(Feb. 8, 2023) – At 10:00 a.m. EST, the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability convened a hearing titled at which four former Twitter executives were to testify on social-media censorship, particularly the “Biden Laptop Story.”

As the former Twitter decision-makers were seated, Atty. Ivan Raiklin greeted two of them, former legal counsel James Baker and Vijaya Gadde.

Anika Navaroli and Yoel Roth are also scheduled to testify. All four are mentioned in recent “Twitter Files” releases demonstrating coordination between Twitter and federal-government agencies, particularly the FBI.

As of 10:46 a.m. EST, Anika Navaroli testified to being at her “wit’s end” regarding “dangerous tweets” she said she was seeing on the platform prior to the Jan. 6, 2021 incursion at the U.S. Capitol. While doing so, she referenced her testimony last year to the Jan. 6 Committee, which a Twitter Files release calls into question.

“We have to do something; there is too much at stake for us to do nothing,” Navaroli said. “We must have a seat at the table to be able to share our experiences…”
