(Sep. 24, 2021) — The conclusions of a 2+-month forensic investigation of the 2020 election results in Maricopa County, AZ are expected to be released at a hearing of the Arizona Senate at 1:00 PM Arizona time/4:00 PM EDT.

Senate Republicans commissioned the audit in February after a superior court judge ruled its subpoenas of elections-related materials from Maricopa County to be “valid” and “enforceable.”

While proponents of the audit have heralded the findings as groundbreaking, the mainstream media has characterized the audit as “deeply flawed” and “controversial.”

According to Arizona Central on Friday morning:

A monthslong hand recount of Maricopa County’s 2020 vote confirmed that President Joe Biden won and the election was not “stolen” from former President Donald Trump, according to early versions of a report prepared for the Arizona Senate.

The three-volume report by the Cyber Ninjas, the Senate’s lead contractor, includes results that show Trump lost by a wider margin than the county’s official election results. The data in the report also confirms that U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly won in the county.

The official results are set to be presented to the Senate at 1 p.m. Friday. Several versions of the draft report, titled “Maricopa County Forensic Audit” by Cyber Ninjas, circulated prematurely on Wednesday and Thursday. Multiple versions were obtained by The Arizona Republic.

On Thursday, 45th President of the United States Donald J. Trump, who has claimed since November 4 that he won the election in Arizona and nationwide, commented through his spokeswoman, Liz Harrington, on the forthcoming results:

Current White House occupant Joe Biden was declared the winner of Arizona’s 11 electoral votes by a margin of 10,457.

According to Harrington on Friday morning, “Democrats, RINOs, and the media do not care how many illegal ballots are cast as long as they have enough to steal their elections and claimed they ‘won.'”

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers, along with his fellow Board members, claims the election results accurately reflect the will of the voters.
