Spread the love

(Sep. 2, 2021) — “Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to ‘The Pulse of the Nation,’ the place to hear it here first. It isn’t often when we honor someone on ‘Pulse,’ but during the broadcast of War Room on August 31, Captain Marine Bannon read the names of the thirteen American military men and women who were blown to smithereens by a suicide bomber at the Abbey Gate at the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan.

“With a voice filled with emotion, she read the names of the dead, where they went to high school and how young they were when their lives were so tragically taken. I was watching her on television and all I could think was how utterly sad it all was, what a colossal waste of some of the finest young people our country has, how she could keep it together, and thank God I’m not listening to this while driving because, if I was, I couldn’t see the road through the tears.

“But she did keep it together, even if it was by the skin of her teeth. But I didn’t. I kept on thinking of that baby who will be born without a father, and that young wife, who was lucky to find love only to lose it through pure negligence, who is about to embark on a most difficult road through no fault of her own or her husband’s.

“Anyway, I salute Captain Bannon for conveying, I’m sure, what all of us felt. Thank you. Goodnight.”

Someone need to look into the time after the civil war and the death of the president at that time

“They say you die twice. Once when you stop breathing and the second, a bit later on, when somebody mentions your name for the last time.” – Bansky, anonymous London street artist, 1990 – present

I salute Captain Bannon for saying the names of 13 American fallen heroes.
