and never heard of you. I’m not political but ask your question anyway.”
“To tell the truth, I’m afraid to ask any question, but I’ll try. Where were you when Charlie Kirk was killed?”
“Who’s Charlie Kirk?”
“Let me ask you another one: where were you when President Trump was shot?”
“I didn’t know he was shot. Is he okay?”
“Alright, I get the picture. Thank you for being on the show. We’ll take a short commercial break at this time.”
“Lord I’m Coming Home” (1:24)
“Excuse me, please, Pastor Dunkin for ‘Pulse.’”
“Yes, how may I help you? Were those college kids for real or were they just pretending to be stupid?”
“I’m afraid they were the real thing.”
“And they think laughter covers up stupidity. Boy, will they ever have a rude awakening when they get out into the real world and have to pay taxes.”
“Any thoughts on the world in general?”
“I’ve a few. Be nice if the politicians would open their eyes and see what’s going down from Germany to Australia. How come we see the impending Islamic takeover and they don’t? And how come the State Department hasn’t kicked Omar out of the country? What’s wrong with them?”
“What’s wrong with them? Why, they’re the problem, aren’t they? Giving out citizenship papers to unvetted Muslims. Shame on them and shame on our politicians for turning a blind eye. Here’s the problem: people like them will get people like us killed.”
“It’s the way of the world, sonny. I would give the ultimatum to our unwanted guests: Leave now with your monetary gains or we’ll kick you out after 2027 with nothing.”
“You mean ‘Leave now or else?’”
“Can’t say it any plainer. Get out now while the getting is good or wait and leave with nothing. Sounds fair to me.”
“And it sounds fair to us. Where will they go?”
“Who cares? Back where they came from or Canada or Mexico. Who cares, as long as they’re gone, gone as in GOOD RIDDANCE.”
“And we couldn’t agree with you any more than we do even though we know it’ll never happen. Too many politicians are weak-kneed and that’s all there is to it. Cowards? For sure. Don’t care about their country? Be surprised if they ever did. Sure, they all talk the talk, but when it comes right down to it, Omar hasn’t been kicked out, if she ever will be. Islam-1, United States-0. Good night.”
“La Campanella” (5:17) [Enjoy watching and listening.]
