(Feb. 9, 2023) – An initial hearing of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee’s Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government will commence at noon Thursday in the House chamber.
According to written testimony obtained in advance by The Washington Examiner, retired 33-year Special Agent James J. Baker plans to say that “Americans have lost faith in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, an institution they once regarded as the world’s greatest law enforcement agency. I spent many years with the FBI, and am deeply troubled by this loss of faith. Specific lapses have come to light, many of which will be focused on by this panel. But why did they happen? What changed? The answer begins days after the 9/11 attacks with a cultural change at the Bureau.”
In answer to his own question, Baker continues by placing the blame for a change in FBI “culture” with former Director Robert S. Mueller, III:
Robert S. Mueller III was at Camp David the Saturday morning after the September 11, 2001 attacks. Just days into his tenure as FBI director, he was humiliated when President George W. Bush dismissed his reporting and said he wanted him to prevent another attack. After his experience at Camp David, Mueller resolved and resolutely set about to change the FBI “culture.” That’s the word he used. He was going to make it into an intelligence agency, or in his repeated terminology, an “intelligence-driven” organization.
That change in culture is at the root of so much of the alarming FBI behavior we have witnessed in recent years…
According to former 12-year FBI Special Agent Nicole Parker’s prepared testimony:
My entire career was spent in the field where I believed I could make the strongest impact in rescuing victims and putting criminals behind bars.
It was my privilege to work alongside the finest and brightest in the FBI, local law enforcement and our federal partners, participating in the investigations of myriad criminal cases: The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida; the 2017 Fort Lauderdale Airport shooting; the Cesar Sayoc pipe bomb case; multi-million-dollar Ponzi schemes; crimes on the high-seas; bank robberies; murders for hire; sexual assaults; extortions and more.
Yes, it was physically taxing and emotionally jarring. But I believed I was making an impactful difference. Every day I woke up and embraced being an FBI Special Agent.
Until things changed.
Over the course of my 12-plus years of service, the FBI’s trajectory transformed. On paper, the Bureau’s mission remained the same but its priorities and governing principles shifted dramatically.
According to The Examiner, former Hawaii Congresswoman and 2020 presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard will also testify.
On Wednesday, the FBI was invoked by a number of congressmen on the U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability as having aided Joe Biden to win the election by pressuring Twitter executives, four of whom testified for hours, to censor The New York Post‘s Hunter Biden story which broke October 14, 2020.
During his testimony, former Twitter Trust & Safety/Site Integrity officer Yoel Roth affirmed he received a ten-page upload from San Francisco FBI Special Agent Elvis Chan on October 13, 2020, which a recent release of “Twitter Files” demonstrated concerned a purported “hack-and-leak” operation the Bureau contended was expected in connection with the younger Biden.
In a 2020 statement made to the FEC in response to a complaint filed by Tea Party Patriots and Republican National Committee (RNC), Roth said, “Since 2018, I have had regular meetings with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, and industry peers regarding election security.”

Bob68: Good stuff and, I believe, entirely true. A spot-on depiction of what has been happening to our country for the last two+ decades. I SAY: WHO NEEDS A CONGRESSIONAL HEARING OR HEARINGS TO FIGURE THESE THINGS OUT? Let’s just see if an ordinary American citizen can make inquiries as good as, or BETTER THAN, a full-blown congressional hearing. That would be Bob68 or myself (forgive MY narcissistic tendencies!). So, allow me to ask the following questions: 1. Why did our government (especially the CIA) handpick and groom an Islamic Arab American with practically no qualifying credentials to be a president of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of our armed forces? I will bet that NO congressperson dares to ask or answer this question. 2. How do you, our federal government officials, define NATURAL BORN AMERICAN CITIZEN (hint- see Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the constitution)? No “takers” on this question either? 3. Why did 51 “INTEL OFFICIALS,” including former CIA Directors and others, write and sign (was it under penalty of perjury?) a letter designed to divert the attention of the American voting public from the Hunter Biden scandal by claiming “RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA” that the soviets were likely preparing to interfere in what these “spooks” hoped would be the election in 2020 of Joe Biden? 4. Isn’t that similar to or the same as POLITICALLY PARTISAN WEAPONIZATION (FROM WITHIN)? I’ll add one more thing- in my opinion, it was criminal (election fraud, perjury, sedition, etc). 5. What specific crimes (from dozens of them) are you aware of that were committed by Barack HUSSEIN Obama? Note that two of the crimes were SEDITION and TREASON and that these two crimes have NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS if anyone in federal law enforcement cares or believes the old saying that no one is above the law (or, for that matter, if our country’s laws still exist as written and are being enforced “to the letter of” the law). I could go on and on with my little tirade, but I am finished for now. I, however, must ask one more thing- CAN ANY OF YOU, ESPECIALLY THOSE OF YOU IN OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, PROVE Bob68 OR ME WRONG? I KNOW YOU CAN’T, OR WON’T, BUT YOU ARE WELCOME TO TRY. Remember the confounding motto of the CIA: “And ye shall know the truth and it shall make you free.” That’s somewhat of a cruel joke to them, but it is not to me. Our country will never be “great” again, unless WE START OVER BY TELLING THE TRUTH AND GOING FORWARD FROM THERE WITHOUT EVER FORGETTING THE WISE WORDS AND BRAVE DEEDS OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS (pardon me for saying so, but Obama is not and never will be one of them).
IMO weaponization of government agencies has been going on for a long time, but it was never more serious than while preparing and covering for the installation of Barack Hussein Obama as America’s putative president and commander-in-chief of her military. The perfect Soros’ funded, Brennan the CIA created race and once sworn-in ineligibility protected candidate Obama was installed, and protected by the Uniparty in 2008/ 2009 right up until today to protect themselves. When Barack Hussein Obama was allowed by both parties to be sworn-in by John Roberts (several times) both parties effectively gave America’s government and her military to her enemies, and violated their sworn oath to protect the Constitution (treason). Obama was picked, groomed and installed with a promise to “fundamentally change” the greatest nation on Earth. His race and ineligibility protection have allowed Obama to do that in spite of Hillary, the planned and promised after Obama cover and expected continuation of the fundamental change brought by Obama, losing to Obama’s nemesis, Donald Trump
This was obvious to anyone who was not under the influence of Obama media lies, and/or fear of being called racist for not voting for, “America’s historic first black president”. America’s enemies successfully defeated America from the inside without firing a shot, something they promised many years ago……………..Hillary’s loss to Donald Trump gave America one last chance, but that last chance was stolen in the 2020 election when Trump ‘lost” to Obama V.P. Joe Biden, and Obama was given the 3rd term he said he wanted…..Biden was an “emergency replacement” for Hillary, who should have been running for and winning, one way or the other, her second term as the after Obama cover president……..
The planned and promised takeover of America by her enemies from the inside hit a few bumps along the way, but is still on track to complete the promised fundamental change the Obama/Hillary years were supposed to have completed……Will Hillary be given perhaps her last chance to fulfill her dream of being president in 2024? That seems unlikely to me, but if she is the Democrat candidate in 2024, unlimited election cheating can put her in office………
