(May 1, 2025) — On Wednesday evening, longtime P&E reader and writer Tom Arnold sent a brief, pointed email to the U.S. Justice Department, FBI, the 2024 Donald J. Trump campaign and dozens of members of the media and Congress pointing to an article we published Tuesday on the issue of Barack Obama’s purportedly “long-form” birth certificate.
Our article came about as a result of Fox News’s Tuesday broadcast of “The Five.”
During the program, as on several previous occasions in his usual offhanded way, co-host Greg Gutfeld injected a question about Barack Obama’s legal citizenship or lack thereof with a reference to his “birth certificate,” which was declared a forgery in 2012 by a team of criminal investigators.
The discussion had turned to former First Lady Michelle Obama’s appearance on Monday on the “On Purpose with Jay Shetty” podcast with her brother, Craig Robinson, speaking about President Trump’s policies regarding deporting criminal illegal aliens.
Michelle Obama did not differentiate between those accused or convicted of having committed violent crimes and other illegals. Speaking to Shetty of “fears” she now reportedly experiences since Trump took office “because of the color of her skin,” according to NBC News, Obama told Shetty, “In this current climate, for me it’s…what’s happening to immigrants. So it’s not the fear for myself anymore. I drive around in a four-car motorcade with a police escort…My fears are for what I know is happening out there in streets all over the city.”
Further, she said:
We have leadership that is sort of indiscriminately determining who belongs and who doesn’t, and we know that those decisions aren’t being made with courts and with due process.
As The Post & Email has reported since 2011, a 5+-year criminal investigation by the “Cold Case Posse” of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) found the “long-form” birth certificate image posted by the Obama White House on April 27, 2011 to be a “computer-generated forgery,” a conclusion ultimately supported by two forensic document analysts working independently from different disciplines.
The State of Hawaii, where Obama claims to have been born, refuted Arpaio and lead investigator Mike Zullo’s findings, claiming “his birth certificate is valid.”
In his commentary, Gutfeld further mused Michelle Obama feared her husband, from whom she is rumored to be estranged, could be deported based on his citizenship status.
According to former MCSO Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, who authorized the investigation, Barack Obama would not have qualified to be a “dog-catcher” in any U.S. town based on the Cold Case Posse’s discoveries of his background.
The U.S. Constitution’s Article II, Section 1, clause 5 requires the president and commander-in-chief to be a “natural born Citizen,” which most Americans understand means, at a minimum, born within the United States.
“Will anything be done about the greatest most dangerous national security threat ever made against our country?” Arnold wrote in Thursday’s missive. “I’m guessing that as long as it was ‘from within,’ the answer is probably not. Does ‘We, The People’ lack the democratic processes which it implies? Is it sort of like being unceremoniously and ignominiously disenfranchised? ‘Due process,’ what ‘due process?!'”
Although usually a copious writer, Arnold then concluded his message with a link to our story and, “Don’t fail to read the Comments following the article. Thanks. Thomas (Tom) Arnold.”

How about the following FACTS?
Obama attended Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow, Russia, and presumably graduated from there, not from the physical grounds or classroom teachings of Columbia University in New York.
While Obama was an operative of the Central Intelligence Agency in the Middle East, he was employed by and/or worked for them (the CIA) as an interpreter of the Muslim language. As I recall, he often interpreted for the Taliban (an anti-American terrorist organization, which I believe took over parts of Afghanistan after the war ended and also laid claim to billions of dollars worth of sophisticated American military equipment which we left behind).
As a young adult living and married in Chicago, Obama belonged to the radical Rev Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United church. When Obama decided to run for president, Wright cautioned him about his (Obama’s) homosexuality possibly becoming known to the public. Thereafter, in late 2007 or early 2008, choir director Donald Young and another gay church member were shot to death “execution style.” Sorry that I must ask the question, but what do you think the involvement of Obama and the CIA, if any, was? To this day, the murders remain unsolved. As we all know, Obama was elected president.
If a doctor visits one of his or her patients in the hospital, fails to notice that the patient’s life support tubes had become disconnected, then leaves without doing anything else, and thereafter the patient dies, the doctor can be charged with INVOLUNTARY NEGLIGENT MANSLAUGHTER. Anyone remember BENGHAZI? In my opinion, for all intents and purposes, eerily similar circumstances existed there, when “Commander-in-Chief” Obama could not be found that night (really! was he AWOL?), failed to perform the duties of our country’s CIC, left Washington DC early the next morning on a campaign trip, developed a false scenario with others in his administration concerning the attack and its cause, and failed FROM THE START TO FINISH OF THE INCIDENT TO PROTECT OUR MILITARY AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, OF WHOM FOUR WERE NEEDLESSLY KILLED. Our troops in the Mediterranean area had been ordered to “stand down.” It is understood that even days or months earlier, there had been warning signs of a future attack.
Obama promised that he would “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM” our government and society. There was nothing to indicate that he consulted We, The People, prior to doing so. Choosing not to go into detail at this time about the changes made by Obama, the “First Lady,” their co-conspirators, and their brainwashed disciples, I will only mention some of those changes: WOKEISM; CRT; DEI; LGBTQ+; BLM; DEVIANT SEXUAL PRACTICES AND TRANSGENDERISM; MATERIAL AND DIPLOMATIC SUPPORT FOR IRAN; ANTI-SEMITISM; “PEACEFUL PROTESTS” IN WHICH ACTUAL HARM IS DONE TO PEOPLE AND PROPERTY; MARXIST AND MUSLIM IDEOLOGIES; WEAPONIZATION OF POLITICS; AND, LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE SINISTER CONNECTION WITH THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY.
Obama’s FORGED HAWAIIAN “BIRTH CERTIFICATE” was used as EVIDENCE of the crime of ELECTION FRAUD AND OTHER CHARGES in separate citizen jury trials against him in New York City and Ocala, Florida. In the latter of the two trials, Obama was convicted of charges including SEDITION (in addition to election fraud), and sentenced (in absentia) to TEN YEARS IMPRISONMENT (which was never carried out). So much for the power of the people.
For now, enough is enough. Not your ordinary UNDOCUMENTED person! Where is the law and order, and the “due process?”
