The Commander-of-Grief

(Oct. 24, 2022) — OK, so Brandon the Goofball – presently residing at the White House, except when vacationing a quarter of the time in Delaware – is supposedly the Commander-in-Chief of the nation’s military forces.  A better title would be “Commander-of-Grief,” which more accurately captures the mood of the Republic as it metaphorically “slides down the razor blade of life” under the “leadership” of the Goofball. 

As for his constitutional role and power over the military, at this juncture one might ask whether the nation still has a military “force” at all.  Specifically, the better question is whether, under the woke and radical policies of the Goof and his Secretary of Defense – Gen. Lloyd Austin – we are now stuck with a military farce.  Once again, Democrats: are you happy you voted for the imbecile at 1600?

That issue aside, once again, the Goofball has demonstrated just how woefully incompetent – and dangerous – he is as a “leader” of the free world.  As a poseur and pseudo Commander-in-Chief of the military under the Constitution – recalling that he has access to the launch codes for what remains of the nation’s nuclear missile arsenal – he stands alone.  To merely identify the situation is to underscore the peril to the Republic.  Or, as Brandon would say: “Not joking…, not hyperbole.”

His latest display of ineptitude (on steroids) comes in a “townhall” interview he gave with “NowThisNews.” In it, he asserted that his “gun control” bill would mandate a limit of “eight bullets in a round, OK?”  That is not a typo…, that is straight from the Donkey’s mouth at roughly the 8:30 point in the video clip…, watch it for yourself.

This addled fool has no idea what he is talking about.  None.  Zip.  Zero.  Memo to Brandon: a bullet is “a round.”  One bullet equals one round. After his assertion, it was cogently observed that he is lucky if he has eight functioning brain cells remaining in his cranium. Rumors persist that Dr. Jill is researching that point and has reached out to Anthony Fauci for assistance.

Moreover, there is no indication that either the Goof or the NowThisNews interviewer corrected or even attempted to correct what Dr. Jill and the marionette-masters would excuse as a “misstatement” or “slip of the tongue.”  He meant to say “clip” or “magazine.”  Later in the interview, he acknowledged the difference between a “bullet” and a “magazine,” but made no effort to correct his prior statement.

If it was a gaffe or misstatement, why was no correction or attempt at correction made at the time, either by him or the interviewer?  Carelessness?  Indifference?  Stupidity?  All of the above?  Your humble servant has previously addressed this “slip of the tongue” incompetence in the framework of a hypothetical telephone call between the Goof and Vladimir Putin.

Memo to the electorate: it is one thing to utter a stupid “slip of the tongue” in a controlled White House interview, when there is a chance for correction.  It is quite another when the slip of the tongue comes at a point in time or under circumstances when there is zero opportunity for correction.  

Faithful P&E readers, the world today is a very dangerous place.  The future of the planet is endangered far more by nuclear-armed adversaries – Russia, China, North Korea and, if Brandon has his way, soon Iran – than by “climate change.”  In reality, if both of the polar ice caps melt and sea levels rise to flood coastal cities, it will not matter if those cities have already been reduced to ash and rubble from hypersonic or submarine-launched nuclear “first strikes” from the aforementioned adversaries. 

Translation: it does not help for Brandon to chatter about nuclear Armageddon while trying to raise money at Democrat fundraisers.

Think it couldn’t happen?  Really?  With a Commander-of-Grief in charge who thinks multiple “bullets” can be squeezed into a single “round” of ammunition and thereafter limited to “eight” per round…, and who doesn’t even attempt to correct himself…, you should think again.

And if you’ve not already done so, you should vote carefully on November 8, 2022.  Very carefully.
