(Sep. 27, 2021) — “You Wear it Well” (4:22)

“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. Our favorite guest host is back with us to hawk his latest bestseller, ‘The After-Effects of Trump Derangement Syndrome: When the Truth Doesn’t Matter Anymore.’ Welcome aboard, Professor Zorkophsky, glad to have you back.”

“And glad to be back, Roving. By the way, would you please call me ‘Zork’ since I feel it makes for a relaxing atmosphere.”

“Then ‘Zork’ it shall be.”

“Then what do you say we start hawking my new book? Ask me who the main characters are.”

“Who are the main characters in your new book?”

“I take it you’re referring to my latest bestseller, ‘After-Effects.’ Well, now, the main character in Chapter One is Alan Dershowitz*; Chapter Two is Bill Gates**, and so on. You know the rest of the cast of characters, or you can at least guess at it.”

“Can I guess a few? Nancy Pelosi? Liz Cheney? CNN? MSNBC? Wow, I’m doing pretty good.”

“That you are, Roving. How about naming a few who aren’t in the book, if you like?”

LTC Terry Lakin and Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller come to mind.”

“And you are correct; very good. Now for a little professional jargon that we responsible, competent and qualified psychiatrists use in our daily grind; let me state that anybody who would choose Biden over Trump is ‘out to lunch.’ We also reference that the ‘train has left the station and there’s not a Dem on it’ and that ‘the boat has left and there’s not a Dem on board.’”

“When do you talk about ‘stupid’ and ‘ignorance?’”

“In Chapter 30 that I titled, ‘Where do you run to when there’s no place to run?’ I explain that if you over-fish, there’ll be no fish left; I explain that if you polluted the salmon streams, there’ll be no salmon; and I explain that if you leave weapons behind, the enemy will lay claim to them in a New York Minute. I explain that the fine line between being stupid and going through life as an ignoramus, such as Nancy Pelosi or anyone who doesn’t think that the FBI and the DOJ ought to be pink-slipped, is, in today’s world with instant communication, nonexistent. I grant that maybe 10% of the employees of the DOJ may be hardworking and honest, but the rest have to go, and good riddance to each and every one of them, and THANKS A LOT FOR THE RUSSIAN COLLUSION HOAX.”

“So if there’s no discernible difference between people who don’t know vs. people who should know, why buy the book?”

“Mainly because of the asides.”

’Asides?’ What are they?”

“I’ll give you an example. I was a Cub Scout when I was ten years old and we used to visit my grandparents in Phoenix every Christmas. Well, my grandfather’s best friend was a prospector who trekked the Superstition Mountains for years, and he would take me out there and we’d look for gold, and that’s when I discovered my amethyst mine. One time we ran across some Apaches with rifles, and that’s when he told me where the Lost Dutchman’s Mine was. When we got back home he drew me a treasure map and told me to keep it in a safe place.

“Our Cub Scout assignment for the next year was to decorate a cutting board as a gift to our mothers. Using his Craftsman jigsaw, while I watched, my father cut 14 boards. During the next Cub Scout meeting the boards were handed out, which is when I transferred the map, but it didn’t look like any map: it looked like a Sequoia cactus, a burro with mountains in the background and up in the sky was the sun. I transferred the map to the board using crayons and, as I said, disguised the map with the cactus, burro, maintains and sun.”

“For real?”

“Yes, for real. But here’s the kicker: when my mother died, someone stole the cutting board and the last time I saw it was on my mother’s 100th birthday.”

“Wow, what a bummer.”

“Yes, but not for the reason you may think. I couldn’t remember the map if my life depended on it, but I do remember my father cutting the board and the prominent place the board had in my mother’s kitchen.”

“I think I’ll buy the book.”

“No need, see? I brought you a pre-sale promotional copy for just $19.95.”

“I don’t know how to thank you, Zork. Anything to add?”

“There a lot to add, like in my heart I was supporting Trump on January 6 in Washington, DC. There was no ‘insurrection,’ and I think our audience is quite in agreement with that fact, as they are in agreement that if the police are following illegal orders, well, you figure it out. Are we in agreement?”

“That goes without saying. Too bad those who the Feds have locked up in solitary for 23 hours didn’t know then what they know now, don’t you think?”

“We have goons who follow illegal orders; are we clear? And are we clear that the Second Amendment is very clear on protecting yourself from an out-of-control government? Are we clear on that?”

“Is Biden mentioned anywhere in your book?”

“I wouldn’t soil my good work with trash.”

“Well-said. So would you sum it up for us?”

“My pleasure. Buy the book and learn that it’s okay to call the Dems what they really are: on the wrong side of history, just as the NAZIs were. Speak the truth: there was no so-called ‘insurrection.’ Inflation is here and it’ll only get worse. The Governor of California, Newsom, belongs behind bars. And lastly, but far more important, arm yourself at all times, because if you don’t, you sure don’t want to wish you had.”

“That’s it?”

“Except if we don’t get this voting process fixed, get it to the point where the Dems can’t cheat, why bother voting in the first place? Think of all those people who voted for Trump in Arizona, Georgia, well – everywhere, guess what? You all wasted your time; should’ve stayed home because the fix was already in, months before. No matter how any of us voted, Trump would have lost, even if he got 100% of the vote. And the truth of the matter is: this is the state of our Republic today and, as I said, if we don’t fix the fraudulent voting process – voter ID and paper ballots, no more Dominion – we will have lost our Republic, will have lost our country, forever and for good. Sieg Heil!

“Well-said, Zork. Thank you for watching or reading, so now we’ll be wishing all of you a goodnight: Goodnight.

“Good show. Burger time: my treat.”

[*Alan Dershowitz: By his own admission, voted for Hillary.]

Ignorance is the lack of knowledge, stupidity is the lack of either ability or willingness to learn. For instance, I am ignorant of jet engine mechanics but I have the intelligence to learn and the willingness to learn if I should ever need to have the knowledge of how to work on a jet engine. There is no shame in ignorance or the lack of ability to learn but much shame if the stupidity is from lack of willingness to learn. Sadly, devildemocommiecrats lack the willingness to learn, therefore they are STUPID!!!!!!!!!!.

Context, Bob, and I agree with you. The discussion is about following illegal orders and not about learning how to be a brain surgeon. We are in the military and not at the Mayo Clinic dressing up with surgical gowns.

We were ordered to throw the baby in the air and catching it with our bayonet; we were ordered to march the civilians (Civilian: a person not shooting at you) into the woods and shooting them dead; we were ordered to march the civilians into the showers to be gassed to death.

My God, man, no wonder so many follow illegal orders.
I know what to say; I’m not speechless but since this is a family political blog I shall refrain from saying the following:

Once upon a time, there was a squad on patrol and one of the guys wouldn’t get on board, wouldn’t follow the rules. He would light up and have a smoke when the Smoking Lamp was out. So one day this malcontent was put on point, and as soon as he got out of sight the head dude turned the squad around and marched in the opposite direction. The disgruntled schmuck was never seen again. He was disappearance was listed as an MIA.

Hey, stuff happens, right? I know, there’s a lot of people who have this idea that if an officer gives an order, it must be obeyed. HONK! BUZZ! I’m not throwing that baby in the air and catch it with my bayonet but I will call for a 500 lb. bomb to obviate the house that somebody took a shot at me from, and I don’t really give a rat’s a** who is inside or what age they are. Either we fight to win or we support Biden-Harris, Pelosi, and the rest of the insane morons.

Lt. Col Stuart Scheller has been arrested and thrown in the brig: there you have it, goons everywhere, in our police, FBI in the military.

The GESTAPO is in every facet of life in the USA.

So much for free speech; so much for the Oath to the Constitution. If you don’t think that we’re about to reach the point OF NO RETURN INTO A THIRD WORLD COMMUNIST COUNTRY, better take the time to look around and see what’s going down.

When LTC Terry Lakin questioned Barry Soetoro’s (aka Obama) BIRTH CERTIFICATE, they threw Lakin into Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary.

So what’s next, arrest and incarcerate everyone who chants “F*** Biden” at football games? I can see the World Series: arresting everyone who brings a “TRUMP WON” banner into the stadium.

The law of the land is the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION and not Hitler’s-Stalin’s-Mao’s playbook on how to take over a country.

As a responsible US citizens, it is our responsibility to protect the Constitution:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident.
We have the right and the duty to alter or abolish any government that does not secure our unalienable rights, including life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

Bill of Rights, First Amendment: free speech.

F*** Biden and his Administration, the DOJ, the Department of Homeland Security, and ANY AND EVERY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY WHO IS WILLING TO FOLLOW ILLEGAL ORDERS.

Embrace the SECOND AMENDMENT, because your weapon is the last thing that guarantees your freedom.

Lakin pleaded guilty to four counts of disobeying orders. And he was convicted of missing movement.

Regardless, Scheller is likely facing charges for violating Article 88 (contempt toward officials), Article 90 (willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer), Article 92 (failure to obey lawful general orders), and Article 133 (conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman).

There is no First Amendment right to disobey a lawful order. And Scheller knows that because he had written, “My chain of command is doing exactly what I would do…. if I were in their shoes.”

Barack Hussein Obama is a guy who at one time went by the name of
Barry Soetoro.. He is a fraud and an imposter… The social security number that he is currently using (042-68-44XX) failed e-verify.. The
documents that he sluffed off on the public, his birth certificate and his
selective service papers, are computer generated forgeries… Compared
to Barack Hussein Obama, Bernie Madoff was a nickle-and-dime
misdemeanor offender…

None of that is accurate.

And none of that is relevant to the actual charges that Lakin faced or Scheller likely will face.

In 1965 there were a few of us who were miles away from anywhere, some of us were dead and some of us were wounded. The officer in charge, at least he said he was an officer, ordered us to surrender come morning.
I had a different agenda. My idea was to attack the enemy in the dead of night, I mean, talk about surprise, which we did and that they were.
And here I am, reading your completely meaningless and totally worthless words and, you know what, I don’t care because I made it back and in my book that’s all that counts (and if we violated any Rules of Engagement, I didn’t care then and I don’t care now).
So go ahead and quote passages that don’t mean nothin’ when the dilemma is either wait to get captured, tortured, and killed or die fighting for the outside chance of making it back for that ice-cold beer.
Obama was a fraud and the same goes for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, nothing but political hacks that got 13 of our troops murdered, gave the enemy weapons, and left Americans behind enemy lines.
And you talk about ‘chain of command’. Let me tell you something, without respect you don’t have anything nor deserve it, no chain, understood?
You need to read about the Nurenberg trials but, on second thought, don’t waste your time. I never mentioned any First Amendment, but I did mention an ‘illegal order’. Pay attention.
Dismissed.

No order that either Lakin or Scheller was illegal. Even Scheller doesn’t believe the order he received was illegal: He said he would have given the same order if the situation was reversed.

Scheller respects the chain of command, but only when he’s the one commanding.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin plead guilty under duress. He had been denied his Constitutional right to “Due Process” in that the government denied his request to provide potential exculpatory evidence (a certified copy of Obama’s birth certificate) in violation of SCOTUS Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), which neither the “Manual for Courts Martial” or the UCMJ exclude, and was offered a much lessor sentence if he plead guilty. Had he not plead guilty he was facing life without the possibility of parole in a Federal penitentiary, and having a family to support he choose the lessor of two evils. The hypocritic irony is that Lt. Col. Lakin’s deployment orders required HIM to bring a certified copy of HIS birth certificate (and military ID card) with him when he reported for deployment as proof he was in fact the person ordered for deployment.

Lest anyone forget that Lt Calley of My Lai fame was Courts Martialed and convicted of several counts of murder despite the fact that he had obeyed an order from his superior officer who, subsequent to his own Courts Martial and acquittal, admitted he had not been candid (he lied) during his testimony.

Sometimes I wonder why anyone would voluntarily put themselves in a “Damned if I do, Damned if I don’t” position. Then again, having done that myself — “Duty – Honor – Country”

There is no evidence that Lakin was facing a life sentence.

Nor is there any evidence that Lakin pleaded guilty under duress: The court extensively examined Lakin about his decision to plead guilty; Lakin said he understood the charges; and Lakin admitted that he disobeyed valid orders.

No exculpatory evidence was excluded from his trial. But even if Lakin believed some evidence had been erroneously excluded from his trial, he should have appealed on that basis. But Lakin didn’t: he voluntarily dismissed his appeal.

The three charges against Latin were

1 missing movement (air flight from Baltimore to North Carolina)

2 failure to bey a lawful order (3 specifications that Larkin failed to obey lawful orders to report to his commanding officers office, to report to the brigade commander and failed to obey order to report to Fort Campbell, Kentucky)

3 dereliction of duty for failing to report to Fort Campbell.

Doesn’t seem like life sentence without parole charges.

In Lakin’s trial it was pointed out that Lt. Calley obeyed an illegal order while the orders given to Lakin were legal orders.
